Facility: they have a very unique and beautifully decorated restaurant. The lamps are pretty, so look up from that phone LOL! They have booths and tables and chairs. The restaurant was completely empty while we were there, which is strange as the food was very good. Service: I did not get the name of the server, but she was great. Friendly and gracious to my family's lame jokes. We never had an empty glass or needed to call her over. Food: I took photos of everyone's plate and tasted one other plate... the honey chipotle chicken... it was good, but too sweet for me. My family LOVED it. I ordered the carnitas, because I love them... these were pretty good. There were a few dry pierces but mostly it was moist, and flavorful. The chips and salsa were good. They have a more traditional thicker chip and the salsa is homemade and very good, with an almost smokey finish. We also got a bowl of queso... it's a little too thin and runny (I'm sure they water it down to stretch it) but it still tastes great! Overall: I would definitely come back... I would like to try some more things on the menu.

The salsa came in a small bottle and had clearly been sitting in that bottle more than a day - it wouldn't come out. The food was very bland. When adding the total from the menu, we were never given the discount. How could a place be so different from before?? We'll never go back.

We went to Longhorn on a Wednesday night hungry for a good steak dinner. We each ordered the 12…read moreounce ribeye which came with salad and a side. I got salad with blue cheese dressing and asparagus and my husband got the same salad and a sweet potato. We both ordered our steaks medium rare. Our waitress was attentive and cordial and we were seated in a nice private booth which made for a quieter dinner. The wheat bread served first was delicious. The salads were great. The asparagus was cooked perfectly as was the sweet potato. The steaks were disappointingly thin so they were over cooked. They were not even an inch thick. Our medium rare was not medium rare. My grandfather was a butcher and I could hear his voice in my head remarking about the thin cut of the ribeye. I've had a better cut of beef at a restaurant that wasn't a steak house. So disappointing! Since we were pressed for time we ate what we could (less than 1/3 for me) and didn't send it back to the kitchen. It was tough to chew and didn't have the rich ribeye flavor. This was our second overcooked steak dinner at Longhorn so we will go to another restaurant next time. The best thing about the restaurant was the excellent waitress.

Like other TJ's the restaurant/bar has a nice sports bar feel with lots of tv's and the overall feel is fun, but also warm and inviting. The outdoor patio space is great! It's really a nice space to have a dinner and/or beer with friends and the service was fantastic. I had the riblets and substituted onion rings for the fries. The rings tasted great and the server was more than happy to bring extra dipping sauce. The riblets were ok. In the future I'll probably just order normal full ribs or stick with a burger but overall they were pretty good. TJ Chumps is a nice local chain and always a good bet for a good experience.

The green beans and mashed potatoes with gravy were good. The coconut cream pie was very good. It had a nice meringue topping and the crust was flaky.
