The campground is perfect for a weekend getaway for camp lovers, family adventures and camping beginners. The campground doesnt require you to bring a tent as the tent is already provided. The tents come with electricity, water spigots, and even Wi-Fi, which made the stay super convenient. You will have to bring your everyday necessities (I.e blow up bed, flashlights, clothes, games, coolers, food/drinks, bug replient, etc) My friends and I played games, listened to music, karaoke and just bonded. We had an amazing time grilling, roasting marshmallows, and walking the beautiful trails. It was the perfect mix of outdoor fun and modern amenities. Quiet Waters Park also has other attractions such as a water park, bike trails, fishing, basketball court, and water skiing to name a few. The bathrooms are shared and aren't always cleaned. You will see creepy crawlers. Bring bug spray! We took time to unplug, unwind and enjoy the scenery. It really was a nice weekend reset and we enjoyed every minute even the RACOONS trying to steal our food

1 Star -- Extremely Disappointed After 6 Years as YMCA Members…read more Unfortunately, after what happened today, we decided to cancel our YMCA membership and our children's swimming lessons. We have been YMCA members for six years. We have used this facility regularly, our children have taken swimming lessons here, and we have invested a lot of time and money into this membership. That is why today's experience was especially disappointing. I have already left a negative review about this YMCA, but today's situation honestly went beyond what I consider acceptable. This morning, I came to the YMCA for my workout. Around 11:00 AM, as I was leaving, I noticed an older woman in a white car trying to park next to my vehicle. There was no actual parking space available, and she was trying to squeeze into the area between the designated parking spaces. I didn't pay much attention at the time because I was in a hurry to pick up my daughter from daycare. After picking up my children, I returned to my car and discovered significant scratches on the plastic part of my vehicle. The damage was large enough that the paint had been completely scraped off. I immediately went back to the YMCA, hoping they could check their security cameras and possibly help identify the person responsible. Instead, I was told that they could not review the cameras themselves and that I needed to call the police. I was told that they would review the footage only if the police requested it. We called the police. An officer came and documented the incident. However, he did not even go inside the YMCA to review or request the camera footage. He simply explained that cameras of this type are often not clear enough to identify a license plate or a person's face. What I found especially frustrating is that there seemed to be no attempt to look for another way to identify the person. Even if the video quality was not good enough to clearly see the license plate or face, I suggested checking the approximate time of the incident and comparing it with the YMCA's membership check-in records. Members scan their membership when entering the facility. I had seen exactly where the woman went after parking, so it seemed reasonable to at least check whether someone matching the description entered the building around that time. Instead, I felt completely left on my own. I understand that the YMCA cannot be responsible for every incident that happens in its parking lot. I am not expecting the YMCA to pay for my car or to magically identify the driver. But after six years as a member, I expected basic cooperation, communication, and a genuine effort to help when something like this happened on YMCA property. The damage to my car was upsetting, but the lack of assistance and the way the situation was handled was even more disappointing. After six years, this was the final straw for us. We canceled our membership today and also canceled our children's swimming lessons. Very disappointed that after being loyal members for six years, this is how our relationship with the YMCA ends.

The main pool had plenty of seating, a water slide, and a little kids areas. The rooms were spacious, especially for our large family. We had a two-bedroom unit with a full kitchen, separate living area, and generous bathrooms. The extra square footage made a big difference. There were a couple of minor downsides. Some of the common areas and resort amenities felt a bit dated. There was also an elicit or in the main building that was out of service. Our room did not have a washer and dryer but there was a nearby laundry room. All in all, a solid 4-star resort that delivered on space and pool variety. Great value for a relaxing Florida vacation!

We have participated in…read moreWyndham timeshare presentations in the past, so we knew what to expect and understood that the purpose of the presentation was to sell us a product. What we did not expect was the level of pressure and the complete disregard for our repeated requests to leave. We were told that the presentation would last approximately two hours. We listened to the presentation and declined the offer multiple times. However, rather than accepting our decision, the representatives became increasingly persistent. At one point, we were even told that we were "making a mistake" by not purchasing. When we were finally brought to the person who was supposed to handle our exit, the pressure continued. I clearly told her that we were not interested and that we needed to leave. She continued to push, so I stopped her again and explained that the presentation was supposed to be two hours, that we had already been there for approximately two and a half hours, and that we needed to leave to meet our family. At that point, we genuinely felt like we were being held hostage. We stood up to leave, and a supervisor approached us and asked us to stay for "five more minutes." After everything we had already said, we felt bullied into staying yet again. Eventually, we were allowed to leave and were taken to the gift desk, where we encountered another couple who had apparently experienced a similar situation. We understand that Wyndham has a product to sell, and we expected a sales presentation. What we did not expect was to have our repeated "no" ignored, our time disregarded, and to feel pressured and uncomfortable simply because we declined to purchase. We have stayed at many Wyndham properties over the years and have generally had positive experiences. This experience at Wyndham Palm-Aire was very different and extremely disappointing. We will now think twice before booking our next vacation with Wyndham. A company that values its guests should respect their decisions when they have clearly and repeatedly declined an offer. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that the management at Palm-Aire addresses the way these presentations are being conducted. No guest should feel pressured or intimidated into staying after they have clearly stated that they want to leave. #wyndham
