Good,The kids love playing here, we bought a monthly pass, the price is good, you can come and go as you like.

Beware!! Our Family attempted to go to this location over the weekend. DO NOT GO!

Beware!! Our Family attempted to go to this location over the weekend. DO NOT GO! This location was filthy. Not worth the money. The parking lot area was disgusting. There is what looked to be a filthy massage Spa next door where older men kept going in and the woman would open the door wearing only underwear. This was also right next to a smoke shop that has neon Marijuana leaf on the front window. Not a place for Kids........

Great place for children playing safely indoors with security system registering children who enter the play area. Best for birthday parties with 3 locations in Broward, can't beat Flippo's. They offer Face Painting, Balloon Twisting and Characters if you book a private party. Superfun and clean.

I would give 0 stars if possible. This place has gone down hill immensely. To start, they don't honor any discounts. Teacher, military or even the one here on Yelp for 20% off when checking in. The girl at the front desk said they don't take any coupons no matter what despite there being some online even. Then you step into the actual place after paying almost $20 per child to find how disgusting and unkept the actual facility was. There were a couple sections blocked off by tape that looked super unsafe. There were used bandaids on the floor. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and so many broken things in the arcade that can either scratch or cut you. Avoid at all costs.

I've been here before but this time my kids are older. They had so much fun. We were there over 2 hours. My kids are 3 &6 years old. We went on a week day. It wasn't crowded so I was very happy about that. But I know it can get crowded. It's an indoor playground with slides and basketball hoop area, baby area and laser room. And another fun room. Both were free to go in. They have party rooms. And seating if you order food or snacks. I noticed a few lockers they also have cubby holes to put your shoes. Everyone needs to wear socks. They have a few seating around. You can probably find a coupon online. It was clean. Located off University. We will definitely be coming back.

My son had a blast! This place was crowded on a Saturday, but that was expected! Staff was great and friendly. Only issue is that they need more help. I waited forever to order and receive my food because the same staff took orders and prepared the food. Food was okay, but that's expected. I think prices are reasonable for entrance and food! Tip - bring socks or pay $2.99 for some. They also didn't enforce wearing a mask or social distancing, but they did provide hand sanitizer. They also didn't check my bracelet when I was leaving to make sure I had my child so the do need to work on their safety policy and enforce it!

We did our daughter's birthday party at Flippos and it was amazing. Gaby, who was in charge of the party made everything possible and she was the best, she was with us throughout the whole process and the party was a success mainly because of her. I recommend this place for birthdays 100%

Are you a helicopter parent? Are you a germaphobe? Does your child have separation anxiety? If any of the above apply to you this place isn't for you! This place has Amazing reviews on google! It's almost five stars, yet on Yelp it's rated so poorly. Why?! I don't get it this place is amazing. Anyway, One of the things I immediately realized how clean everything was. No dirt, no dust. Everything was so clean. Listen, I ripped my pants playing with my daughter hahaha. There is SO much to do here, it's like it never ends. They have obstacle courses over obstacle courses, a basket ball area, toddler area, laser tag, mini arcade, a food court. My husband said it reminds him of Discovery Zone from the 90's. I'm pretty sure I had more fun than my daughter. It is so much fun. I was the only parent playing with their child and all the other children. Most parents were on their phones or hovering over their kids. All the other reviews should be null and void - seriously.

My son was attacked by another child while we were there. Management handled it well but it's not a safe environment to go back to.

There are lots of young employees working, or at least working the day we came. They did a fine job managing the many jumpers. I never witnessed an unsafe event. The kids had an absolute blast on the sections they were tall enough to do. The price for what you get is very reasonable. Of note, there is a concession stand in the back near the restrooms. I saw several pizzas from there and French fries. The one bday party seemed fun. I'd personally be here all the time if my family lived closer

I attended a child's birthday party here as a guest, and the experience was extremely…read moredisappointing--for me, for other parents, and especially for the birthday child's mom. When we first arrived, everything seemed fine. The problems began once it was time for food. Items were brought out in pieces: pizza would arrive with no plates, no napkins, no drinks, and no utensils. The kids were seated, hungry and thirsty, while adults waited an unreasonable amount of time for basic necessities that should have been brought together. It was very difficult to get the attention of the assigned party host. She was frequently chatting with other employees as if it were social hour rather than actively managing a children's birthday party. She moved extremely slowly between the table and the kitchen area, despite the short distance. At first, I gave her the benefit of the doubt--everyone can have an off day. However, it quickly became clear that nothing was being handled with urgency or organization. The host was walking around with a personal purse on her shoulder, which made it appear as though she had just arrived or was about to leave, not like she was fully engaged in her role. It also visibly got in the way of her working. Because the kids were waiting so long, I offered to help speed things up. I volunteered to carry drink pitchers while she gathered other items. She agreed. Despite that, essentials like napkins, utensils, ketchup, and drinks continued to take far too long to arrive. Eventually, I had to go to the café area myself to collect forks, napkins, and condiments so the children could finally eat. When the host later approached--slowly and casually--with items we had already retrieved, I informed her we had taken care of it. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging the delay, she appeared visibly annoyed, turned away, and walked off. Toward the end of the party, communication completely broke down. The host began ignoring me, and there was no notification about cake time, causing everyone to scramble because of the strict time limit. When I asked for her name due to her repeated rudeness and lack of professionalism, she responded dismissively, "Your party is over at three. You need to get out." She then refused to give her name and stated that she had "already told the manager all about me," implying I had done something wrong. This was extremely surprising, as I had only tried to help ensure the children could eat on time. Because of this, I went to speak directly with the manager. The manager informed me that she had not received any report from this employee at all. In fact, she acknowledged that she had noticed the host was disorganized, unfocused, and not doing what she was supposed to be doing. The manager also provided the employee's name, which is Lily. During this conversation, the manager mentioned that Lily is "very sensitive." While that may be true, it was concerning to hear in the context of a children's party. Sensitivity does not excuse poor communication, lack of organization, or unprofessional behavior--especially in a role that requires managing groups of children and interacting with paying families. When employees are not properly trained for these responsibilities, it ultimately reflects on the business as a whole. The facility itself has potential, but the lack of staff training, accountability, and professionalism completely overshadowed the experience. Because of this, I do not recommend hosting a birthday party here. Families deserve better organization, clearer communication, and staff who are prepared to do the job they were hired for.

This location did seem a little less busier than the location in Davie however, towards the end of the day, it does pick up a little bit.
