I think we got a pretty decent price from these guys, considering the quality of the material and the job that was done. They also changed some ply wood and did not charge much for this additional work. Everything was done as agreed, on schedule and within one day! These guys were nice to start, then damaged my deck in several spots as they had no protection…read moreanywhere on my property, i was upset about this and i overheard one of the roofers swearing about me complaining. i asked the owner to come and look at the damages on my deck which are significant, and he said he would come by and never did. I took several pictures of the aftermath - the damages will cost me around $1500 to fix. the backyard wasn't even swept up, i had to pressure wash my deck to get all the rubble off of it and re-paint it. the two curved bannisters that were completely smashed have not been replaced yet. The fact that I never heard back from the owner who promised he would have a look at my yard is unacceptable, i have left a message with them since with no return call yet. My roof was completed in November.

Long story but important to share, I seen the add in the…read moreFort Erie paper and what caught my eye was a company interested in doing roof maintenance, so I called them, he was out in the next day or so to do an inspection, not only did he do the inspection but did the repairs, to my surprise he found by the chimney an area that a racoon tried getting into the roof, he also did the repairs with shingles I had. Well they came today and did another job, the flashing around the chimney. great job, I recommend AJT for any roofing jobs especially preventative maintenance, they will be back in the September to replace the cap on top of the chimney.
