I called and spoke to a young man that agreed the projects I inquired about is what they do. He stated that his manager was out of the office and she would call me with in one hour. No call for the entire day. The next day I called and received a recording. I left a message stating that I had called the day before and I wanted the estimate. I waited one week being generous with the time and still no return call. Not even to say we might be too busy, we don't give a damn, nothing. So if you choose to use them, have your back up numbers ready. There is a good chance they just don't have the manpower to do the work. I find their customer service to be in the worst form.

They knocked down some walls in our office/warehouse building, created a couple of openings to join rooms, fixed the celling to match the new open layout, and added all the finishing touches (re-textured/painted and drywalled all raw areas). I ask them to come back, offer "a little extra if needed" for time/supplies. They return day 3 but can't finish that day - no mention of extra $$ they'll charge. Tech returns alone day 4, wraps up installation, adds Freon several times and tests system. Leaves with ac working, yay, but job isn't done. Leaves equipment neater this time in garage, and old unit now sits blocking side entrance which leads to front door. Day 5, first morning of comfort and restful night - we're thankful. I receive a bill w/ an extra $1200 (for the hole and shimmy job) and asked to pay in full NOW. New and old water heater (already paid for/replaced) both still sitting on garage floor, loose wires sticking out from the installed unit, the old unit and wood pellet still blocking gate, fiberglass and dust left for us to clean up. We negotiate the hefty surprise $1200 charge to half and I pay in full, hesitantly. Same evening - freon puddle from new unit discovered when ac stopped blowing cold air. We do not trust this company but have no choice but to wait for repair. But hey - they're PAID IN FULL! I'll gladly update if they make it right, but at this point, I'd steer clear if given a do-over with choosing the company. Update Day 6: Techs came back and repaired the leak, retested the system and took the equipment. Everything is working. Update: it's been a few weeks. The AC works which is great! BUT they're not completely finished and seem to have disappeared....We paid their plumber up front for reinstallation of the water heater and he hasn't returned 3 calls/messages. The unit is still sitting in the garage. We're out about 4 hundreds dollars and ..... crickets. We will be filing a report with the BBB as the company is MIA.

This review has been long overdue. We began our ADU project in May of 2020 with a local architect…read more He drew up our plans, got them approved by the city, and from there we began the bidding process. We received 6 bids (yes, 6!). We knew it was a big project (1200 sq. ft), likely, the biggest home project we would ever do in our lifetime, and did not want to cut any corners. White Glove Construction was not the cheapest, but we're by far the most responsive and "feel good". I use the words "feel good" because many of our bids felt very casual, almost as if they didn't want the job. This was NOT the case with White Glove! They were always professional and did what they said they were going to do. We had one minor hiccup, which I felt was to be expected considering the size of our project. This hiccup was quickly resolved with a few phone calls and several apologies from Scott and Steve. I would consider ourselves lucky since I've seen a few bad reviews down below. But honestly, even since our project has been completed, Scott will still come by if we have any issues. The issues have been very minor, mostly user error and some education is all it takes... We loved White Glove construction so much, it's almost hard to believe that someone could have so many issues. We loved that Scott allowed, in our contract, for us to perform almost all finishing work. Drywall, flooring, lighting, cabinets, etc. We felt this would save us money and I think we were right. Scott worked with our budget and was honest about what we could actually get for the money we had. Bottom line, Scott knows his stuff. There was even a time the city inspector learned a few things! We were there when Scott, very diplomatically, whipped out the manufacturers recommendation for some piping. Turns out, Scott's work was top notch, and the city inspector gained a new respect for our contractor due to his knowledge. We love White Glove Construction!
