Came for a birthday party with my older son. This sky zone is so dirty I can't believe it's open and hasn't been shut down by a health inspector. The video games are covered in dust and so are the nets. The floors are so sticky and dirty , there are old gum, papers from the straws , and dirty. This place needs a serious deep cleaning. To think they are going to begin the summer camp season , where kids are here all day practically. I did not post the actual dirt as to not gross anyone out, but I am sure you will see it once you step foot in this location.

A great place to go to get your kids some physical activity and to wear them out. We have been to this Sky Zone location twice, both times while on vacation down in the Fort Lauderdale area. The kids had a blast exploring the different areas. Our daughter loved the slide and different trampoline areas. Our son and his best friend enjoyed playing basketball, dunking the basketball, playing dodgeball and doing flips in the Foam Zone. The kids originally asked to jump for 120 minutes, but we decided to go with 90 minutes. Good thing, because they were worn out and sweating from playing hard after 90 minutes. I guess parents do know best!!

We had a blast! This venue is for all ages and all levels of active strength. The Staff was great, friendly and helpful. It wasn't overcrowded and the amount of play areas was plenty to separate our group! I would definitely return with adults and kids. Great workout!!

This place is a lot of fun! My 17 year old nephew wanted to come. They have a large trampoline area for all ages. They also have the basketball area for older kids. The foam pit was a lot of fun. I liked that they had lockers to keep your belongings. They also have an area to purchase food! It's a cool spot.

My sons and I came to this establishment this morning on a whim. (Winter break....) Super impressed by the young lady at the desk. Professional, and kind. We had the best time!

We've been here twice. Both times while on vacation. The kids had a blast and it certainly wore them out, which was the plan. There are many different areas the kids could play. My son loved the three separate basketball hoops, my daughter loved the slide and different trampolines. The only reason for a 4 as to a 5 is it could use a deep clean. It's picked up, just needs a deep cleaning. Overall, I'm sure we'll be back on our next vacation. The 90 minutes really wore the kids out and they were really sweating from playing hard.

I don't understand why they required sacks for the kids but the employees wores there shoe and crocs?? On the trampoline..

Unfortunately, my interaction with the front desk associate, Kelly, was unpleasant from the start. Kelly (blonde hair) was rude, passive-aggressive, and showed no willingness to help resolve a simple issue with my Groupon. I've visited this location several times over the past few months and even booked my son's birthday party here. On multiple occasions, when the internet connection made it difficult to access my Groupon voucher, other employees and even a team lead gladly provided a tablet so I could log in and redeem it. The same thing happened on the day of my son's birthday party, and the staff handled it without hesitation. This time, Kelly simply stated that "the rules have changed" and that tablets are no longer provided. While I understand that policies can change, there was no effort to offer an alternative solution or show any empathy. Customer service is about helping people, especially returning customers who have supported your business. I left feeling frustrated and unappreciated. Consistency in customer service is important, and no customer should be treated differently depending on which employee they happen to encounter. I hope management reviews this experience and provides additional customer service training so future guests receive the respectful and helpful service that I've experienced in the past.

The kids had an amazing time. They were so hyped that they did not want to leave. I was even able to participate with them, which is a plus. When you go in, you sign in with your party and you're directed to your table. There is a coordinator that basically tells you the timing of everything and is there if you need any help. They are also the one who put the bracelets on the kids and just help around. We end up winning two free tickets to come back and we also got a T-shirt, which is complementary to the package that we booked.

My first time here was with a large group (field trip) and the experience was painless in terms of check, organization with the school, parking and food/drinks for the little ones. They enjoy this event so much that a 4 year old could continue to remember the facility name for an entire year after. My second time was a party of my family and it couldn't have gone better. Trampoline High has a few party packages which could include closing their business for you. They usually have good availability and all they asked me was $100 deposit. When we got to the place, we were surprised by the arrangement/decoration that they took care of, we simply needed to bring our cake and extra food to offer. Going extra early was unnecessary, all was ready and that piece of mind was priceless. Their deals included that you could bring extra food or drinks for a flat fee. We had a server assigned to the party and she was relentless in picking up and serving as we needed. Adults were able to enjoy fellowship while kids safely enjoy their calorie burning activities he he. Manager was present a few times and she has a heart of customer service or customer oriented personnel. We left some of our extra decorations as she hinted that she helps some customers who need the extra push. One extra gesture she had with us was that, we had purchased extra juices and we didn't use. Surprisingly enough they offer to take it back and not charge us since they were not open. Big heart and was a nice tough. We will be back, demanded by kids.

He came over and made sure everything was okay, provided an ice pack, and was very comforting and attentive. That level of care really stood out to me. The facility itself was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. This location did seem a little less busier than the location in Davie however, towards the end of the day, it does pick up a little bit. I also really liked that they offer adult beverages liquor, wine, and canned drinks which gives parents a chance to relax a bit while the kids play. The fun bites were fresh, sweet, and crispy definitely a highlight. They also have Dippin' Dots (one of my favorites), and those did not disappoint. We ordered pizza, chicken tenders, and fries as well those were just okay, nothing special, but the kids enjoyed them. Pricing was reasonable overall. Just note that socks are required and need to be purchased, and jumping is charged by the hour. Some attractions like the zip line and arcade games come with additional fees. Considering how many children are running around at any given moment, the place is impressively clean. You can tell the staff works hard to keep things tidy, even during the busiest hours. That said, they could use more staff on the floor. There were noticeably long waits for the rock‑climbing wall and the ropes course, which took away a bit from the otherwise smooth experience. Not a deal‑breaker, but definitely something to be aware of if you're going during peak times. One tip: bring your own grippy socks. They're required, but not included in the admission price, and buying them on-site will cost you $4 per pair. Overall, it's a lively, fun, kid‑approved play space that delivers on entertainment.
