This a terrible company that's extremely corrupt. I highly recommend you not do any business with…read morethem as they misrepresent themselves, lie and steal your money. Once they have a "signed" contract, they are extremely rude and will not help you with any issues including fixing the damage they do to your house. Here is an Update of My Review and The Bad Customer Service I've received once they got paid…read more The cameras they install are not of good source and what I mean by this is they come from Korea and you have to install /uninstall the app. As you can see when I first got the cameras they where very courteous and concern the first 3weeks as the app to the camera was not working properly. We had to download another App. I had to disconnect the camera so many times ,I texted Jonathan who was the service tech person to set up my cameras and it took him 2weeks to get back to me and tells me a I was on vacation OK no worries I'll excuse that let him know about my cameras he advised he'll set a time up sometime next week ,the following week in which no one called or came out-I tried to figure out what's wrong with the cameras, and I just didn't want to mess with any settings. I let him know that it will not install on my cell phone neither one of the apps but the cameras are still recording on my tv ,he said okay so it's not the WiFi-I said no I told you this several times it the apps on my phone- however the purpose of me having access to my phone is to see who is at my front door -right?who is stealing my packages? And We'll the Main reason is because Someone I know kept tampering with my vehicle several times-anyhoot Since March-I've been waiting for my camera apps to work and the camera to work outside and I have not even been with my cameras for 6 months (working well condition)Laura says let me check with Jonathan .. Jonathan says that he will come come out but there's a service fee but because he's OK with me he's cool with me he won't charge me I simply said I'm not paying for no service and I'm not paying for you to come out here and fix this camera that no longer works well besides the app itself he said it's still recording but that's that's not the point the point is to have it on my phone do you have access he says when he's in the area he'll stop by well being in the area if you don't live out here you're not gonna be in the area so here I am again texting 2 1/2 months later asking for someone to come out and I got the response of I'm sorry I've been working projects out of town,now I text Laura again Laura says let me check with Jonathan -Jonathan says he'll come out the following week nobody came out another week goes by and I'm leaving out of town no one came and now we are into the 2nd week and I had enough. A charge fee of $75 is needed if once your cameras are set up and the technician has to come out and fix the camera and app. Like seriously you are using a Korean app do you not think these apps will go upstate or a new one needs to be updated.it's a mess I do NOT Recommend them and in all honesty just by the ring or google camera install it yourself. The sell is we give you ADT and the cameras etc. you pay the Technician when gets there and ADT will charge you but you are under a contract. We are here for you just give us a text.. Sad to say I can't even see these cameras live on my phone because of the run around I've been given. If they do not get fixed a civil law suit and BBB will be the next thing , People give these Stars as soon as the set up is done but 20-25 days later you get an app that is in another language and you have constantly deal with the apps inside of an app. The text went out today and CC:Fwd to someone I know dearly who can help with FTC and BBB. I was told today they come out next week to fix it and I replied please so o don't ever have to deal with you ,the excuses and the business with Laura as she referred you to me. So lets fast forward to May 27th or so I let Laura know no one showed up and -no call ,she said let me talk to Jonathan. 1 week goes by and Nothing From Laura So I text her again ,she responds with Jonathan said he will send his other technician this week so now it's the first week of June and nothing again, so o text her Friday and said no one came now what! So l let Laura said she'd have Jonathan come out last week and no one came ,went out of town and I let this week end on a Friday and I've had enough of their excuses. Aja Mann M.Simplis has been my attorney for other things and she is Awesome In Dealing with BBB/etc. Update 6/22/2022@6:30pm Jonathan came Wednesday as Promised Finally and He initially stated it would be $75 for the call to come out and As I stated above I was not going to to pay him at all . Once he left I seller him $50,you may ask Why? Because rags isn't cheap and Though the lack of all the bull shit I was given ;I know hardship and everyone struggles

From my first phone call with Garen, I could tell he really knew his stuff and compared to other quotes, WorldWideTech's pricing was very competitive. The choice was easy. Garen came onsite a couple days later for a free consultation and helped me design a network that would meet all my current needs, while also giving great options for future additions. At no point did he try to upsell me on any unnecessary hardware and he explained his reasoning behind every recommendation. While the actual installation was no easy task, but Garen wasn't phased by any challenge my older home threw at him. He worked so hard the entire day and had a positive, friendly attitude after a long 10 hour day. After everything was physically installed, Garen carefully walked me through the configuration process and showed me how to optimize all the new hardware. I couldn't be any happier with the results and will be recommending to all my friends and colleagues. Thanks again to Garen and the entire team at WorldWideTech! I will definitely be using them again!
