Great place for kids and adults! A trampoline park with different activities to keep the kids busy and entertained. At 7pm they turn off the lights and turn on glow in the dark lights, super cool and just makes the experience more fun. The staff is mostly younger kids but they are helpful and very nice. I went for my son's birthday and had a blast talking to my friends while watching the kids right from my table jumping on the trampoline. Flying Squirrel is a clean and fun activity park food for kids 13 and under... there are quite a few things to do outside of the trampolines themselves which makes for a fun 1-1.5hrs. It's still "new" so the compared to similar spots in Broward it is clean. My only complaint would be the bathrooms which clearly were the original ones before Flying Squirrel came in. They were old, dirty and smelly. I'm not sure why the remodel didn't include these small areas. None the less for the price it's a good spot to have the kids get some energy out while you stay cool thanks to the AC. read more

I've been here a few times for birthday parties and it's ok. It is very loud and kids are running all over the place. If you can find one of the chairs and just sit and relax, it's not bad. I've only ever ordered Icee's here because the parties have food already. The staff is usually somewhat friendly although there don't seem to be as many people working here as other indoor trampoline places. Would I have my kids birthday party here? Probably not. But I will continue to take them to other parties since it's not terrible. read more

Went Here for a birthday party. The place was really crowded. Upon check-in you must sign a waiver at the computer and then check in at the front desk. Here's where it was a bit unorganized as we had to wait for a host and the wait was pretty long. There's many things to do from jumping, arcade games, and there's a toddler area. For the food selection I was able to taste the pizza and it was okay. Not much to brag about, but decent. Overall place was decent for a party. Plenty of party rooms and the host was friendly! Socks were provided for all jumpers! There's plenty of tables and seating downstairs and parties are held upstairs. They are strict on time and the party was 2 hours and they were booked back to back so we had to leave and go downstairs after! read more

It's Been a while since we visit this location like the renovation and upgrades. come to celebrate my Sons birthday we'll Third celebration lol I hate the rating am placing on the location but I am a great advocate for customer service to me that drives me and motivates me to return. Young lady at the counter 0 customer service apparently it's OK to have your boyfriend sitting next to your workstation while you catering to customers. Very rude approach very limited customer service simple yes and no and of course answers what we ask in a tone of ( I wish I was not working today ) nevertheless the kids had a blast I'll be back just hope she's off. The place is new with a ton of potential but definitely room to improve. I had this young guy come to me and say "you have a bracelet?" with a tone. No hello, how are you? Etc... we are paying customers lol. Delivery is important. Then they only have one kiosk to print out cards, it's a mission. Had to try like 6 times before it would finally accept cash. We had a blast here at a kid's birthday party. The trampoline park is so much fun (and a great workout). There are other fun parcours and swings for kids as well. The arcade has my favorite game: Jurassic Park. Now to the actual birthday rooms: I thought the room smelled a bit odd and they make sure to "kick you out" right before your time is up. The pizza they offered tasted good. They also go around the play area checking wrist bands and letting you know your time is expired. Oh man I so wanted to love this place. We were some of the first people to arrive and play. Pros and Cons: Pros: -Great concept and very bright inside. That is about it. Cons: -Just opened up their doors for customers and the inside floor was filthy with sticky substance everywhere. No employee was cleaning or cared to. -Jumping with my 3 year old, they blasted RAP music so loud it scared my son and hurt everyone's ears. We ended up leaving 30mins early from our 60min paid for experience. -They have a cool arcade area but over 30% are out of order and several of the games are broken. Man likes I said I really wanted to love this place but for spending over $70 for a horrible 40 min experience, I don't think I could recommend this place. Very disappointing. i have gone to a party where the host was great, unfortunately on my daughter's party he was awful, super disorganize, the salon was dirty. Good location, very polite staff, and no pressure to leave the rented party room. Most jump/ game /arcade (entertainment) facilities are crowded and you feel pressured to leave the space that you paid to rent. This is done in the form of repeatedly reminding you that you have to leave the space on time. I figured that move was pretty much standard across all of these facilities. At Flying Squirrel it isn't. They informed the host at the beginning while checking in their guests and then they bring the cake and pizza in later on to help you get organized so that a delay is avoided. Also when the party time is up they aren't pushing you out and cleaning up around your guests while you're wrapping up meals and gift bags. I've seen this happen before at other facilities. That is the push and rush to leave the room once your reserved 2 or 3 hours are over. It was a relaxing environment, much as such a place could be. The sitting area is stationed in the middle of the facilities so that you had a visual of the entry area for most of the indoor attractions. This area wasn't and such a place for kids ran through cars while the kids running like everywhere else. And they have massage chairs for the adults to sit and relax. The kids enjoyed themselves and I'm told that in the evening they have tween and teen events. read more

This place is strange multiple areas. There is so much potential (as Carlos review said) however they do nothing about it. There were arcade games that were out of order, staff were missing from the rock wall and we had to ask someone to come. The waiver filling station/software is trash- there's serious redundancies and it's difficult to complete when there are folks behind you while you're holding on to a toddler gymnast. The food selections could be better. Competitors have better/more options. The ticket counter was missing a lot of items and multiple times we were left waiting for a manager to come over, who by the way, was as lackadaisical as the rest of the staff. Honestly, the kids that work and manage this place couldn't care less about being there. I would surmise that ownership is the same because I did see a section with boxes and junk in plain sight, cordoned off. Really disappointing. Hope they get themselves together! Will I come back? No bec the competition is closer and better with much warmer and more engaging staff. Note: we went on July 4. We called repeatedly on July 3 to check their times and if they were open. Took the kids here for some active fun on a hot, muggy and wet day. They had a blast playing dodgeball, jumping on all the trampolines, scaling the rock climbing wall and jumping in the mush pit...think soft, sunken pit. Comfortable seating for the adults, even a few select seats in the actual trampoline area so you can keep a closer eye on your rug rats. Fun upbeat music. Cleanliness is not great, especially in the bathrooms - but it's a kids' play place so what are you expecting?! Price is probably average for an indoor trampoline park, but by my standards pretty steep. Thankfully the military discount is generous. Will definitely be back on another icky day for the kids. read more

Super clean and revamped! In the same location as the trampoline park know as Gecko Park, Flying Squirrel emerges from the ashes like a Phoenix. Everything about this place was new or revamped including the color schemes. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Checking in was easy, you start off at the kiosk to sign the waiver; then head to the front desk to park for the time. My niece and nephew had a blast, they looked like little tomatoes even before their 90 mins was up. They begged for arcade time and we obliged. Would definitely comeback! read more

The website says they open at 2pm. Both my husband and I called prior to 2pm to make sure they would be open for open play. As expected, no one picked up the phone. I was sent to a voicemail box and didn't leave a message. My husband and daughter (who's almost 3 years old) arrived a little past 2pm. He was told they are closed for open play as there's a party going on inside and they won't be opening anytime soon. Now try explaining that to a toddler who's waited all day long to have fun with her Daddy at Flying Squirrel. I don't understand why this business can't get it together. read more

It's great to see another indoor playground. What's not so good is too see so many young employees (teens/young adults) who should be watching and keeping order in the play areas - but instead just "hanging out" and socializing amongst themselves. Instead of having so many employees not doing anything in the play areas they should focus on processing clients into establishment (you have a HUgE) "party line that is slow moving and keeping the place someone what clean especially with the amount of people that go through that place. read more

I recently booked a birthday party there for my seven-year-old. Had 21 children booked with one being a disabled child. Because the father had to also go into the trampoline park with his child that charged us an additional $400. The manager came around midway through the party and asked us how everything was going, we were very pleased with it initially, but when we found out they charged us additionally, for what we felt never should've been charged. We were very angry. I will always turn in a guest list with them, because we also had some random child show up that was not a guest at the party, and they banded her and let her go into the park and made us pay for her as well. They said that we had too many children and we had to go to the deluxe party and that that was a $1500 by the end of our $1200 party it ended up costing us $1800, beware of their absent fine print read more

This place is a disaster. I have been to many trampoline parks and this is the worst one. Nowhere to park so before you are even inside you're on a mission. Lots of older kids running around and playing rough so not a good place for younger kids. Half the games in arcade have out of order signs on them. As far as the party rooms they are small, bare bones and so hot. We were cramped, hot, and uncomfortable. Pizza was gross. Greasy with about 2 inch thick cheese. This place is very clean with a lot for kids to do, but I really hope they start to promote the safety rules and to ensure that staff members enforce AT LEAST the most important ones! No running across all the the squares and no double bouncing!! I grew up with a trampoline in my yard so I love them. Today I decided to join my 11 year old on the trampolines for an hour. We got there before it was crowded, and were having a blast, as more kids trickled in. It was obvious that none of them knew any of the rules and neither did the parents. As I was bouncing in the middle of my square, I had to stop every 30 or so seconds to keep from accidentally double bouncing kids that were darting directly across my square. None of the staff members were preventing it. Kids were coming onto my square to jump with me, even though there were still many open squares. I had to keep explaining why we could not share it. I saw times kids were running across squares, getting double bounced and falling down, sometimes hurt. Many were running as fast as they can across all the squares. Kids were not looking out for other jumpers in their path. Then a little child ran directly under me from behind while I was mid-air and I could do nothing, as gravity forced me to land on him. He burst into tears screaming. Lucky, his father was close. kid was rattled but ok and I was rattled (happy I didn't break my ankle during the awkward land) and felt awful. I decided to just leave the court before my hour that I paid a lot for was over, too worried I would land on another kid tearing across the court. It ruined my time there. PLEASE promote safety rules and enforce them better. Maybe, section off a small corner of the court for 18+. Even though everyone signs a waiver, many future injuries could be prevented. read more

The customer service at the front could be better and the Women's bathroom had no paper. The party rooms are upstairs which is quite inconvenient and are very small.
