I do like there were some seating area for the adults to sit and watch, but there are some spots you can't see unless you follow them. We were there on a week day mid-morning, so it wasn't packed. The kids had a great time. There is a cafe on site, but the menu was limited so we opted to go elsewhere (walking distance) to grab a bite to eat. If you're visiting Ft. Lauderdale and are in the area with little kids, this is a great spot to cool off while the kids burn their energy off.

Unfortunately a few Things fell short starting from the arcade that's right in the middle and you do have to pay extra for. So on top of paying the entry fee you have to pay for each game. Which is fine in a way but there's no way to avoid children from seeing it, so you see multiple children having meltdowns of the parents say no to the arcade including my nephew. The city area was so cute! But no toys for them to play with so for instance the market had literally no toys, no play food or literally anything. We looked everywhere and they weren't even hidden in the ball pit (which was a hit with most of the kids) The staff was sweet and friendly and the place was cleaner than other indoor playgrounds we've been to so that was a plus but I don't know if we'd go back

This is definitely a cool place to bring your little ones and keep them entertained…read more It's especially useful on those pesky rainy days where you can't go to the park. The set up is good ...especially for parties. They have a room designated for the birthday singing, eating, and cake-cutting activities that is separate from the play area. They also have a small arcade section set up and a bungee jump contraption ... at an extra charge. The price is not bad at all...around $12 and your kid gets to bounce until they are tired. They have a concessions where you can get pizza, drinks, ice cream, coffee, etc. The play area is large... there are around 6 giant bounce houses with slides and obstacles. And a section for toddlers with ball pits. It's definitely fun! And safe and indoors! You must wear socks to be in the area ... no shoes, no bare feet! They do have socks for sale $2 if you forget.

In addition to this, they let kids of all sizes go inside while the little ones are there (wrong specially when you don't let parents do that). All in all, the place is weird and somewhat unpleasant -- a wannabe place for sure; one I won't be going back to ever.

It feels more suited for toddlers and younger children rather than the full age range they advertise. The biggest downside is the setup when you first walk in. The entrance/lobby area is very small and gets crowded quickly with parents and kids. There's very limited seating, and it felt tight and a bit messy with people eating in that space. I also didn't love that adults are charged just to go past the gate (including needing to purchase socks), even if you're just supervising. That felt unnecessary compared to similar places. That said, the woman working at the front was extremely kind and welcoming -- very easy to talk to and helpful. She mentioned this is actually the smallest of their locations, which makes sense. Inside the play area was cleaner and more organized, and the bathrooms were very nice and well-maintained. Overall, it's a decent spot for younger kids to burn energy. My daughter enjoyed herself and wants to go back -- I'd just consider trying one of their larger locations next time.

I loved the bench area for parents to sit while their kids play, don't forget to bring slip resistant socks- That includes parents as well. The interactive screen at the ball hit was such a hit. The lollipop carousel where they can hang off of and swing around was so fun too! They have a small little room for a table set up for birthday parties.
