They explained everything before they continue to do different things. They make you feel comfortable and take care of you. They make sure you are comfortable. Dr Chung takes his time so you are not hurting super kind and carrying!!! I can't explain in words how gentle he is. I recommend Dr Chung..... if I ever need any further cosmetic procedures he would be the only one I would go to. Today is my post op day 1. Last night Dr. Chung text me to ask how was I doing. I had my virtual consultation with Summer, who was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. She answered all my questions and made herself available, which I really appreciated. I do wish I had received a follow-up from her after the procedure, as that's something I always do for my own patients to build rapport. Still, she was great overall. I chose Dr. Andrea McNab after doing my research, and I'm so glad I did. She even texted me before our video consult to say she was running late, which instantly put me at ease. She took time to assess me properly, answered all my questions, and gave her honest opinion. The procedure itself (arms, bra roll, flanks, waist, and back) was shockingly smooth. Cathy, my pre-op and in-room nurse, was fantastic--warm, funny, and made me feel completely safe. The numbing process was the worst part, but the rest felt like vibration and pressure. I didn't even need the nitrous oxide despite my anxiety. Post-op, the swelling and leakage were intense for the first 24-48 hours (be prepared--it looked like a crime scene!), so I highly recommend extra garments, pads, and dressings. I took a few extra days off work just to be safe, and by day three I was showered, more mobile, and feeling surprisingly good. I do have to add that the soreness they said would feel like you had an intense arm workout. Definitely was worse than that but again everyone is different. I'm currently on day 3-4 post-op and already seeing huge differences--especially in my arms and back. I know final results take months, but even now I'm blown away. I 100% recommend this location, Dr. McNab, and the entire staff. They handled my anxiety like pros, made me feel cared for, and gave me results I'm already proud of. It's been several years since I finished my laser hair removal treatments there and my results are holding pretty well. I had literally no hair growing back on my shoulder and back. I added more areas since then and all worked amazingly well. I also did 2 more rounds of Sculpsure for body sculpting and stubborn fat reduction in belly and flanks. As a background, I am pretty fit and just needed some additional toning and the Sculpsure was a perfect touch and greatly helped. I have continued with the scalp treatment for male pattern hair loss prevention and treatment. I am alternating PRP with hair growth stem cell factor to maximize my results and I can confidently say that the treatment was effective in stopping the thinning and stimulating some hair regrowth. As for new treatments, I started doing Botox for my frown lines and lines on forehead at Amoderm around 2 years ago and have done it 3-4 times so far.
