Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Got that off my bucket list and I cannot wait to return. From booking the trip on Groupon (best rate here) to the land, it was exceptional! Ellie, Alejandro, Ernesto, Stefan, Igor and all the behind scenes people who helped make the experience that much more rewarding, I'm grateful; truly grateful. It's quicker than you think and signing of the waivers is certainly the scariest part because they're constantly reminding you that you can die over and over again. I was the last one on the plane and the first one off. I'm officially 100 percent over my fear of heights thanks to skydive Miami. Enjoy!

Ernesto Alarcon Vasquez is a highly professional and attentive instructor.I genuinely appreciate the time he took to help me relax, especially since I was feeling scared. His detailed instructions about the skydiving process were incredibly helpful and made a significant difference in my experience. I feel extremely happy! And I plan to come back again!

Professor Luciano was amazing! the super friendly team. I loved the whole experience. There are some expenses that must be specified in advance. but it is not something important but something to be prepared for.

    Certificate of completion!

Do you say skydiving is on your bucket list but aren't taking the steps to make it happen? Let me help you! I've been in a similar position for years. My husband recently turned 30 and I wanted to surprise him with skydiving. After researching a couple options, Skydiving Miami was not the cheapest but did seem the most enjoyed. I don't regret it for one minute! Because we went on a weekday, I printed off the online voucher for $20 off the 13,500 dive which makes it the same price as the second tier. Because I don't think this is going to become a regular thing, we splurged on the photos and my husband also got a video which they put on YouTube to share. I think the photos were definitely worth it, but make sure to look at the camera and pose at least once if you want some good shots! I didn't want the camera to distract me from the experience, but really think it enhanced it and now I have something to look back on. The whole experience took about three hours between the training and waiting for our plane to go off, which is what they quoted me from the start. It was easy to make a reservation on the phone. Overall, I felt super safe (albeit a little scared after signing all the waivers!). I would suggest they swap out that video they make you watch at the beginning... Feels super outdated. The biggest surprise for me was how much of Miami I was able to see! You're in Homestead so there's a lot of farm land; however, we did see the skyline and the beach at certain points. While the fall was a minute and the most exhilarating part, we did float for about five minutes and the instructor pointed out important sights. Now c'mon... What are you waiting for?!

This was my first time skydiving. I had an amazing experience! It was such a thrill! I loved the entire thing. From getting on the plane, to jumping, to gliding with the parachute. My instructor, Kevin, was so amazing! He helped me calm down when I was nervous and he made the entire experience a wonderful one! It was definitely because of him that I enjoyed it even more! I definitely also recommend getting the photos and video package!

I came by for my birthday and it was a fantastic experience. From an easy booking process online to the countless reminders and updates via email and text. Due to COVID-19, the Kendall location has been moved to the Homestead airport. It was communicated on the website, via email, and text. The day prior to the jump, a staff member called me to provide additional updates and details for the jump. As outlined, you should always allocate 2-4 hours, outside of any potential weather delays and this is normal. I waited about an hour before suiting up and doing a quick training. My instructor, Angelo, was so fun and engaging! I also had video/pics to document my experience and it was all perfect. I opted to take the pics the same day which was an additional $10 for the USB. If not, there's the option of getting the edited images and videos 2 days later. Overall, my experience was fantastic and I have already shared my experience with friends and family. I look forward to jumping again!

Omg this place and this experience is INCREDIBLE!!!! Everyone who works here was so good to us! Kyra, Sarah and Josey were super welcoming and helped us getting all our papers and everything set up. They answered every last one of our ridiculous questions with kindness and patience. Lenny was my picture guy and he was awesome! I loved him!!!! And I jumped with John. He made me feel 100% safe. He's incredible! I can not imagine a better experience. It was life changing. I can't wait to come back and do it again.

My experience was fabulous at Skydive Miami with Dima. I originally was booked for 8 AM but due to winds they moved me to 9:00am but they were very on top of their text alert so I knew first thing when I woke up and had time to grab a nice breakfast. Got there signed in everything was moved smoothly, people were very nice. Met my instructor (Dima) took Maybe 15 minutes in total to do the safety precautions and instructions and within one hour I arrived, was harnessed, learned the safety press cautions, was up made my jump and was back on the ground safe and sound! I did do the picture/video package and received my pictures/videos just a few hours later!

It's a Saturday in August 2008. 7:30 in the morning I'm getting up to go see my crazy sisters jump off a plane. Everyone who knows me knows I'm terribly afraid of heights so I was definitely not doing this. I was just going as a mere spectator and support system for my sisters if one started feeling doubts. From Boca to Homestead it's about an hour drive. All this time the phone kept ringing, it were my sisters, with Excitement and nerves in their voices, asking me to hurry up so I did not miss their jump. Another call "we're ready, where are you?". So glad I was almost there. Even though I missed one of the jumps, I got to see how excited they were afterwards. I could not just sit there and not do this with them. This was, I think, a once in a lifetime thing, with my sisters - Had to do it. So, without blinking, or thinking, I took out my credit card, signed "my life away", got in the jumper (usually you don't have to wear this but since I wasn't planning on doing this I went on a tube top - so jumper it was for me or a free show for all). Didn't even have time to watch the video, they told me what I really needed to know, and up we went. We were on the plane for a while because of the wind but definitely worth the wait. Here's the tricky part, how to describe what you feel up there. Amazing!!!! Can't really put it into words. While you're flying up, you're just looking out the windows, how high up you are, where you're supposed to land. When they open the plane door it's when it hits you - "I'm really doing this!". The fall is so liberating/ peaceful/ great experience. And when the parachute opens just enjoy they view and relax - you're flying!!!

5-star experience all around. At the closest spot for skydiving to central Miami, I continued on…read moremy campaign to get over my fear of heights (see profile pic). While it's terrifying, I didn't wet my pants, get sick or chicken out at the last minute (LOL), thanks to the terrific staff. A small backstory: I am indeed terrified of heights taller than a ladder to change a lightbulb. My way to try to get over this is try to find relatively safe ways to de-sensitize my fear (bungee jumping from a utility tower over a stuntman air mattress in Seattle, walking over the glass balcony at the Grand Canyon, etc.). Doc C tries to be supportive in all this (he spotted the billboard for the bungee jumping). However, he has a remarkably unbroken record of headaches, back aches and stomach aches that have mysteriously kept him from personally trying any of these things himself. The folks with Miami Skydiving were calming right off the bat on the phone. They explain the whole thing step by step and even apply a coupon for $10 off, which always makes me mellow. The general price will be about $300, depending on extras (photo purchase, etc). Once you get there, the on-the-ground instructor goes through all the things you need to know. The trainer will be harnessed to your back. If you panic with a death grip on the pull cord, the trainer has a second pull cord. It's like a driver's ed car with a second steering wheel and extra set of brakes. The panic only sets in after the small plane takes you up in the air, packed with you and your fellow jumpers. It's easy to see out the large opening in the side of the plane where you'll be jumping out, and everyone is sort of sitting with knees apart, chest to back of the person in front of them. I was the first in the line-up, with no room for anyone else to get around me, so they couldn't exactly let me back out after we were in the air. The climactic moment is when you fall forward out of the plane, starting the first few moments of free fall. Despite the terror and adrenaline rush, it's remarkably peaceful. You could see Biscayne Bay, the Everglades and even down to the Keys. One fun extra as you're skydiving is the in-air photographer. The photog is in a sort of flying squirrel winged bodysuit, and swoops in and out, up and down, taking pictures of everyone as they fall. The camera is clever, mounted on top of the helmet with the shutter wired to a mouth activated trigger. The pics before your parachute is open will be funny but not very flattering: the rushing wind makes your face look like a basset hound crossed with Donald Trump's hair on a windy day. The later ones after the chute is open, you'll be surprised by how many laughing ones there are, despite the fact you're plummeting toward the ground 10k feet below. By the time you glide in for landing, the adrenaline rush from the terror will have given way to a rush of endorphins. At least half the group was giggling and laughing crazily by the time we were all taking off our safety helmets, etc. My trainer saved the nervous jokes for the van ride back to the airport: "hey I noticed on the plane on the way up that the straps were really frayed but didn't want you to back out...ha! gotcha Joe"

That's when reality tapped me on the shoulder: why in the hell would anyone jump out of a perfectly good airplane? Morning comes, and they pack us into this plane like sardines. No gentle takeoff either we hit the runway and shoot up so steep I'm practically lying on the guy behind me.
