It feels more suited for toddlers and younger children rather than the full age range they advertise. The biggest downside is the setup when you first walk in. The entrance/lobby area is very small and gets crowded quickly with parents and kids. There's very limited seating, and it felt tight and a bit messy with people eating in that space. I also didn't love that adults are charged just to go past the gate (including needing to purchase socks), even if you're just supervising. That felt unnecessary compared to similar places. That said, the woman working at the front was extremely kind and welcoming -- very easy to talk to and helpful. She mentioned this is actually the smallest of their locations, which makes sense. Inside the play area was cleaner and more organized, and the bathrooms were very nice and well-maintained. Overall, it's a decent spot for younger kids to burn energy. My daughter enjoyed herself and wants to go back -- I'd just consider trying one of their larger locations next time.

I understand it is hard to keep up with kids playing there all day long, but I think for what they charge it should look better. There was only one person working at the front. She was nice and helpful. They sell some coffee and snacks, but keep in mind is just Keurig coffee. Nothing fancy. They have a sitting area for taking a break and feeding your kids for snack time. That was nice but again, not clean. I don't think we'll be going back, but if you want to try it out, bring some snacks from home and wipes!

Perhaps many small buildings so it actually looks like a small town that the children can explore. We may return again someday if there's another character experience, however we would not return just for the play.

From low-level musical instruments to a variety of ride on toys, there was something for everyone to enjoy. They have refreshments for sale, or you can bring your own. The staff was very friendly, and can be trusted to watch your child if you want to join a fitness class in the back room.
