Everything went very smooth. Everyone there was very professional and confident in what they were doing. All the harnesses were checked over and over before we jumped out of the plane. Roger and Walker had a very fun personality and made us feel safe the whole way through. I definitely recommend this place!! Be sure to add on the photo and video package. You won't regret it! You get so many photos and the video is great quality.

W-O-W... There's no substitute for skydiving in Key West. Totally worth spending $400 on the dive and photo/video package. Every staff I met was very friendly. Can't wait to do it again!!!

What an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, and I met kyle and the entire crew. I knew that everything was top-notch. The place is beautiful inside very clean and presentable very professional, and their top concern and priority is safety. Amazing instructions and just a very, very pleasant way to bring in a new year. I think I was most impressed with The staff. They were all very young, very professionally dressed, and customer service was beyond any of my expectations. I would highly recommend that if you have even the slightest desire go do it. I was fortunate enough to meet four people, a father, and a mother and two daughters in their mid-20s. They're all from India and the father and the two daughters jumped. We all had such a great time. The videos are great and very memorable. To kyle and the entire staff. Thank you for making my New Year's day and another check on my bucket list.

This review is solely based on the fact that I didn't even jump! My friend jumped and I just hung out. Which they let me do! It was so fun watching people arrive back to earth with big smiles on their faces. The staff was awesome too. Very friendly and passionate about Skydiving. They took me to the land site so I could get pics of my friend landing. Very cool!

The only word I have is AMAZING! From the time we walked in the door to the time we got our videos was absolutely perfect! What made it better is my husband is a Marine veteran above knee amputee and the staff did everything to not only make him feel comfortable but also they were able to get him in a harness safely to make his dream come true! I feel bad for forgetting our instructors names, but mine was from New Zealand and my husband's is a Marine Vet! These two men made us both have the best experience of our life! If I could suggest anything it would be to have higher altitude options so we could be in the sky longer to enjoy the view! Hands down the best place to go for an adrenaline rush, laughs, great customer service, and an group of amazing pilots!

Easily one of the most fun things we did on our trip. The instructors were all super happy, fun, and easy to work with especially because it was our groups first time. The experience of sky diving and then flying over the keys in a parachute just adds to the experience. Perfect place to go for your first sky diving session! And the video package is totally worth it, the videos and photos make it a forever memorable experience!

This was an experience I'll definitely never forget. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they made me feel super excited to go. The jump and landing itself were super smooth and the views were breathtaking. Of the three times I've gone skydiving, this is far and away the best experience I've had to date with it. Skydiving has been on my bucket list for over a decade-and I couldn't have done it any better place than here. Want a better, more scenic flight up? I'll bet you can't find one. For those of us that have lived in South Florida and always driven to Key West, this gives you the vantage point you never would have seen otherwise. I was speechless on the flight up, not because of fear, because it was so incredible. Edward and Sean were amazing at making our jump the coolest thing we did on our vacation. We got in early for our jump appointment and as soon as we got in we were signing waivers and getting into harnesses. Pay the money for the video on your first dive, you'll regret it if you don't. Our pilot was awesome as well-smooth ride and friendly. Jumping/falling/being pushed by the combined weight of my instructor and the parachute was the most exhilarating thing ever. Also it's COLD up at 10,000 feet-even in Florida, so the shock you feel when the door opens may surprise you! Everything from my freefall to my chute ride down to my landing was smoother than silk. If you have an hour to kill, the bus (Lower Keys Shuttle) was 4.00 but took a while. It also gave us some interesting "people watching". We ended up taking an Uber back to KW (this place is on Sugarloaf at MM16) and we had an awesome driver. Make sure to plan ahead because you DO NOT want to miss your jump time!!

I 100% recommend skydive key west if you are in the keys this is a must . I was absolutely terrified, but my instructor was incredible. Made me feel super safe and made experience so much better. I am a scary cat, but this was so worth it and amazing. Every one in that building was super friendly from the moment you walk in and made you feel very safe.

Five stars for Skydive Key West absolute pros from start to finish. Now, I'll be honest... the night before didn't exactly scream "clear-headed decision making." It was a full-blown guys' trip reunion style drinks flowing, stories getting louder, and somewhere between laughs and bad ideas, skydiving became the mission. One of the boys had been going through it after losing his dad, and like something straight out of The Bucket List, we said, "Let's do it." Sounded great... until about 2 a.m. when I woke up mid-dream, falling through the sky with no chute. That's when reality tapped me on the shoulder: why in the hell would anyone jump out of a perfectly good airplane? Morning comes, and they pack us into this plane like sardines. No gentle takeoff either we hit the runway and shoot up so steep I'm practically lying on the guy behind me. The whole ride felt like we were defying gravity in the wrong direction, wobbling and climbing like a soda can in a windstorm. Then we hit altitude door opens, engine cuts, and suddenly... silence. The kind that crawls up your spine. One by one, my buddies disappear out that door, and with each jump the plane rattles like it's questioning its own life choices. By the time it's my turn, I'm sweating, breathing heavy, seriously considering backing out. I step up, close my eyes, the instructor says "three"... gets to one and we're gone. Freefall is chaos and clarity all at once. Flipping, spinning, trying to find position I thought I might black out for a second. Then he taps me, pulls me into form, and suddenly it's smooth. Calm. Like a scene out of Point Break. For a brief moment, fear disappears and it's just you, the sky, and something bigger than words. Then boom the chute opens. Everything slows down, and below you is Key West, stretched out like a painting with a fisheye lens. Ocean everywhere. Peace and panic holding hands. And when we landed? I'm telling you colors were brighter, air felt cleaner, life just... hit different. That rush didn't fade for months. If fear's been holding you back, this is the jump. Do it scared. That's where the magic is. read more

I jumped out of a perfectly good airplane with Skydive Key West, and honestly? 10/10 would defy gravity again. The view? Unreal. Turquoise water, endless sky, and islands that look straight out of a postcard. The freefall felt like my soul got unplugged and rebooted, only this time with a better outlook on life. My instructor was a total legend cracked jokes the entire way up and even caught the moment I screamed "FUCKING EPICCC!!" on video. read more

Very kind staff, helpful, clearly know their stuff. Everything was professional and made you feel confident in their abilities for first timers like myself. Highly recommend the video package because you won't want to miss out on your experience as it happens so quick. Make sure you take motion sickness pills before you go up if you are prone to that, otherwise your lunch will come up like mine did, and get your instructor (Marcus - he was GREAT). Pilot was also very good, incredibly smooth ride up to altitude and funny. Definitely recommend this for your first time skydiving. Also, grab a soda and chips for a couple bucks from lobby before you leave because you'll regret not having some extra sugar in your body if you have a long drive back. My body was fatigued and shaking for like an hour after lol read more

A must do while in Key West. Instructors and pilot were super awesome! Recommend the video & pic package for anyone that wants to re-live experience. They download them straight to your phone. Can't beat the views and having your heart race as you jump out and glide back in. For each flight, they take two maximum jumpers. We had a group of eight of us which took four plane trips. This was my first time skydiving, but not my last. Everyone at skydive key west are hands down the best. Everyone welcomed me and put me at easy. Louie was great very patient and understanding. What a sick place to jump at! This was my 2nd jump and my gf's first jump. She's in love! Ladies at the desk we're very helpful and kept the customers happy. Our instructors were very funny and were having a blast with us. The jump is slightly pricey but worth every penny! read more

Top notch business! This was probably one of the best days of my life as far as adventures are concerned. I've been scuba diving to 100 feet and rock climbing in Quebec. Four of us went for my husband's 50th birthday. It's not cheap but you can't put a price tag on safety. We had to spilt into groups or two since the places are small and will only hold 4 people, two of which are your instructors. I was completely a train wreck the night before but once you get there and the adrenaline gets going, you just don't have time to think about it. You just do it! The landing was easy peasy. All the staff was amazing. I'm sorry that I can't remember the instructor's names but they were from Argentina. I highly recommend paying the extra money for the video as you are not allowed to use your own Go Pro or any camera. read more

This team is incredible. Fun, energetic but still very professional, experienced and confident. Definitely splurge for the video recording -- they do an amazing job capturing footage before, during and after. For the nervous, they talk to you through the experience while you're up on the plane and all during the drop. Highly recommended! read more

I had my first jump with Will today and I felt safe, the team was awesome and it is just THE perfect location do go skydiving ! I was scared but my dream came true and Will made me confortable, I screamed out loud and loved the jump :) I definitely recommend Skydiving Key West. Came here with my fiancé and two other friends, could not be happier with how safe and relaxed they made the entire experience. A must!!! Thank you to Will and the staff! From the moment you arrive, until the time you are back safely on the ground, Will helps to ease your anxiety and helps you to feel as comfortable as possible. I'm afraid of heights and I don't like flying in planes, BUT this was a bucket list and a must do!! I did it!! I made it!! And you should do it!!! The Keys are the best place to experience this. The views are amazing and the plane ride was so smooth, great pilot and weather was perfect! I encourage you to choose the video package, unless you think you'll be experiencing sky diving on a regular LoL If you have an IPhone, they can easily transfer the photos and video via Bluetooth. Otherwise they do provide a usb sticky thing for you to keep. Thanks again guys!! read more

Ive always had a fear of heights. Even more afraid of looking down from ledges at high altitudes!! I told myself a couple of weeks ago after seeing a photo of a friend skydiving in key west that I would do it to face my fears. I had the most comfortable, amazing, life changing experience with these guys. I was nervous as expected but they do an incredible job of making you feel safe. The staff is extremely experienced and professional. I would 100% do this again. I honestly wanted to immediately after the sky dive was over!!! 5-star experience all around. At the closest spot for skydiving to central Miami, I continued on…read moremy campaign to get over my fear of heights (see profile pic). While it's terrifying, I didn't wet my pants, get sick or chicken out at the last minute (LOL), thanks to the terrific staff. A small backstory: I am indeed terrified of heights taller than a ladder to change a lightbulb. My way to try to get over this is try to find relatively safe ways to de-sensitize my fear (bungee jumping from a utility tower over a stuntman air mattress in Seattle, walking over the glass balcony at the Grand Canyon, etc.). Doc C tries to be supportive in all this (he spotted the billboard for the bungee jumping). However, he has a remarkably unbroken record of headaches, back aches and stomach aches that have mysteriously kept him from personally trying any of these things himself. The folks with Miami Skydiving were calming right off the bat on the phone. They explain the whole thing step by step and even apply a coupon for $10 off, which always makes me mellow. The general price will be about $300, depending on extras (photo purchase, etc). Once you get there, the on-the-ground instructor goes through all the things you need to know. The trainer will be harnessed to your back. If you panic with a death grip on the pull cord, the trainer has a second pull cord. It's like a driver's ed car with a second steering wheel and extra set of brakes. The panic only sets in after the small plane takes you up in the air, packed with you and your fellow jumpers. It's easy to see out the large opening in the side of the plane where you'll be jumping out, and everyone is sort of sitting with knees apart, chest to back of the person in front of them. I was the first in the line-up, with no room for anyone else to get around me, so they couldn't exactly let me back out after we were in the air. The climactic moment is when you fall forward out of the plane, starting the first few moments of free fall. Despite the terror and adrenaline rush, it's remarkably peaceful. You could see Biscayne Bay, the Everglades and even down to the Keys. One fun extra as you're skydiving is the in-air photographer. The photog is in a sort of flying squirrel winged bodysuit, and swoops in and out, up and down, taking pictures of everyone as they fall. The camera is clever, mounted on top of the helmet with the shutter wired to a mouth activated trigger. The pics before your parachute is open will be funny but not very flattering: the rushing wind makes your face look like a basset hound crossed with Donald Trump's hair on a windy day. The later ones after the chute is open, you'll be surprised by how many laughing ones there are, despite the fact you're plummeting toward the ground 10k feet below. By the time you glide in for landing, the adrenaline rush from the terror will have given way to a rush of endorphins. At least half the group was giggling and laughing crazily by the time we were all taking off our safety helmets, etc. My trainer saved the nervous jokes for the van ride back to the airport: "hey I noticed on the plane on the way up that the straps were really frayed but didn't want you to back out...ha! gotcha Joe"

They really should have more than one person doing this to speed up the process. Thankfully they send all the forms via email before your jump so that is helpful. All the instructors are super friendly and nice. They tripled explained everything and are very concerned about your safety. Ask for Juan. He was outstanding and captured amazing photos. Photos and video are extra $99 but totally worth it for your first jump.

Everglades National Park alone can take several days to cover and if you do go to Everglades National Park I highly recommend phoning the park in advance in order to get the correct schedule time for the HM69 Nike Missile Base Tour which the Redland's brochure fails to account for or mention.

My friend and I recently had the most incredible experience skydiving in Key West, and I can't rave enough about how wonderful it was! From start to finish, the entire adventure was exhilarating and unforgettable. Firstly, the team at the skydiving center, led by Walker and Josh, were absolutely amazing. They were not only highly professional and experienced but also incredibly friendly and supportive. They made sure to address any concerns and answer all of our questions, putting us at ease and building our confidence for the jump. The view during the skydive was absolutely breathtaking. As we soared through the sky, I was in awe of the stunning panoramic vistas of Key West. The crystal-clear turquoise waters, the pristine beaches, and the lush greenery created a picturesque backdrop that is hard to put into words. The actual jump itself was a rush like no other. The feeling of freefalling through the air at high speed was both terrifying and exhilarating. But with Walker and Josh by our side, we felt safe and secure throughout the entire experience. Their expertise and guidance made the jump an incredible adventure that We will cherish forever. Once the parachute opened, We had the chance to take in the scenic beauty of Key West from a different perspective.
