Gave clear info on price (a really good deal!) and when he could show up, but wow he went above and beyond!! Made it to our place earlier than expected which was great. Things went a bit sideways due to our long windswept driveway. It was definitely not what Ben expected but he stayed and cleared our drive by truck, snow blower and shovel. Whatever it took. Honestly I can't tell you how crazy it was, we had a CAA tow truck here and it was stuck! He just rolled with the punches and said he would make sure we were ok.
