Thankfully after looking at some reviews I decided to check out ELDORADO and I met the wonderful Mark. Mark is like a kind uncle . He was patient, he was informative, and he was invested in me making the right choice for my lifestyle and my budget . He was never pushy like the typical sleazy used car salesman so I felt comfortable working with him. We found a car that worked for me and his team even handled all the dmv requirements so I didn't have to do that myself . I am so happy with my purchase . My family got a chance to meet mark as well and said if they ever are in the market for a car they would work with him in the future! I also want to note that after I bought the car I had a problem with my heat . I called mark and he was so apologetic and instantly called a mechanic who took care of it right away at no cost to me. Mark has called to follow up with me and ask about my family even though I already bought the car. He is a genuine person as well as the rest of his staff. I would highly recommend this dealer if you're looking for a good used car !!

My gripe however is that I'm not even in my second month from owning one of their cars and I've had an exhaust repair (if they inspected the pipes they would have seen the damage right?) luckily it was within the 30 days so the did cover that! But I didn't have to skip work so probably evens out the cost in reality. And now I'm staring down the barrel of a complete transmission replacement putting me $5000 out of pocket. By the way that's half of what the car cost! Fist time taking it into an interstate going above 65mph and the cars transmission fails. When a car You just bought, and after being assured it was running great! Has it's transmission fail, is a large kick in the teeth! I would advise anyone considering buying used, to seek a proper inspection at the car dealership before buying used. Do not take the people selling it on their word, as it can cost you big time. We were dumb enough to think we won't need the extended warranty. Maybe you should chip in for it. Better than being stuck with a $5000 bill I somehow have to find in the back of my couch. I really wanted to like this place but now I am just waiting for more things to fail with the car I'm now stuck with until it's paid up.

Unfortunately, after several awful experiences ,my most recent experience was so disappointing that I won't ever be returning. I came in with my own financing already secured. Despite that, I was strongly encouraged by sales person who I have been working with for many years to apply through Honda Financial Services instead. He stated that I would get a better interest rate. I was told my car needed to be Honda Certified in order to move forward with that financing, which required nearly $2,000 worth of repairs. After more than eight hours at the dealership, I was finally told that the Honda Financial Services loan was 4% higher than the financing I had brought in with me. Since I ended up using my own financing after all, the certification and the nearly $2,000 I spent turned out to be completely unnecessary. The entire process felt unnecessarily drawn out, exhausting and manipulative. Spending more than eight hours at a dealership for a transaction that should have been straightforward is unacceptable. I also did not have positive experiences with my salesperson despite working with him for many years. I simply did not feel I could trust him. One detail that stood out at the last visit was that his desk was elevated on risers so he sat towering over customers, which struck me as an odd, uncomfortable and comical dynamic. Finally, after the long day, I was taken into the back to a finance office to sign paperwork and was subjected to aggressive sales pitches for additional products and warranties. He used intimidation and scared tactics. The presentation made many of these add-ons feel mandatory rather than optional, creating an uncomfortable, high-pressure environment at a point when I was already mentally exhausted. I feel people who are not as adept as I am in car buying can be deceived into purchasing these add-ons. This review reflects only my personal experience, but after more than a decade of being a loyal customer, I left feeling misled and pressured rather than valued. There are many reputable dealerships where the buying process is transparent and respectful. If I were shopping again, I would look elsewhere. On the flipside my experience with Edwin at Honda Services for service and maintenance have always been great.

What should have been a routine warranty tire replacement turned into one of the worst dealership service experiences I've ever had. I drove from New Jersey to Bay Ridge Honda because I trusted this dealership and had purchased a Honda tire warranty. After checking in, I waited approximately **45 minutes** before being told the replacement tire wasn't in stock. While inventory shortages happen, everything that followed was entirely avoidable. My service advisor told me he would: * Obtain warranty authorization that Friday. * Call me Friday with an update. * Call me Monday regarding the repair. None of those calls ever happened. From Friday afternoon until Monday afternoon, I received ZERO proactive communication. No update on the tire, the warranty, the repair status, or when my vehicle would be ready. On Monday, I had to call the dealership 5 separate times just to get an update. It wasn't until I requested to speak with a manager that I finally received a callback informing me my vehicle was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, it wasn't actually ready. My husband and I waited another two hours while the dealership processed the warranty paperwork. I was told they couldn't process the warranty until the repair was complete. If that's their process, why call customers to pick up their vehicles before the paperwork is finished? Throughout the experience, there was virtually no ownership, urgency, or empathy. No transportation assistance was offered after learning they didn't have the tire. No apology was ever given for the missed calls, the unnecessary delays, or the complete lack of communication. To make matters worse, I had to repeatedly request basic service documentation, and I never received the customary multi-point inspection report for my visit. I escalated the matter to American Honda and provided call logs, text messages, invoices, and receipts documenting everything that occurred. This review isn't about an inventory shortage. Those happen. It's about broken promises, poor communication, lack of accountability, and a customer service culture that left a long-time customer feeling like an inconvenience rather than someone whose business was valued. After nearly a decade of bringing my vehicle here, this experience permanently ended that relationship. If you're looking for a dealership that communicates proactively, respects your time, and takes ownership when things go wrong, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

First, they refused to honor a tire warranty I had from another dealership, which was already disappointing. Then, I was told they don't offer Sunbit financing for amounts over $1,000. When I questioned this, they suddenly backtracked on that statement, which made the whole situation feel unprofessional and unreliable. To make matters worse, I was told a single tire would cost around $310 and that they would "see what they can do" on the price. That kind of vague response, especially for something that expensive, didn't inspire any confidence and felt like they were just trying to smooth things over without actually helping. Overall, this experience has completely turned me off from this service department. I will not be returning, and at this point, I'm seriously reconsidering ever purchasing a vehicle from this dealership again.

This review reflects strictly on Honda Plaza Management for their mishandling of my second key,…read morewhich was signed and dated on the Honda Plaza Auto Mall contract as a "We Owe" item. The contract stated that it is valid for only (30) THIRTY DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE. So on the 30th day, after still not hearing anything back regarding my second key, I gave the dealership a call (refer to call log). I was informed they would follow up, and it would be mailed along with my new plate. So patiently (perhaps stupidly), I believed them. To keep things short and sweet, I followed up on Jan 11, Jan 13, Jan 28, Feb 8, and Feb 16 regarding the whereabout of my keys, only to receive crickets, except for Amia but the situation was out of her control. Whether Honda Plaza Management intentionally let the contract validity lapsed and simply ignored my follow-ups or it was miscommunication, the fact is this: The contract stated Plaza Honda owes me a key fob programming and key cut, which was signed and dated Dec 6th. This is valid for 30 days. On the 30th day, I called for an inquiry and was told they would look into it and mail it along with my plate. The plate was eventually mailed, but not the key. After an additional six follow-ups, my emails were ignored by the people who could resolve the issue. At this point, it is a loss. But this dealership will never get any business from me, my family, my friends, my coworkers, my neighbors, my acquaintances, or anyone who is thinking of buying a vehicle from Plaza Honda again. This is the reason why car brands like Tesla, Rivian, and Lucid which sells directly to consumers are thriving, because of practices like this.

There's a reason why I stopped dealing with "stealerships". I called Lenny Komsky and asked for advice. Not only did he take the time to try and get the car but when he was met with pushback(from the dealerships) he gave me the info needed to try and get the car I wanted from an out of state dealer. After calling a few dealers and giving them the numbers that Lenny told me the car should be selling at(much lower than what the dealers wanted), I finally got a dealer to call me back and agree to what Lenny told me the car should be at. The dealer than proceeded to send me the paperwork which Lenny asked for me to send to him to double check everything. Even though they made nothing on the deal, the Grand Prix team made sure I got the best possible deal and made sure everything was in order. I was even able to get the car delivered to my front door from a dealer close to 800 miles away for no extra charge. Again all tanks to Lenny and his team. I really don't know how to thank them for this. On top of all that, Lenny was able to get me out of my current Lease 8 months earlier so I can get the car I've been looking into. Mind you some dealers quoted me 800 dollars a month more than what I ended up paying for the same car.

Update as of August 13, 2026:…read more I emailed Jennifer on Monday, August 10, and followed up again today. I have not received a response to either email. Joel actually reached out the same day I sent the email, August 10. During that call, I asked him about the email I had sent to Jennifer. He said he would speak with her and get back to me. I am still waiting to hear from him regarding both the proposed trade and the tickets the dealership agreed to pay. At this point, I feel as though I am being ignored and given the runaround. I have an email confirming that a check was supposed to be issued for the tickets, but I have not received any receipts or written confirmation showing that the tickets were actually paid. This is a serious concern. If the tickets remain unpaid and my vehicle is booted or anything else happens because of them, there will be a much larger issue. If I do not receive proof that the tickets were paid, I may have to pursue the matter through legal channels. I have tried to handle this professionally and have kept written documentation of every communication. I am simply asking the dealership to provide proof that the promised ticket payments were completed and to respond to my proposal regarding the trade. The continued lack of communication only adds to an already exhausting experience.
