The chicken at Velero is terrible, and dry. The chicken is no good, would not recommend eating it.

Well, we were pleasantly surprised to find it open on our most recent trip to visit my dad. We stopped in, used the restroom, grabbed some cold drinks, and some snacks. We had just filled up on gas in Kingman so we skipped topping off this time, but the pumps looked pretty standard for a Maverik. We will try them out on our next visit. We used the self-checkout and got some instant savings on our purchases. The clerk was super friendly as he checked on us and even offered us a bag for our purchases. As a regular visitor to the area and beyond, I am super happy to have a new place to stop. The town otherwise really only has a couple of old Shell stations along this stretch of the road. Maveriks are always a great place to stop for fuel, drinks, and snacks and their rewards program is top notch. Check it out if you're in the area.

Went inside to let the clerk know about it, little did I know he was not having a good morning. It was busy so that might explain his response to me when I was just letting him know about it. Instead of just saying thank you and recording the issue, he said he didn't know what I expected him to do about it as he didn't have time to deal with it. Front counter employee could be a little friendlier and focused on customer service. Bottom line I like Maverik so I will continue to shop there, Ill just avoid that employee.

I've had consistently frustrating experiences with the pharmacy at Walgreens on Crismon and…read moreSouthern. The pharmacy appears to be extremely understaffed and the employees seem overworked, which unfortunately results in very long wait times. It doesn't seem to matter what day or time you go--there is almost always a line and the average wait time is around 30 minutes or more just to speak with someone. Another major issue is how they handle prescriptions that are pending renewal. Many pharmacies will offer a short emergency refill while waiting for a doctor to approve a new prescription, but this location seems to deny those requests almost every time. That leaves patients stuck without medication while waiting for paperwork to move through the system. Between the long lines, slow service, and lack of flexibility with medication continuity, it's been a very frustrating experience. If you rely on consistent medication access, be aware that delays here could easily leave you waiting several days without what you need. I genuinely hope Walgreens invests in more staffing and better support for this pharmacy, because the current situation makes it very difficult for us patients. Oh, and don't bother trying to call-in because I've been on hold on average for 45 minutes. It's been this way for months and there has not been any changes.

I've never had an issue with Walgreens and their Photo department until now…read more.. I ordered pictures earlier this week from this Walgreens location and they turned out great. I needed to order some more pictures and went to pick them up today from this same location. I didn't think I needed to open them up on the spot, but now wish I had. I had to run errands after picking these up, and got back home late, so when I finally opened and looked at the pictures, I was shocked to see they are not mine! The sleeve they are in has my name, number, and order information, but inside (they always have one photo that lists the name, and order number, and an image of first and last photo printed) was someone else's name and number listed! Like how do you mess that up?! They go by last name when you pick up in person, my last name isn't close to this other persons! (Even my full name is nowhere near similar to this other person!) Very disappointed, and sad that I didn't get my pictures, and now someone else has mine. So moral of the story folks, if you decide to order pictures from here or any place for that matter, look over your order BEFORE you leave the store!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been trying to get a prescription for my mom for about 7…read moredays. Finally on the day they are supposed to have the medication in stock, and she's received a message that the prescription is ready to be picked up. We go thru the drive-thru, it's about 3:00pm, waiting in line for 20 to 30 minutes just to get to the window where they told us that we don't have the prescription ready to but if you come back, it will be ready for you at 6:15pm. I said I will be back by 6:30pm. I am again waiting in the drive thru at about 6:20pm, waiting again for 20 to 30 minutes just to get to the window and they tell us, you have to come inside the store and be sitting in one of the chairs before we can even fill this prescription for you. Why? It's not a controlled substance or anything, Nope, it's just their policy. Why didn't someone tell me this when I tried to pick it up earlier in the day? I am super frustrated by this point, I go into the store, and of course there are about 4 people in line. Finally, after not helping 2 of the customers in front of me, (I will explain that in a moment), they tell me they don't have it in stock and they can only give me 5 days worth, Or I can wait until the 13th when they should receive it. I asked how much the copay would be for the 5 days or can I wait to pay for the whole thing on the 13th but still take the 5 days supply now, All of sudden they had enough to fill 30 days. To get this prescription filled cost me almost 2 hours of time today. Back to the 2 customers in front of me. I overheard the one lady tell the customer that because February only has 28 days in that why her prescription is short 2 days until she is able to get it refilled. Huh? What about the months that have 31 days in them, they don't give you 31 days of medication. The other customer was sent over by another Walgreens because they didn't have what she needed in stock, this is about 7:00pm, they told her she needs to contact her Doctor's office and have them discontinue the Prescription at the first Walgreens and have them send a new prescription to this Walgreens. I have never seen such a poorly run Pharmacy. I am looking to switch all of my Mom's medications to another pharmacy not Walgreens related.

Horrible customer service, rude employees, and complete lack of follow through from management…read more(Rene). This store allows corporate entities such as Temco and American Home Furniture to monopolize the entirety of the location. It is nearly impossible every morning for any average customer to efficiently get in and out of the store or potentially get gas because the large delivery trucks are perpetually blocking driveways, gas pumps, and parking spaces. It is not unheard of to be stuck in the driveways of this location for well over ten minutes because the delivery trucks will not move! Despite the fact that these issues are known by the leadership team, they still allow the Temco and American Home Furniture employees to take over the store at the expense of ALL the regular customers. One cannot simply get in and out, so there really is no "quick trip." Even when you bring these issues to the attention of staff and management, they write you off as the problem rather than addressing the companies and people who have made this location impossible to utilize for the average customer. This is the definition of failed management and leadership!
