It's si fun when u land you Kinda hop like a bunny here and there until u are fully secured and stable and wow their team and staff are strong and professional and made the experience fun . We purchased the Groupon package but we upgraded so that was 100$ to go the same weekend so it's like paying regular price but I have to say you still save about 28) at the wine tasting location since it's 2 for 1 wine tasting and Diana our sommelier was experienced at monté de oro winery. My bf and I enjoyed the Greek salad I didn't like it didn't contain Greek cheese for being green but was still great dressing. Pizza was theee best and the owner owns this place too and the hot air balloon spot which has amazing sky divers on the full priced package deal. The other fun deal the Groupon package had a 15$ voucher for the bomb shelter cafe which Is special and historical aka the best massive known location for the best sky divers in California. We arrived at the designated meeting spot at 5am on the nose as directed. We paid our $250 and waited @30 minutes in the car for everyone else to show up. Little did we know that although we were the first to arrive, we weren't going to be the first 8 in the balloon. They called names and had 6 skydivers hang along the sides of the basket and up they went. We were left to sit in a stinky van to wait our turn for 40 minutes. Cramped in the back with 6 other people, we 'chased the balloon' until it landed. Our ride was a short low float across a field and into a car dealer with no divers. The experience of being in a hot air balloon is amazing. I recommend everyone do it at least once. Moral of the story, if you're going to ride with these guys make sure you get the first ride or don't go at all. read more

If you hit a Groupon voucher for this, be aware flight times have to be booked 3 months in advance The only thing I'd consider a "minus" was a shortened flight time. Originally we were told it could be anywhere between 45 min to an hour, while we flew for only 29 min from getting off the ground to touching it again. Of course it takes time to load people up and get them out of the basket while the Balloon is deflated, but it can't be considered flying!! read more

Ive wanted to do this since i was a kid. In Washington state I would always see the balloons all the time one even landed in my elementary school field. So Im turning 34 and just survived a over year long pandemic that is still going on. So I said this year im going Ballooning. I got a great deal on groupon $199 for 2 people i scheduled it for my bday I took off work and everything. I wanted it on Sunday so they said because im a standby its $50.00 more, They cancel the night before due to weather i completely understand. then rescedual and still charge me the $50.00. My advice don't waste your time getting the groupon what's the point. We were in the air only 30 mins. It wasn't 45-60 minutes. i paid 199 + 50 up-charge to schedule a date and not be standby. + tipped $20 cuz the young men on the ground working did great job. i would have tipped $40 but was already charged $50 extra. and only were off the ground for 30 mins. From the moment we got in the basket to the moment we hit soil was 30 mins. for $270 kinda feels like a one hour movie but cuts off at 30 mins. or a 45-60 min massage or facial but they stop at 30 mins. integrity is important to me don't advertise a time frame if you cannot or will not do it. just say ballon ride and you get what you get. Everyone was very friendly and it was a great experience i just don't like being mislead.I won't do it agin but im glad i experienced it. I do recommend it, just be ok with full price for 30 mins + , it could be longer but keep standards low for time and you will be happy with the experience. read more

My experience was AMAZING! Started off with the adventure of Hot Air Ballooning with Skyline Balloons. We didn't go up as high as I wanted but still very fun. Honestly, the most mesmerizing part was watching them take the balloon down and getting inside the balloon to take pictures. The crew was amazing, professional and hard working. As said many of times "Hot Air Ballooning is a guessing game!" and the guesses were beyond accurate on our trip. This experience comes with the breakfast and wine tasting voucher so we spent the day enjoying ourselves. After ballooning, we had breakfast at Bombshell restaurant where we got the opportunity to see skydivers land. So entertaining, and the food was delicious too. My husband surprised me with a hot air balloon ride as a Christmas present & let me tell you I was definitely surprised. I would 100% do this again for fun. There were about 7 skydivers who jumped out of the hot air balloon while we were up there I swear to you when I say I enjoyed the entire experience. This experience was great! We met the group in Perris between the Starbucks and WinCo parking lot. The owner Dean is super nice but........ definitely not organized, I would say he 100% needs an assistant or someone to run the admin side of his company. He asked people if they had signed the waiver via email and over half of us stated no because we communicated with him via text. He also was not the best communicater but know the day you schedule your ride and where he tells you to be he will be there. Again don't get me wrong he was great and so was this experience. I cant remember our pilots name who we rode with but he was super nice!!!! There were about 8 of us riding the balloon and about 6 skydivers with us. I'd say it was about 30-45 minute ride. We got champagne at the top as well. I also noticed no one in my group tipped but we did we gave the driver who took us back to our car $40 and he said he would split it with the crew, there's a lot of people working this to make this happen so tip them. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Skyline Balloons! From being prepped on my experience by Dee, to the flight with Mike, we had an outstanding ride! I found them on Groupon while trying to find unique experiences for my husband's birthday. Before purchasing the experience, I contacted Dee to make sure he had availability on a specific day for the Groupon package, because a lot of times they don't. Just as I suspected, he didn't. But he did say he had a package that he could accommodate us for the day I wanted, so I booked it. I will say that you need to be mindful of your weight. There are weight limits that aren't as clear on his website and if you are over 200 pounds, there are different fees for every 25 pounds per person over 250. Also, you have to be honest about that. Failing to do so may mean they have to deny your flight because they prepare the flight with supplies based on weight. We went up with some sky drivers on our flight. Once we got up to about 6,500 feet, they jumped out! You have to be ready for that, but it was an amazing thing to see! Mike ensured that we had an ultra safe landing and the weather was just perfect! The champagne helped as well! To further prepare yourself 1, be on time. They may allow a grace period, but you don't wanna be too late because 1, it's rude to other guests and the staff and you want to be able to thoroughly enjoy the experience you paid for. 2, Wear comfortable clothing. Now is not the time to be cute ladies. Dress warmly and leave the lashes at home, lol. 2 Nonetheless, we had an amazing time and I can't wait to do it again and take my friends and family with me! After a short briefing, payment and some paperwork - and watching them check the winds with smaller balloons with lights attached! - we followed him to the launch site. This was a gift from a friend who purchased a flight. It was a Groupon coupon. It is basically impossible to confirm a trip using their "standby" policy. You are forced to either pay an upgrade fee per passenger, or risk cancelation the night before the flight. The offer on Groupon in my opinion is a scam by the company to get people to upgrade. Do not BUY!!! Very disappointed! I first saw this on Groupon and thought what a great idea to do for my boyfriends upcoming birthday. It says on the website that you have to make a reservation so I called skyline balloons to make one. A guy answers the phone and I asked him if he as the date available I needed to make for the balloon ride. He tells me that he does and that he can put me down for that day. He then proceeds to tell me that it will be $150 per person. So I told him that I was going to buy the Groupon and do it that way, but to still keep me down for my reservation that day. He then tells me " OH, since your doing a Groupon I WONT PUT YOU DOWN for the date you want since you won't be a priority and I'm only going to save that day for people paying full price. Ex's use me?????? He just told me that the date I needed was available for me to go, but because I'm doing a Groupon that he couldn't put me down. He proceeds to tell me that " you could just pay full price it's not that much of a difference!"...... then why does it matter if I buy the Groupon?!?! I bought a Groupon voucher to celebrate my friends birthday. I requested a specific date, March 23rd. They responded with a one word reply 'perfect'. I assumed that was confirmation for that date. Approximately 10 hrs later they texted me back with unavailable and didn't accept the Groupon pricing. From the amount of time they spent caustically texting me they could have communicated verbally.
