So impressed with the service and workmanship carried out by Classic Products Roofing Systems from the initial contact and informative visit by their Roofing Technician, Michael, to the installation. The work was completed practically on time as agreed despite the intense rain and then snow. When there was a slight delay, Darryl kept us well informed and answered any questions that we had relating to the timing, product and the work. Their installation crew, headed by Sidhu, were amazing - friendly, polite, efficient and hardworking. They all laughed when they ran into our "tenant", the raccoon, when they first got up to the roof. Though he hung around for a bit, we happily watched him scurry away. The crew made sure all work was completed professionally, cleaned up properly and that we were pleased with their workmanship. And we haven't seen the raccoon since, so looks like he won't be back trying to get into our attic again, which was all part of the plan when we looked into a metal roof installation. And the new brown steel roof looks just beautiful. We've already had some neighbours looking at it and commenting on how good it looks. And we can sleep easier now knowing that the roof has a 50 year warranty, so we won't need to get a new roof again. read more

I just wanted to do a review on my aluminum roof that was installed back in February of 2015. The roof has been great and certainly has increased the value of our house. Why I am writing this rating now is because of the follow up warranty that Classic Products Roofing Systems Inc did recently. I was in the attic and noticed some moisture in an area by the ridge venting so I called the president Darryl Brubacher to discuss. Quite frankly I was expecting to get the cold shoulder but it was quite the contrary. Darryl said he would be out that week to look at it. After inspection Darryl said that the ridge venting was faulty and said he would change the ridge vent system and have the material ordered immediately. Within 4 weeks he called to say they would be up to replace. Sure enough, Matthew showed up and put 2 days labour in to replace and the roof venting is now repaired. I cant say enough on how it is the back up service after the initial install is done that really makes the difference between good and best! After the last wind storm we knew we needed a new roof. I emailed 3 companies. The first said they would email me a quote. It never came. The second called me but didn't want to send me ba quote. Didn't strike me like they wanted the job at all. The third company Classic Roofing sent a salesman on the following Saturday. We signed with them that day. Everything went smoothly. The owner is a great guy. Really down to earth and the salesman is exceptional. We thank them both. We are really happy with our new roof. The install crew cleaned up after themselves everyday. Darryl and his team did an amazing job of putting a new roof on my shed. The reason why we chose his was because he originally did the roof of my house and it still looks amazing until this day. After he completed the work on the shed, we asked him to come back and add snow guards to the roof on the home. He showed up at the date and time specified and the team was very diligent and made fast work of it. I will always use Darryl for any future jobs and highly recommend him if you are in need.
