They installed…read moresecurity cameras on my parents rental property almost exactly a year ago in January 2017, in which they paid close to $3,000 for. They worked well and would connect with onsite internet so the cameras could be viewed through an application on a phone, tablet, computer, etc outside of the property. Unfortunately, our internet modem was not very stable (cox cable) and would cause settings to be erased or changed and we would lose access to viewing the cameras from an outside source. The cameras still worked/recorded (which was the most important part), but my parents would still like to be able to view the rental property whenever and wherever they liked. I called a few times to have this fixed (and it WAS fixed multiples times, so thank you.) Finally, we had a Cox Cable technician come out and tell us that our modem and our router were causing problems with our cameras, which is why we would lose outside connection multiple times. We bought and installed a new modem and router and everything has been fine, except we still could not access viewing from outside of the property because we do not know how to set up that kind of access, otherwise we would do it ourselves. By this point, I am sure this company was tired of hearing from me because they had to come out 3 times to fix this issue, which I sincerely understand how that may be a burden to come out and fix, since it did not seem like an easy fix. A technician would come out and be there for 3-4 hours, which I get can be viewed as a "waste of time." I am completely understanding about that. I have called more than 5 times and left messages letting this company know that I had fixed the internet issues on our end and if they could come out and try to remedy this one more time. I have not heard one thing back. I have called the number of the sales person (Don) a few times and left messages, as well as text messages, and also called the actual phone number listed for Future Security and Automation. The quality of work they did was great! But I do not know if I am being intentionally avoided or what is going on. I will post with an update if I ever get one.

The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case.
