Sky zone is an enjoyable place for kids, but a nightmare for the adults who have to deal with the logistics of a few hours spent here. This place is an organizational disaster. Wildly understaffed with numerous safety issues. I came by at 4:00pm on Monday and must have just hit the rush of hundreds of screaming children and angry adults with the worst manners. I feel terrible for the young teens that are working the front desk, dealing with rude parents screaming at them when it's not really their fault. Management needs to do better. Firstly, your child must be vaccinated in order to enter (which they don't outwardly advertise). If they're not, you have to do a covid test on site. The wait for this covid test (from a company I haven't heard of) was about 15 minutes upon arrival. The next wait is the long line you need to stand in for ticket purchase. There were two separate lines but people kept bouncing (rudely) from both areas creating more confusion. One was for pre purchased tickets, and one was for purchase on the spot. But there were no signs that indicated this distinction. Upon checking in/ buying tickets, a lot of time is taken to cross check waivers, with vaccines, and covid tests. And after all the hassle, they didn't even check my child's covid result that we just took the time to acquire ? After the 30 minute entrance process, we were happy to just be in the trampoline park. But yet more chaos awaited. The park was filled with older rambunctious kids ignoring safety rules. The staff does little to enforce organization and safety. For example, the staff remained silent and would just stand there when kids would run into the middle of obstacles where others were clearly jumping. I get that we sign waivers upon entrance - but the staff can at least step in a little to prevent obvious, neglectful incidents; like have children stand in lines and wait their turn, or kick out kids who are rough housing and a danger to others. Wow what a stressful situation for parents/guardians. read more

Come here to jump and that's it. The kitchen is the absolute worst. The employees spend all their time talking to each other and only stop to take orders. They forget about orders because they are not paying attention and not focusing on their work. Even the "higher management" (wear black shirts) spend their time gossiping in the back. When you ask for food updates, they say "5 more minutes" and in reality it's more than 10 because they forgot about the order since they were talking. The eating area is horrendous. Idk if it's gnats or mosquitoes but bugs flying around everywhere. It's filthy with food and sticky stuff everywhere. Then when you voice your concern to a "manager" they say the food taking long is not their problem, it's just the way the kitchen is. Take a course on customer service, thanks. The place is ok and fun .. My problem is that Sky Zone has an offer on Groupon that is cheaper just to get you in. Then once you go they tell you that we will not grant your Groupon same day purchase and you have to buy full price now then use Groupon on another date. I talked to the manager and told her that this is not stated in Groupon and it is deceiving. she said it is the company policy, I asked to see any written statements and she said it's not written anywhere. A safe and amusing place to spend the day with kids! I take my grandson there, when he's with me!

I came here for a bday party 2 weeks ago. I have to say I was blown away how cool and organized this place was. I have gone to other trampoline venues and they were boring. I love that they have closed off private party rooms, they offer a good variety of items to choose from. The party hosts were absolutely fantastic and so friendly. Jasmine and Isaac were so awesome. I didn't even know they were part of the party event. They were supervising the kids in the jump center and I happened to talk to each one individuallly. They were so kind and just really answered my questions. This is a big place!! They have trampolines free jump, bball hoops, obstacle courses, zip line, arcade games, dodgeball and so much more. They also offer no slip socks to the party guests. My son had a blast and I felt very safe here. They really take safety here seriously which I appreciate. The party was a lot of fun and I have to thank Jasmine and Isaac for being so professional and great party coordinators. Will definitely look into coming back. They are in the industrial area behind Hayvenhurst. Fun place to throw a party. My only cons Domino's Pizza not sure if they only order through Domino's but not a fan of it. I think people should join forces and initiate a class action lawsuit against this place for fraudulent practices. We had a play date scheduled @ sky zone today. I tried getting tix last night but the website kept reloading so I figured it would be ok since I planned to be there early anyway. We get there and do the waiver and then they tell us the place is at max capacity (at 10:30 am) even though my friend entered 5 mins before and it was NOT at max capacity 5 mins ago. They apparently decided it was sold out BUT don't worry because you can get a membership and for some reason the space isn't too full if you get the membership but it's full if you want the standard pass! Does this sound fishy to anyone else? This is one tactic they're using to get people to sign up for a membership and pressure them and I'm sure yoube read the horror stories on here about how Impossible it is to cancel your membership! I was not going to deal with the headache that followed from getting the membership so we spoke with the manager who was rude and abrasive and couldn't explain to me how my friends entered 5 mins prior and how it's not full if I got the membership but it's full when I only wanted the standard pass. I think this place needs to be investigated for fraud especially as so many people shared how they sign up people for membership without their consent or knowledge and then have issues trying to cancel it. In the interest of fairness and ... the law, I may actually report them to the consumer agencies. This isn't right. We thankfully went somewhere else and had a blast. I have left several phone messages, finally got an email yesterday morning containing unreadable potential timeframes, chose one after deciphering them and emailed back swiftly saying which date I preferred and asking if I could please pay the deposit so I can send out the invitations, that was yesterday morning. We have had a few birthday parties here and were very happy every time. They make it very easy for the mom (or dad). Freddy and Abigail took care of everything! They set the table for us, served the food and drinks to everybody, brought the cake out, lit it up and sang with us. They even made sure the kids washed their hands when the kids got there before the adults. And they also played games with the kids! All of us were very happy with the party and I would highly recommend having a birthday here! And of course all the jumping and play is always a top pick for the kids! read more

Not sure why it's taken me so long to do a review after coming here with my family countless times over the past few years but better late than never I guess haha My family and I came in yesterday after school for some quick jumping around after school. And after this last year and a half we all have had, it felt good being there with somewhat normalcy in the world. This review is really to point out the really good customer service we have always gotten. From the food stand clerk our last visit to yesterday's visit. Yesterday my son hurt his arm a little while playing in the basketball section and his forearms were then cramping on him. So we were kind of on the side with him doing what we can to rub out any tightening he might have had. Then after circling around us a young man approached us to ask if everything was fine. I told him everything was fine and thank you for asking. Then he came back and offered to grab us an ice bag for my son's arm. After I said yes to the offer and he brought it to us, he was very polite and offered any further assistance if needed. Then sometime later right before we left while my son was fine and back playing dodge ball, that same young man then approached me again asking if my son was fine. My girlfriend and I told him what had happened and of course made sure to thank him and let him know we had acknowledged and appreciated not only him helping earlier but then coming back and checking up. I had to ask what his name was of course for a shout out and with the hopes of not getting it wrong, his name was Jaylen. (I'm bad at names sometimes haha) Of course that wasn't a big deal but my girlfriend and I thought it was very sweet and fantastic customer service. Which is why we keep returning to this location. Of the few we have been to, this one definitely has the best. So with that said yeah, this is our favorite location and I of course recommend them for your family fun including parties. read more

don't even get me started on this place. i came here on may 24th with my friends as a last day of school celebration. when we first came there, the whole place was practically under construction. the main area to jump? under construction. the foam pit? not even a foam pit. and not to mention, the safety guards on the sides of the trampolines were literally falling apart to the point that it was a safety hazard. my friends and i would sit on the sidelines while our other friends were playing dodgeball and the safety padding was literally not attached properly and was sliding off. it was so bad that while my friend was playing dodgeball, she mis-stepped and got her leg stuck, hurt herself, and literally none of the workers felt pity for her or anything. they just watched her cry and gave her an ice pack and a bandaid that helped NOTHING. not to mention, they also seemed extremely understaffed. the line to just get a wristband to go in was extremely slow, some employee operated things (i.e the zipline) were constantly closed. the customer service of these employees could have been way better. overall a horrible experience. if your park is going to be in this horrible of a condition, close down and open up once youre done with construction, because there was barely anything to do. outrageous. read more

Had my daughter 12th bday here for me it seemed pretty streamlined. Check in was a bit long I have to say my daughter didn't get her shirt that came with the package I paid for. I mean for $400+ dollars I shouldn't have to remember to ask. They place overall had plenty of staff to assist the busyness and chaos that happens. The bathrooms however needed much much attention.
