I settled on 3 stars because I am satisfied with the car I ultimately purchased. I have purchased more than 50 vehicles over the years. I've also sold multiple cars on consignment that were ultimately sold over the Internet, so I know the process. I had never purchased a car over the Internet and, after this experience, I will never do so again. I erroneously assumed that a luxury car dealer with over 15 years in business would have in place a rigorous, detailed, well-documented inspection process before offering a car for sale. Their website boasts "We offer a level of customer service that is unparalleled in the industry". This review can't accurately convey the frustration and follow-up required to get to the finish line on this car. No individual issue taken on its own was important. But cumulatively they added up to a nebulous, tiresome, and frustrating process. I emailed the owner Lance, and sales manager Stu multiple times. The outcome might have been different if either of them replied. So, if you are willing to go through the process, you will probably, like I did, get a decent car at the end of the day, but the process is exhausting.

My ex husband sold cars for Cadillac! The only possible reason is because you just don't care and my business is very clearly not important to you at all! This entire experience has been the worst, I literally can't even believe how lackadaisical you are as a sales person when this is apparently your business, that you own. You'd really think you would care more about how you treat customers and the reputation that you are creating and the fact that you clearly don't care at all about how outrageously long it has taken for every pathetic little step of the way of moving forward to actually purchase one of your vehicles. Service Tec spilled engine oil all over engine compartment never cleaned up the mess, returned 3 times before it was properly cleaned. Returned June 2025 for another oil and filter change but before leaving inspected under hood and again found oil all over engine cover and had them clean oil spill. Extremely Sloppy Workers cant trust these people to be competent in their work . These people could not perform a simple oil change I can only imagine how bad they could screw up Major Work on your car. Also noticed I was never sent a Survey after each visit.
