If you're searching for family-friendly spot, Flying Squirrel is the perfect spot. Both kids and adults can have a blast! You can opt for 60 mins, 90 mins or 120 minutes. The time definitely goes by when you're having fun! This is an excellent venue for hosting children's parties.

Went Here for a birthday party. The place was really crowded. Upon check-in you must sign a waiver at the computer and then check in at the front desk. Here's where it was a bit unorganized as we had to wait for a host and the wait was pretty long. There's many things to do from jumping, arcade games, and there's a toddler area. For the food selection I was able to taste the pizza and it was okay. Not much to brag about, but decent. Overall place was decent for a party. Plenty of party rooms and the host was friendly! Socks were provided for all jumpers! There's plenty of tables and seating downstairs and parties are held upstairs. They are strict on time and the party was 2 hours and they were booked back to back so we had to leave and go downstairs after!

It's Been a while since we visit this location like the renovation and upgrades. come to celebrate my Sons birthday we'll Third celebration lol I hate the rating am placing on the location but I am a great advocate for customer service to me that drives me and motivates me to return. Young lady at the counter 0 customer service apparently it's OK to have your boyfriend sitting next to your workstation while you catering to customers. Very rude approach very limited customer service simple yes and no and of course answers what we ask in a tone of ( I wish I was not working today ) nevertheless the kids had a blast I'll be back just hope she's off. Aside from that every video game or entertainment machine is out of order. Are they going out of business.

Danger: Open outlets in toddler section

The place is new with a ton of potential but definitely room to improve. I had this young guy come to me and say "you have a bracelet?" with a tone. No hello, how are you? Etc... we are paying customers lol. Delivery is important. Then they only have one kiosk to print out cards, it's a mission. Had to try like 6 times before it would finally accept cash. With some machines working and some not. However, The biggest concern, was open outlets in the toddler section. This is a deal breaker.l, but an easy fix.

Nice fun place for the kids to play, some of the areas are showing some signs of expected wear and tear though.

Great place to take the children. Tons of different things for them to enjoy. And the price is very affordable.

My first time here was with a large group (field trip) and the experience was painless in terms of check, organization with the school, parking and food/drinks for the little ones. They enjoy this event so much that a 4 year old could continue to remember the facility name for an entire year after. My second time was a party of my family and it couldn't have gone better. Trampoline High has a few party packages which could include closing their business for you. They usually have good availability and all they asked me was $100 deposit. When we got to the place, we were surprised by the arrangement/decoration that they took care of, we simply needed to bring our cake and extra food to offer. Going extra early was unnecessary, all was ready and that piece of mind was priceless. Their deals included that you could bring extra food or drinks for a flat fee. We had a server assigned to the party and she was relentless in picking up and serving as we needed. Adults were able to enjoy fellowship while kids safely enjoy their calorie burning activities he he. Manager was present a few times and she has a heart of customer service or customer oriented personnel. We left some of our extra decorations as she hinted that she helps some customers who need the extra push. One extra gesture she had with us was that, we had purchased extra juices and we didn't use. Surprisingly enough they offer to take it back and not charge us since they were not open. Big heart and was a nice tough. We will be back, demanded by kids.

When we first arrived, everything seemed fine. The problems began once it was time for food. Items were brought out in pieces: pizza would arrive with no plates, no napkins, no drinks, and no utensils. The kids were seated, hungry and thirsty, while adults waited an unreasonable amount of time for basic necessities that should have been brought together. It was very difficult to get the attention of the assigned party host. She was frequently chatting with other employees as if it were social hour rather than actively managing a children's birthday party. She moved extremely slowly between the table and the kitchen area, despite the short distance. At first, I gave her the benefit of the doubt--everyone can have an off day. However, it quickly became clear that nothing was being handled with urgency or organization. The host was walking around with a personal purse on her shoulder, which made it appear as though she had just arrived or was about to leave, not like she was fully engaged in her role. It also visibly got in the way of her working. Because the kids were waiting so long, I offered to help speed things up. I volunteered to carry drink pitchers while she gathered other items. She agreed. Despite that, essentials like napkins, utensils, ketchup, and drinks continued to take far too long to arrive. Eventually, I had to go to the café area myself to collect forks, napkins, and condiments so the children could finally eat. When the host later approached--slowly and casually--with items we had already retrieved, I informed her we had taken care of it. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging the delay, she appeared visibly annoyed, turned away, and walked off. Toward the end of the party, communication completely broke down. The host began ignoring me, and there was no notification about cake time, causing everyone to scramble because of the strict time limit. When I asked for her name due to her repeated rudeness and lack of professionalism, she responded dismissively, "Your party is over at three. You need to get out." She then refused to give her name and stated that she had "already told the manager all about me," implying I had done something wrong. This was extremely surprising, as I had only tried to help ensure the children could eat on time. Because of this, I went to speak directly with the manager. The manager informed me that she had not received any report from this employee at all. In fact, she acknowledged that she had noticed the host was disorganized, unfocused, and not doing what she was supposed to be doing. The manager also provided the employee's name, which is Lily. During this conversation, the manager mentioned that Lily is "very sensitive." While that may be true, it was concerning to hear in the context of a children's party. Sensitivity does not excuse poor communication, lack of organization, or unprofessional behavior--especially in a role that requires managing groups of children and interacting with paying families. When employees are not properly trained for these responsibilities, it ultimately reflects on the business as a whole. The facility itself has potential, but the lack of staff training, accountability, and professionalism completely overshadowed the experience. Because of this, I do not recommend hosting a birthday party here. Families deserve better organization, clearer communication, and staff who are prepared to do the job they were hired for.

Also, they turn off the lights for way too long when they have younger kids at play. You can't see anything. Both huge safety concerns. I'd recommend it for older children until they correct those hazards. If those doors are fire exits, it should have an alarm when open as there is no one monitoring the doors. Also, 15 minutes is way too long especially considering you have a door in the back that can be opened without warning. Another disappointment was the food. I don't expect much from food at places like this and I'm aware it's always going to be very similar as far as options go. But again, for as pricey as it is, at least it should have had good pizza. That was not the case. Nobody in the party was impressed with the food, sadly. All in all, never again hosting a party here.
