I hired them to fix a leak that was coming into the office in my house. It took a very long time…read morefor them to finally get somebody to inspect the problem, but naturally they asked for inspection cost up front. David came an diagnosed the problem and they quoted me $2k to do some caulking, which is a rip off but If it solved the problem I was ok with it. The issue was not solved, water still came into the office. They sent David again, and he diagnosed a different problem this time, and now they want to me to another $2.5k to do more caulking with "no guarantee" that it will fix the problem. The previous $2k were wasted. Whatever you do, do not use these guys.

We called Tops and talked to the owner Joe. Told him the problem. He came down to the house the very next day while we were at work. He cleared the down spout of leafs that had built up to allow the rain to flow. He then later came to the house when we were home and explained why the rain was leaking.
