I was here for the Saigon Night Market. This market was pretty cool and entertaining. It was more than I expected. I had a great time. You can buy the tickets for this event online or at the park. It was $10 per person. There is also a parking charge of $10 or VIP parking for $20. It is a night market and so it still goes on after the park's regular hours. You can smell the food from far and it smells good. They had many stands from all over and drinks. The food variety was impressive. I wanted to try it all. Everything looked so good. What was really cool was watching some of the vendors cook. These people have skills. The night market had entertainment. I was there for a few hours. I watched dancers, a dojo demonstration, and a hot DJ play good tunes. It was nice that they had tables and chairs to sit. The entertainment was enjoyable. I had a great time.

My first time at this massive park. Went here with a group of ladies for a walk and thoroughly enjoyed the views around the lake. There's something for everyone here from the water activities to bike trails. Although it was super hot I enjoyed my visit and would return if in the area.

Came down for the Ren Fest, and had a great time. The park itself is spacious and has lots of other things to do besides the festival but the cashier couldn't be bothered to look away from her phone as she mumbled "you're good." when we pulled up to her window.

Quiet Waters Park is located in Deerfield Beach conveniently just off of the Sawgrass and 10th Street and Powerline Road. There is a lot to do here. They have shelters to rent all sizes , picnic tables, BBQ s bike trails, nature trails, playground, ski rixen, disc golf, a dog park, water park , camp ground and new upcoming camping closed in bungalos with ac . I have utilized the BBQ in the past, gone on bike trails and nature trails, camping with scouts in primitive area (no longer available) camping with ready made tents , water park, beach area, company picnics and hayrides in the fall. The camping area has a lifted bottom with canvas tent for each family. There are facilities bathroom and showers for those who rent to camp. The new dog park looks amazing but I didn't go with my fur baby. They also have events sometimes for people to come see and walk around. You can spend a full day here . The water park is small and quaint for families r can go to the beach area . Ski rixen for an adventure or can play disc golf. They used to also have paddle rents to rent unsure if they still do . You can bring your own bikes, scooters, skateboards, skates, etc. There is a small fee to enter the park . Whatever you choose to do there are many options to spend in the outdoors with your loved ones or friends.

This 430 acre park located in Deerfield Beach offers many outdoor activities. Quiet Waters Park is one of Broward County's largest parks. Splash Adventure offers child friendly safe water attractions with splash pads, water fountains and mini slides. Ski Rixen offers a unique cable tow system and ramp for jumping for wakeboards, kneeboards and waterskiing. Other activities include the seven mile bike trail, fishing, horseshoes, woofing water dog park, marina, a campground, picnic tables, and grills, shelters for events, frisbee golf course, basketball courts, volleyball, playground and nature trails. Open 8am to 7:30pm. The weekend and holiday gate entrance fee is $3 per vehicle for eight or fewer passengers.

Amazing time as soon as we entered the park for $32 each. Not recommended for children. The mid evil theme was everywhere...Fairies, Vikings, perverted poets, mid evil gothic. It was an adventure every step we took. Cold brew and turkey legs. A dirty mid evil poet put on a 30 minute show and was great. Tattoo artist and crazy jewelry tents. Event runs every weekend for six weeks.

This is a great park! They have camping spots that seem really fun to go spend a night in. It's also a nice spot for picnics! And they have paths if you want to take a nice little stroll!

My family and I came here for the family fun weekend August 11-13. It was a great experience overall. It was our first time camping and we all enjoyed ourselves. We had a chance to enjoy the splash area which was pretty small but the kids still enjoyed it. The movie night was great and so was the little bbq they provided. I would say the shower could be kept up a bit more so that it has a cleaner feel. The tents were an amazing size and provided great shelter. I would suggest they update their camp maps because they are not to scale at all. The campsites my family chose appeared to be much closer on the map than they actually were. But we made it work.

This review is on the campgrounds and splash park. I rented two camp tents during their August Fun in the Sun. Checkin was a breeze, tent was nice and the grounds were good. The bathroom do need an upgrade and could be cleaner. The Fun in the Sun event included dinner, bounce house, games, and a movie night. Security did drive around the campgrounds throughout the day and night. The splash park is small but fun for the kids. I did enjoy just sitting in the water since it was a hot day.

I had been to the park last year for the Renaissance festival, but this time, I went just to check the grounds and the Dog Marina.....My friend Kevin has two dogs and he also wanted to see what that was all about. As we drove around, we could see many open green spaces, picnic tables, pools and lakes....and of course the dog marina... Nice large park. Quiet Waters Park is actually a 430-acre (1.7 km2) park in Deerfield Beach. Quiet Waters Park is known locally for its annual Renaissance Festival and Ski Rixen cable water-skiing system. Ski Rixen is one of 79 cable water-ski attractions in the world, and the only wakeboard and water ski resort in South Florida. Quiet Waters also features unique Rent-a-Tent and Tepees, a marina with boats for rent, Woofing Waters dog park, several lakes for fishing, basketball courts, Splash Adventure children's water park that is open seasonally. There are also mountain bike trails and the Eagle's Nest children's open-space playground. Overall...lots of things to do......

It is the closest one in the area to Fort Lauderdale Beach. And they offer "primitive" camping, i.e. in a tent, as well as RV/Camper camping plus all the related facilities. But it's been quite some time since I actually visited this park. Located just west of Powerline Road, you wouldn't have any idea that this 40 plus acre park exists unless you were looking for it. There is no entrance fee during the week, so we were able to come and explore for free. The driving road is one way in a big circle around the park. The park is packed with so much to see and do. For nature lovers, it is part of the Birding and Wildlife Trail. The woodland trail entrance starts from the road. It had been raining a lot recently. We decided it might be a bit muddy to walk as we hadn't come prepared to do so. There are lush green grass areas and shady trees in the main area of the park. For the sports enthusiast there is disc golf, volleyball, horseshoes, basketball, and shuffleboard. For the kids there are wide open areas to run around in and playgrounds. We know a family who lives locally who recently visited here one weekend for a mini vacation with their new RV and had a blast here. And one of our fellow yelp elites visits often for disc golf. It's a place that can be enjoyed by locals as well as tourists -- whether you're looking to relax or for recreation. We had a lovely leisurely visit here. When the weather is nice, it is a quiet and peaceful retreat from the traffic and city distractions.

After checking in its a a small drive around the whole park to the parking for the 1st hole. I was there before the others so I was able to get some practice throws in on their practice hole first. once everyone was there we started the round. There is about 3 water holes, and they are all at the beginning. They arent hard though, it's really about going around the lake. We made it through there fine. after that its a mix of open field joles and others that go through the woods. Almost every hole is doable. I'm not good and I can par most of them. In fact I had 2 birdies that day. The whole course is well maintained. Nothing too fancy but it's taken care of. There are other amenities like a playground, camping, basketball court, and more. But the central attraction to me is the course. Oh, and they have a bonus 19th and 20th holes! Can't beat that.

Thank you all so much, to all of you guys at Breezy Hill Resort. You have made my stay extremely pleasant and I would be honored to come back soon!

This was the first time staying at Encore Breezy Hill. Zero starts if I could!!!!…read more This park has a very nice entrance coming into the park. Very nicely landscaped with flowers and lights but don't let that fool you! I think the city has them do that because of the neighborhood. When you get inside the park it looks very old and abandoned. A lot of the mobile homes look very old and definitely need some TLC. This park is mainly used for snowbirds. When they all leave it's empty and boarded up. So the main reason why my wife and I say "stay away from this park". It's just "our opinion" and based on our experience and observations. * Our site was very small. We have a 26' Sprinter motorhome. When parked at our site I was within 2' of the water connection in the back of the Rv and the front bumper was about 1' from the edge of the road. * When we arrived we noticed the previous person had left dog grooming clippings in the grass and dog poop all over the place! (See photo). I was mad and felt if I went up to the office they would just ask us to leave so we just dealt with it. We also noticed dog poop around the all the other three to four empty sites around us. It was like our site was the dog park area lol! Well our two dogs (which always stay on their leash) we had to keep them away from all that mess. One of our dogs must have got into something while on our walk the first night. The next day and that night he was throwing up and diarrhea all over the place! He stayed sick for the next 5 days. Also didn't eat. * The power at the park is not very good. We use the Power Watchdog surge protector and it showed at night after 9pm it was 120 volts. During the day starting at about 7am the volts would drop to as low as 114 volts. So aggravating because we had to watch what we ran. Couldn't run microwave and A/C at the same time. Btw; our Sprinter motorhome is a 30amp unit. At night time the power supply was ok. * Water pressure was fine. We were able to maintain 40psi no problem. * During our walks most people were not very friendly; mainly the people that live there full time. One couple that lives on the corner seemed nice and would waive and say hey each night. Some of the people drove through the park very fast; like they were in a race or like they just stolen the vehicle. Turning corners like they were in a car race and zoom they were off.... While trying to enter our gate code coming back into the park we had people behind us honking the horn being impatient; like I can speed to gate process up. Some would try to tailgate us so they won't have to enter their gate code. Once they got by the gate arm they passed us. To be very honest; the ONLY reason we stayed at this park is because we have the Thousand Trails membership and it's part of it. We tried to get into the park next door which is their sister park (Encore Highland Woods) which is 100% better than this park. They were booked up and we had to stay here! We've stayed at Highland Woods several times with no issues. Also another reason we stay at these two parks is to visit family (our daughter, son-in-law and grandkids) who lives in the area. So for us (thankfully) these parks are just a place to park and sleep at night. During the day we are gone!!!!! So at Breezy Hill for 7 long days I'm so glad all we did was sleep in the motorhome and wake up the next morning and leave to visit family. If we weren't leaving every day and had to just stay here; we would not stay. Breezy Hill is NOT a Rv Resort. Definitely don't recommend staying here until the owner of the park takes more of an initiative in updating the park and maintaining it a lot better! ZERO star 000000000

During peak seasons in the winter months this park like most others in Florida are full and hard to get. We were here during the month of May and had no issues getting a spot. We live in Florida and our daughter and son-in-law moved from Jacksonville to West Palm Beach for a new job. When we come down and visit them Encore Highland Woods park is the closest to their home. We try and stay at Thousands Trails membership parks so we can utilize our membership to the fullest. I read a lot of reviews about this park and most were negative. I was really worried about coming here. I can honestly say we really didn't have any issues or concerns while staying here for 7 days. My opinion only; this is just a place to stay and not a destination park. A place to park the Rv and venture out sightseeing. While we were here we would leave around 9:30am and go visit our daughter and grandkids in West Palm and then come home around 4pm. We walked our two dogs around both parks (Highland Woods and Breezy Hill). Both parks are ran by the same office. Our site was spacious with decent room on both sides. * The only odd thing about this park there is not an office here. You have to walk next door to Breezy Hill to their office. * They do have electric security gate arms that are activated when you pull up to them. No key pad or code needed. Not very secure for the area. * People do like to speed through the park. I guess they know there is no one from the park to say something to them.... Even the Amazon and FedEx deliveries speed through. * One day when we arrived back home at 4pm we noticed a water line was broken and spraying water about 50' over into the grass and roadway next to our site. I immediately called two "emergency numbers" and left messages. No one returned my call or came to look at the water leak. Around 9:45pm that evening some finally came and fixed it. * The sewer connection is in the middle of the Rv pad on most sites. The rear of the Rv is over it when parked which makes it difficult for connecting and disconnecting sewer lines. * Even with the odd things mentioned we will still return back here when we visit our daughter and son-in-law. Compared to the other Encore parks in the surrounding areas this park is one of the better ones! The photos are from our site #126. I liked this site and hope to get it again in the future.
