Gerry even said we didn't have our roof done with his company even after showing the contact. We recently got a call from the new owner's employee, calling us a valued customerand would like to help if we had any issues. We sent all the related receipts but they decided not to offer any compensation. So new owner but same policy of NOT honoring the warranty. For all the work this company has done on our home they will never get our business again. The warranty isnt worth the paper its written on.

It's placed directly in a high-traffic area at the main entrance, but they blamed us for "stepping on it" -- which is unavoidable. They initially offered to replace it, then completely stopped responding. It's been over a week with no follow-up, no repair, and no accountability. If you're looking for a contractor who stands behind their work and actually responds to issues, I would not recommend this company. Poor service, poor communication, and no long-term solution.

Cary (the owner) came in with the first of several estimates. Of the contractors I contacted, he best understood what I wanted. My house had rotting window frames, uneven bad-looking shake shingle siding that was long past the day I should have done something about it. A house down the street had the look I wanted, and Cary quoted me the price. I also asked about replacing my front and side doors. The siding color I wanted was a special order, so I had to wait a couple weeks for it to be made. It was well worth the wait. Lifetime supplied a brand called "Perfection" and it is truly perfect siding. The siding sections lock together in a way that I don't think even a hurricane would loosen them. All the rotted wood was replaced with Azek trim. The result is my 70-year-old run-down house now looks like a new build. The doors that leaked cold air during the winter are gone. I am very satisfied.
