Eventually, she agreed to make the 5 sandwiches I had ordered earlier in the day. With the new "SubClub" promotion, I was supposed to receive a free 12" sub. When she rang up my order, she said you cannot use SubClub points in person, so I had to pay for the sub. I will never visit this location again.
