Absolutely love the service and selection at Skyline. The people that are there whenever I come in are always so kind and remember me. I feel like it is a "Cheers" bar without the actual bar, but it gives such a homey and relaxing feeling. I like that they have so many individual cans and small bottles that allows you to try before committing, which I love. You can't find that in many local places or other places in Casa Grande, so they are unique and very cool in my book in that way! This will continue to be my spot whenever I am in the area! While in the area, I was on the hunt for Redbreast Irish Whiskey 12 or 15 year for a gift. I was worried I was not going to be able to find it in the area and when I did, that it would be overpriced. I called Skyline to not only find they had the 12 and 15 year, but they had other options as well. When I pulled into the parking lot, it was almost full so I knew I found a good liquor store. When I walked in the door, I was surprised how large it is compared to how it looked from the outside. Their layout is very organized and I instantly found the Redbreast. Not only did I find the Redbreast but their pricing was on target too! When I took it up to the counter, the very friendly lady said oh you called about the Redbreast! Skyline Liquor has changed alot over the past 20 years or so. back in the days, this was a OK place to go but nothing special. now they have a huge variety of alcohol to choose from and if you don't see what you want, just ask! they are very helpful. today I tried peanut butter whiskey. I can't say enough positive comments about their customer service. I was calling from NY to order/deliver 6 bottles of champagne for my niece's bachelorette weekend. Steve was so helpful. He asked if the champagne was for mimosas. It was. So he guided me to a less expensive bottle that would pair well with OJ. I ordered a few items on the Drisley app and it was from this store. One item I was particularly looking forward to was the Crown Royale 16 year Rye. What was delivered was the Winter wheat. It is about 15-20 dollars cheaper. The delivery man from the liquor store sheepishly said he would take it back. Then called and said they don't have the 16 but he would give the Winter wheat and discount the difference. When he dropped off the Winter Wheat he said that he was told the hoped i wouldn't notice the difference. I still never got my refund for the difference! The audacity of this place. I will never ever order from such a ridiculous place like this again. You wonder why mom and pop shops like this go out of business... this is why.
