Don't believe all these fake positive reviews on google. They have people leave reviews when they…read morego in. Go look on yelp or CarGurus, those are the real reviews. I called about a car and they have about $4000 in fees for that car. The price listed online is not the real price. Also if you are not financing through them they will charge you thousands extra. They give fake names over the phone to try and manipulate you into coming in and wasting your time. The guy on the phone that I spoke to told me that he will do 1000 in dealers fees instead of 3500. He was supposed to text me that way I have his name and contact information so that I can reference who I spoke to when I came in. He never did that. I called them before I was about to leave my house to come in and they said that they don't have anybody by that name that works there then I spoke to another person and he told me a name and I called right back and the lady that answers the phone says that we don't have somebody by that name that works here. They will try and tell you whatever you want to hear over the phone and they say that nobody buys a car over the phone... I have bought several exotic cars including a Lamborghini aventador over the phone from out of state. They had a regular Mercedes s580 that I was going to buy to have as a beater cause I liked the spec. No dealer does business the way they do. I was a cash buyer so I have more leverage as far as buying a car. Most people will finance a car which is why they will have you come in to fill out a credit app so that they can hit your credit and pressure you into buying a car and if you don't, then you just wasted a bunch of inquiries on your credit and wasted your time. Stay away from this dealer they are scammers and Timewasters

Most of the 4-5 star reviews are people who have 1 review to their account, so you know its fake. In addition to this I've had my car 7 months and only put 3,000 miles and the sunroof is now not working on the car correctly. Below is the review from google. Worked with Ryan and made a deal, he was nice/helpful. when I first got the car things were good. The transmission went 2.5-3 weeks in on the car, also the battery on the car died and it was a bit of back and forth arguing before they agreed to pay it. it was a 300 dollar battery and they tried to put it on me and blame it on weather. I had to fix the battery myself to drive the car out to the shop to get it fixed because they refused to send a tow truck to pick up the car. General manager is super unprofessional; he refused to talk to me the entire time I had any issue and spoke to me through the salesman/manager because he was never "available" every time I called. To this day i've not been able tot speak to him once. They had my car for about a months' time before it was back after rebuilding the trans which by the way they also own the same trans shop, so they made ample money from me and capital one. Thank God I had bought supplemental warranty from capital one on the loan because they didn't want to fix it even though I also had 90-day warranty from them. They were respectable enough to admit over the phone that yes, it was about the money, and they were going to do whatever they could to not pay. They didn't want to fix the trans initially per their dealer warranty and were refusing to pay for it, so they purposely waited for the time frame to make capital one's coverage kick in and pay for it. they didn't want to pay and honor their contract even though they knowingly sold me a car with a bad trans. no way they didn't know. Also, I paid over 20k for a used 7-year-old car and they acted like they did me a favor. Wouldn't go back to this place again. they had smiles on their face counting all the money I had in cash but made me fight constantly to get them to honor what they were supposed to meanwhile they didn't pay their part. They made capital one cover it. P.S prices listed on capital one auto are actually 4 grand less than what they're really asking. they put it in fine print. price listed is WITH 4 grand down which again is in fine print.

A new car shutting down in highway traffic is not just inconvenient -- it's DANGEROUS Once it was taken to the service center, this is where things really started to break down even further. Every time we were told by literally anyone there that they would call us back and let us know what was going on with the car. We would have radio silence. We never knew what was happening and it took escalating the situation to Dodge corporate to even get an answer as what was done to our car. Every time we try to get an answer, we were ignored. Every time we tried to speak to someone about the situation, we were ignored. Phone numbers were given, text messages were sent. Emails were sent and there is barely a response (still today as our car is STILL in the service center) Do not under any circumstance go to this dealership They are swindler's. They are not honest. And they will do whatever they can to get your money. And this is coming from someone who LOYALLY went there and has had 6 leases there since 2017. EDITING TO ADD that they promised me a check to pay for the first month payment. Since they had the car more than I did. And because I left this review they won't give it to us. The owner wants us to take the review down. But absolutely not everyone deserves to know this NONSENSE they put us through. Seriously the worst

I purchased a used BMW 5x with just over 100k miles (Just outside protection from the lemon laws that are there to protect you from places like this), although I decided to buy it for two reasons. I trusted Elie to do the right thing and the carfax was good. Both mistakes. I should have taken it to my mechanic. I drove it off the lot and within 80 miles it broke down. I was driving across the country and Elie told me to just keep going. He did pay for the $400 tow and fix, but what I found out later was that he never put the warranty on the car that came with this purchase. The issue turned out to be a blown head gasket and the warranty turned out to be totally worthless When I took it to the next mechanic the mechanic told me he has never had any claim from Penn warranty come through. It was absolutely worthless. Yet Elie continues to sell these warranties under the false premise that they will protect you in case he sells you a lemon. In the end, I had over $6,000 worth of repairs on the car and it still wasn't fixed. I scrapped it for a measly $850, with a net loss of around $12,000. One of the worst mistakes of my life was buying a car and trusting Inwood Motors and Elie Chamoun. Please if you are considering buying a car here, do not trust anyone there, do your own homework and pay at least 2 mechanics to inspect the car thoroughly. Do not believe anything Elie says, he will do anything to get these cars off his lot. I am proof of the consequences of my mistake from buying there. And remember the warrant he will tell you there are absolutely worthless, just google Penn warranty (https://tinyurl.com/yc5kgp8p)... they will not pay. No matter how many times Elie Chamoun lies to you and says they will. Good luck. Avoid this place. I hope others can avoid the same mistake.

I had an extremely upsetting experience with Carvana, both in terms of their policies and how their…read morecustomer service treated me. I began a purchase for a 2021 Land Rover Range Rover Velar through Carvana. On March 19, 2026, I received an email from Carvana that my order had been approved. Later that same day, before midnight, I decided I no longer wanted the vehicle and canceled the purchase. I then received another email from Carvana confirming that "Your vehicle purchase was canceled on March 19 at 11:58 p.m. EDT" and that my refund was being reviewed and processed. In other words, I canceled the same day I was approved, well within roughly 24 hours, and long before the car was ever shipped or in transit. The issue is a 690‑dollar "nonrefundable" shipping fee. The day before, on March 18, 2026 at 5:46 p.m. EDT, Carvana emailed me saying they had "initiated your nonrefundable payment of $690.00" to cover shipping and labeled it a "Nonrefundable shipping charge" to my Citibank account. In a small note at the bottom of that email, they added that if I canceled my order by March 19, 2026 at 5:46 p.m. EDT, they would refund the shipping fee. While I did not cancel by that exact timestamp, I did cancel later on March 19--within about 24 hours of approval--and before any shipping actually began or any transport service was provided. Despite the fact that my order was approved and canceled the same day and the vehicle never moved an inch, Carvana refused to refund the 690‑dollar shipping fee. When I contacted support via chat and spoke with an advocate named Amanda, I explained that the car was never shipped, that my purchase and cancellation happened within roughly 24 hours, and that I had emails confirming both approval and cancellation on March 19. Instead of looking at the situation reasonably, Amanda repeatedly hid behind the "nonrefundable" label and the technical 5:46 p.m. cutoff, showed no flexibility, and showed no understanding that they were keeping hundreds of dollars for a service that was never actually rendered. She thanked me for my "patience" while essentially refusing to help. In my view, this is exactly how a policy becomes predatory: Carvana takes a large "nonrefundable" shipping fee up front, then keeps it even when a customer cancels quickly, the car is never shipped, and the company has not actually provided the service that fee is supposed to cover. It may be technically within their fine print, but it feels like they are profiting from customers' cancellations rather than acting in good faith. I will never buy a car from Carvana again, and I strongly encourage others to think very carefully before paying any shipping fee or relying on their customer service to treat you fairly.
