I was having toilet flushing issues and another plumbing company told me my main sewer line under my driveway was sagging and leaking. They said the pipe was 6+ feet deep and the repair would require breaking my concrete driveway. The quote was $5,300. Before moving forward, I scheduled a second opinion sewer camera inspection with Robert at Honestee Plumbing. Robert arrived on time, ran a professional sewer line camera inspection, and walked me through everything step by step. After inspecting the entire line he told me the truth: the PVC sewer line was completely fine. No sagging pipe. No leaks. No broken sewer line. The real issue was simply an older toilet that wasn't working properly. Robert could have easily recommended an expensive repair, but instead he chose honesty and saved me thousands of dollars. We had a great experience with Jetters N Drains from start to finish. We got a few quotes from…read moreother companies, and theirs was by far the most reasonable. I really appreciated that their price didn't change after an in-person visit to our house, which happened with ALL of the other companies. They used a trenchless Perma-Liner system to reline our pipe, so they didn't have to tear up our yard. It basically creates a new pipe inside the old one which is pretty cool and is supposed to last forever. They even carefully dug up a hedge and replaced it when they were finished and it looks like it's going to survive. They also installed a new cleanout and fixed a pipe offset that was causing problems. All of this only took about a half day and everything seems to be working perfectly. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and were easy to work with the whole way through. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I got several quotes, and there were several things that set PlumberXP apart from the rest: * I received an immediate reply from Gabe with PlumberXP, not an AI bot. He was knowledgeable and friendly and was willing to actually come out to my home to give an in-person estimate. * During the estimate, he was exactly on-time. He was also very helpful in explaining the differences between moving my existing water heater and installing a new tankless unit. I decided to install the tankless unit. * He was very aware of the various rebate opportunities for installing new tankless units and -- this is huge -- he said that his office manager would fill out all the forms for me and provide me with all the information I needed. All I had to do was sign and submit! * When completing the job, the plumber from PlumberXP went above and beyond. They were fast and did a beautiful job! We do not know anything about plumbing, so we did not question the additional cost. We had to trust the techs providing the service. We requested a refund and the company offered $4,000.00. We feel that given the cost, we are warranted a higher refund. The company refused. Although the owner states that options were given to my mother, they were not. I, (daughter), was there at the time of the tech's explanation of the work and so was my cousin. The tech spoke to my mother in Spanish, my cousin speaks and understands Spanish, and she also stands firm that no options were given to my mother regarding the option of hydrojetting and liner. If there were options my mother would have chosen the lesser cost. We are very upset with the dishonesty of this company. So, make sure you research costs of other plumbing companies before using this one.
