This is such an incredible, fun, safe, visually awesome place for kids to play and run out all of their energy. Their are lots of challenging courses for kids to gain confidence and gain skills. Their kids love it and we can't wait to return. The place was completely renovated so it is very very nice, colorful, clean and just awesome. I wish I had a place to play like this when I was a kid. Areas that could use improvement: 1.The water fountains are very dirty and full of mold. The water tastes disgusting. 2. The prices are crazy expensive and frustrating that there is no membership option. I would happily buy an annual pass for the family. We spent $33 per child and for a family with lots of kids, that can add up significantly. 3. Many of the staff are not very professional. Some were rude, others completely zoned out and not caring. 4. The kitchen closes a few hours before the business closes. So, people who are looking to buy dinner for their family are told they can only purchase chips or candy because the kitchen is closed. All in all, my kids love this place and I do too. Fun indoor playground for my baby the last 2+ years. She first came when she was 10 months old. Then again 1 &1/2 years and again recently at 2 & 1/2 years old. She's loved it everytime. Visited on a whim last Saturday, and I'm so glad we did. The facility is soooo fun and very clean! We went in right at opening, so the crowd was minimal but around noon it got pretty crazy. I do think there should be an age limit on the kids because some of the older kids were truly out of control. In the under 3 area, they had someone manning and making sure that the kids weren't sneaking in, but then at one point they weren't and there were definitely kids over 3 and parents ignoring the signs too. Came here for my nephews birthday party. When you first walk in they have stations to sign waivers for yourself and children. They have a cafe for food to purchase. Walking in they have many different activities for all littles to do. They have a ninja course, an area just for toddlers, many many slides, and a huge jungle gym with climbing and lights. They made it very accessible for kids and parents to join them. They do have party rooms for rent. The room was available for 1.5 hours. Included pizza and drinks and they set up and clean for you. 90 minutes went really quick so it was kind of weird for a room. Once the 90 minutes was up you could move into an area where they have tables and chairs but was a hassle when you have 15 kids and their parents plus gifts and decorations. It use to be great. I spent a lot of time here while working remote as they have tables. The price was $11 and now they increased it to $20. I use to bring my child and my nephew frequently. However, now I won't because of the price increase. $40 + tax and socks is not worth it. Plus, the employees are sitting there chit chatting while the children are asking them to please help carrying the tubes up the slides for them to slide. And the employees didn't want to help, they rather sit and converse with each other. Additionally, the place closes at 7. It states it on the door and on google business listing. The employee was telling my child they close in 15 mins and it was 6 pm. I told my child they don't close for another hour. The announcement was made that they close in 55 mins. We asked for someone to help my daughter with the rock climbing, which we paid extra for and the answer was you would have to find someone there and ask them to come help. In my head I was like WHAT?!!!!!! Anyways, I go look for someone to help but literally aside from the three staff chatting at the register, there is one other kid watching/monitoring all the kids. I come back to the register (3 staff still chatting and one on her phone) and let them know that there is only one person then what seems to be the manager comes out, goes to that kid and ask him to come and help. Not what it used to be...Never returning. Staff have the worst attitudes. Front desk issues signing in(11-09-2024@3:30). After I was instructed to go to the gate to get my wrist bands...a worker yells over to me in a scolding aggressive tone "No. Get away from the gate, there's a line!" I flatly said "Don't talk to me like that. Speak w your coworker. She told me to come here". With a pissed look on her face says "How was I supposed to know?!" I said "Regardless you shouldn't talk to me like that, ask your coworker". She replies "I'm a supervisor!" as a matter of fact like she's above talking to them because she's in charge. I said "Then you should know better. You work here, you don't talk to customers like that". MADDIE had an angry face, aggressive tone & not once apologized for her misunderstanding & rude attitude. She kept talking w her coworkers saying "is she still mad?!"(they were all looking down & away, as if this happens a lot w her). I was still standing there only because the girl helping me only gave me 2 of 3 bands before she started helping the next person. I called the next day 11/10/2024 @10am & asked to speak w a manager. She says "Im a manager". She sounded like the girl from the day before so I asked "To clarify are you a manager or supervisor? I had an incident w a supervisor the day before?". VERY irritated says "Im a manager.". I say "what's your name?". "BELLA, what happened?". I said "clearly this is a systematic issue, because you are being very irritable & rude as well". Indoor play place for the kids. We are always looking for a place to take the kids for a few hours of fun-time that also tires them out. La-la Land delivers. A loud and large place greets you when you first enter. You will get your wrist bands and sign a waiver (at least the first time) and after a brief stop to put your shoes in the cubbies, the kids are off and running. There are 15,000 sq feet of stuff for your little monsters to play on, over and around. Many are multi-level and have interactive parts to them so as to keep the littles moving and thinking. The place has different levels of activities from toddler to tween. I'm not clear what the max age would be, so check ahead. The activities are in good shape - everything looks well-maintained and there are tables and chairs for the parents to take a break at. When your kids get hungry from all that running around, there is a snack bar type concession in the front, next to the main desk, but to be honest, it was sort of a disorganized type of mayhem there. Each time I tried to get something there, either there were too many or not enough people working the desk, computers not working - that kind of stuff. Beyond the actual activities, there are also party rooms scattered around the perimeter and they seem to do a good amount of parties there every time we visit. Slip resistant socks are required for the kids (and it is a good idea for the parents to have them too for when you have to hunt down your kids later). Took my almost 14 month old today who is not yet walking and although he had a blast, mommy had a hard time getting past the cleanliness of the toddler area. I know foam mats can get stained, but these looked like it's been a while since they were wiped down or washed even with something as simple as a swiffer. Not every toddler walks and for those who crawl, this needs to be better kept. The ball pit could use a sort-through to get rid of cracked balls and those with dirt, especially since toddlers love to put things in their mouths. Lastly, the fricken highchairs! I was there right at 10:00am when they opened. There is no excuse for the highchairs being as dirty as they were, still with food stuck to the side and crumbs in the seat. Thank goodness brought baby wipes and a highchair cover, but still. This should be done periodically, at shift change, and if anything at least at the end of the day! I brought it up to the girl at the front desk and showed her how disgusting the baby wipes were that I used and she said she would tell someone and just continued to sit at the desk and then go tend to the rock climbing. Wanna bring your kids to a cool and crazy place to have fun? This is definitely the place to be. I find that this place suits 3 years and up really well and they have a toddler section if you bring ones that are younger. However, they don't have it blocked off completely and it's not ideal to bring two kids that will go in two different directions unless they are old enough to balance and understand not to do something until they are ready to. I researched the place before coming here and I'm glad I only brought my four year old son instead of my one year old daughter. It was fun for the both of us and I was glad to save the stress while being here. The playground is wild. There are three levels of play structure indoors consisting of a variety of activities for the kids to enjoy. It had a wave slide, rainbow and web net bridges, foam ball machines, rope, ninja, and rock climbing courses, pyramid obstacles, doughnut slides, and soft play rides as well as several different activities. There is also a concession area that has food and drinks in case anybody gets hungry or thirsty. The fee is $16 and it covers for a child admission for the use of the facility and an additional $10 for the rope climbing. The best part is that they don't charge for the adults, which is pretty sweet considering that parents are going to be watching their kids if they don't get stuck otherwise...lol! There are party packages too for the ones that want to have a celebration and not have to worry about the mess. My son is 4 and we have been coming here since they opened there doors for the first time pre covid. We loved this place so much we purchased the 5 visit punch card. Sadly Today will be my last visit. I arrived at opening on a Monday to avoid any crowds and hopefully other issues I had seen in the past The overall cleanliness has been an issue for me before but I was hopefully coming first thing in the morning on a Monday would yield a cleaner fresher space I was wrong!! The bathrooms are out of toilet paper and most toilets have dried pee on the seats and rim, the sinks need to be wiped down and there are no paper towels. If your bathroom is dirty / you play space is dirty. If you can't keep the bathrooms clean then you aren't keeping the play area clean. And sadly the play area is getting worse by the month. It's such a shame because this place could be amazing The air guns that blow the balls has now been broken for 2 years ... with absolutely no repair on site as I have asked management on several occasions when the repair would happen. The trampoline is now out of order - again with no repair in sight. The gear wall in the toddler area has NO GEARS that are working every single one is broken. Come on this is a simple Amazon order ... not a complex shipping issue. The cushioned flooring needs to be repaired and clean as there are several areas where the concrete is showing and there is no cushion Overall there is a clear lack of care and concern on the part of management to make repair and keep this place clean ... sadly without putting attention into these details this play space won't stay in business. read more

La la land is great for older kids to run around and get energy out. They also have a very big toddler area, which I brought my daughter to three times. She absolutely loves it here and the place is pretty cool. However, I am giving an only three star review because the place is very dirty. The staff are all younger teens, and they are all very nice, but I have never see anything being cleaned. My daughter got sick with a cold one day after each la la land visit. She loves the ball pit, which is probably where she caught the cold. So overall, I would give la la land 5 stars if they cleaned the place every now and then. Oh and also there aren't supposed to be kids older than 3 in toddler area, but everytime there are bigger kids running around there almost knocking my toddler over. read more

This place is fantastic!! I brought my 15 month twins there on a Saturday morning. The place was super busy but never felt overwhelmingly crowded. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the place was. There were bottles of spray and towels literally within reach of every employee. Everything is built really well and feels really safe for kids (and parents that need to help the kids) to be on. There are a few areas where the flooring in the toddler area has shifted but it's not in a place that gets a lot of traffic. The staff is very professional and attentive to the kids. There were older kids that got in to the toddler area and I asked a staff member to remove them because they kept pushing my kids down and they immediately went and got them. There are too many parents that use this place as a daycare and think the staff should be in charge of discipline but I think it's important to keep in mind that this is a play area, not a daycare. La La Land provides the entertainment but the parents still have to parent. We had a great time and will definitely be back!! read more

What a great place!! Excellent for a wide range of ages. There is so much to do but it's not overwhelming like some other indoor play places. Trampoline, slides, ball pits, rope courses, climbing walls, slides, zip lines and so much more! There is plenty of seating with a tv playing cartoons and even a small cafe, with a limited menu and beverages. The staff is super friendly. This place is extremely clean, which is a huge plus! Children push each other and don't say sorry, spit everywhere (I saw 12 year old spitting next to me on the mats), parents don't look after their kids and it's a mess. I was just there for the first time today, and as I registered nobody explained us how the place works. However, what else could I expect from a full staff of teenagers. The wristband checkpoint was my biggest disappointment, as nobody was there from the time I came in until the time I left, my husband left with my kid and nobody checked a thing. The entire place was filthy dirty, with empty cups, bottle, napkins all over the place and the floor. The water fountain doesn't work, and only one changing table at the restroom, for a place with a toddler are I expected at least 2.
