I was really upset. I called FedEx right away. I told her to add a note and she promised that it won't happen again. So Amazon worker are able to find the house. Canada Post is able to find the house. UPS is able to find the house. DHL is able to find the house. But not FedEx. Wow! and he parked right in front too. After scanning the barcode, she asked me to move the box to another area. Their system was well executed, and they had us loaded very quickly. Igor, Manny, Daniel and Christian were very friendly, and professional, and took extra care with our fragile items. Ty was there for the loading as well, to ensure we had everything we needed. At the new place the unload went just as seamlessly and when the truck was empty they even took the time to ask if there was anything we wanted help putting together, and if we wanted them to move anything into a particular spot while they were still there. We did ask them to move a couple of the heavier items which they did happily. Payment was easy; the estimate was exact to the invoice. E-transfer payment was quick and simple. They are definitely competitive price wise, if not a bit better value than some of the larger companies and way better service. Not only was a number of pieces of my furniture damaged during the move, but my couch has been taken from me and held by this company for over 31 days now. Instead of taking responsibility, they have decided to hold my couch hostage going on 31 days now and promised repairs that never happened. They even lied about contacting a repair company. When I followed up myself, the repair company confirmed Home Run Movers never reached out despite their false claims of trying to after having my couch stored for over a week. After even repeated requests of just photos of the damage I have still received nothing. As a matter of fact the only answer I really got was the owner Ty threatening me with some "harsh words" just for asking about my couch. As you can see in the photo. Instead of just sending me photos of the damage or actually contacting the repair company, he instead became aggressive and dismissive, proving how little he cares about his customers. Not only was my stuff damaged but they were 2 hours late for both the pick-up and drop-off. This caused major issues, including problems with my building's elevator since I had reserved it within a specific timeframe At this point they still refuse to let me pick up my own couch. Instead of just returning my property, they have held it hostage for weeks, forcing me to escalate this issue to Consumer Protection BC and take legal action. They are dishonest, unreliable, and completely unprofessional. If you care about your belongings and your peace of mind, do not trust them with your move. I visited Packaging Depot last November to drop off a parcel with a prepaid shipping label. Came on…read morea weekday afternoon. I had a Fedex delivered parcel that was destined for Ontario. Prepaid label with overnight shipping ready to be dropped off. The young staff lady at the counter accepted it and I was out in 2 minutes. She was already in the middle of helping another customer filling out paperwork for his packages but helped me out as well. She immediately offered a receipt to confirm my parcel was shipped out at the time. Fortunately, my parcel was safely delivered to Fedex on time since I made it before their 3pm pick up time. The day after my Fedex overnight delivery parcel was sent, I checked the tracking status online and it was already in Ontario. As a frequent skytrain transit user, I like the location since it is conveniently located a block away from Oakridge-41st skytrain station. I will definitely come back if I ever have a Fedex package that needs to be dropped off. Really have nothing bad to say about this place. 5 stars.

I can count on Packaging Depot to have everything I need to ship whatever item I have, no matter how big, small or odd shaped. They have also been super helpful in offering options and solutions to some of my more challenging shipping projects. They have an excellent variety of different sized boxes, crates, tape, and bubble wrap. You can either package stuff yourself or they can package stuff for you. The part that I appreciate the most is the fact that they have access to a variety of shippers so they can offer me the most affordable choices for what I need. They are definitely worth the drive here.
