They have special campsites that has a maximum of two weeks camping and it's also lakefront which is perfect for native Floridians during the winter. There is great wildlife and walking throughout the whole park and the campsite has well-kept bathrooms and showers It's very conveniently located near downtown Lake Worth, and all there is to do there or it's a quick hop on I 95 to go up to West Palm Beach Rd. beach or down to Miami Fort Lauderdale in probably less than an hour

I'm an Honorable Discharged Marine and a Law Enforcement Officer in Palm Beach County for over three decades. As a result, I am terminally ill and have extreme cardiac issues as a result including PTSD. I need to be close to JFK Hospital because of my cardiac illness. I asked for an extension; I was given two weeks and then I need to leave. I was told that if I die it's not their problem, the rules are the rules. The security at the Campground is very good, but that's about it. The water supply is from the contaminated Lake Osborne. Even with double filters the water is polluted. Many guests informed me that they were told the water comes from Lake Worth Beach, this is a lie. The Campground is in unincorporated Lake Worth, and the water supply is Lake Osborne. 2024 Lake Osborne was incredibly infested with bacteria and coli issues. During 2016 the same. People are told not to wash with the water or use it to prepare food. Just Google Lake Osborne and the proof is in the pudding, but don't make the pudding with the water. They have very little grass and each site is infested with Red Ants who attack the children and the dogs and cats. Upon complaints they left a spray can of Raid Ant Killer and said that's the best they can do. Grass is basically non-existent. There's no pool and the laundry room is closed at 2100 hrs. There is no background check so we had a problem with an adult male who really enjoyed hanging out at the playground. Since the management refuses to deal with it, myself and several other guests had to take up the task of making it so uncomfortable the he finally left. The Park Rangers use every light on their vehicles while in the park, even though it's against Policy & Procedure and has caused some people to have seizures. The trees are not properly maintained and caused damage to my Camper during high winds. I was told that I should turn it over to my issuance and they have no responsibility. Update: I was just called by JJP Management. They told me if I work with the Homeless Intervention Team they will give me two weeks. Two Weeks??????????? I was told, they don't want me to die but they can't help me, which is triggering my PTSD and my blood pressure is going through the roof. They actually made a reservation for me at the Campground in South Bay, Florida, where I worked as an LEO for years, and I know I'm 45 minutes away from a cardiac unit and I would most like die. I was told they don't want me to die but their rules supersede my possible death. Talkin over me and treating me like a homeless person, I have always paid my rent and am paid to the 27th and then I have to leave. This is sick. It's one thing to disregard my extreme medical condition, but to call me and humiliate me is even worse. Several guest approached me about my yelp review and wanted to add to it. I've now started a new Facebook Page called, "John Prince Park Campground Sucks", where I can post my photos and videos as well as anyone else.

But just after one visit we realized what an amazing park this is and often drive from two cities away just to visit. This park is a lovely escape to nature in South Florida. Boosting, many walking paths, bike paths, a dog park, a splash pad, frisbee, golf pitch, fishing areas, boating lake and many other sports areas. Overall, the paths pavement are generally well maintained, however, you do get a little bit of cracking as you do with most paved areas in Florida due to the heat- nothing too extreme, it was still easy to push a stroller. The bathrooms are always clean, yet admittedly, they are quite dated and dark on the inside, even though hygienically they are up to standards . Perhaps adding some better lighting on the inside could help make it feel a little nicer. Today while walking around the park, we visited many of the small playgrounds and our young child enjoyed getting out to play .

Since the park went under new management (Cynthia) the vibe has changed. She's very approachable, genuinely sincere, and helpful. All great qualities to have when managing a property with times like these. The maintenance man (sorry not sure of his name) does a great job keeping up with the day to day maintenance. i can see they are really cleaning up the park and making it more of an rv city for those who live in there trailer long term. A few suggestion: FREE INTERNET throughout the park. A vending machines would be nice or a little convenient store that sells the basic essentials. (T.P, P.T, snacks! Laundry detergen, ext. maybe turn the kitchen area to a little cafe. (Espresso machine, donut and muffins.). I would never leave the park!

Tina, Chuck, Nick, and Brandy are a wonderful team working their best everyday to meets the needs and "demands" of certain guests. All I know is I'm glad I didn't rely on the few negative reviews about this establishment to decide if this was the place for me. I came in the evening to investigate how serene and quiet this establishment was before committing to moving here. Quiet and peaceful. What I can say is that it is a very kind, respectful, professional establishment with hard working people doing their absolute best all time time. They are always working to maintain the property. They are always receptive and communicative. Friendly, organized, family like environment. It has a little bit of everything which I love. You have a few kids that play around late afternoon which I love 'it makes me feel like being around children is what makes us allowed to feel that energy and be able to relax as they are. Everybody from the staff to the patrons of this establishment are always smiling, kind, engaging, however also mind their own business and are respectful related to not being loud when dealing with neighbors. I am grateful for that because I have been in parks that have not been so courteous nor diligent about grounds keeping. I always bring forth kindness, understanding, respect, and gratitude. without fail that is always what I get back in return. You get what you give. People are doing the best they can in every given moment dealing with all of the personalities that come by us particularly through the transactional requirements to continue through the day. I personally give this establishment 10 stars. And let me tell you this is coming from (me) someone who is very picky about the grounds of an establishment, noise, and people. This place is full of people that are pleasant and mindful . I've Been in very poorly run RV parks, this is NOT! one of them. As far as the spaces go and being tight. I think that can be addressed by any institution working in business. If you want a prime type space that allows for a room on both sides then naturally you have to pay for a prime space. Just like you would have to at any hotel or other establishment in this life. I don't think it's fair to blame the people running the place, who have just as much obligation to meet the inflation requirements as we all are facing rises in prices. Ultimately I think some people are never pleased , and forget to treat the people that work here like humans and not just people there to provide a transactional encounter for your comfort. Once again, kudos to all the members of this establishment. It's the one place in South Florida that I found encompasses all of the necessary fun to provide a happy RV camping lifestyle. I will be here for a very long time thanks to the help, guidance, pleasant behavior, and constant communication which is huge these days when trying to deal with an RV park. My calls are always answered and if they're not my calls are returned within five minutes. Some thing I've never seen. I could go on and on but I think my point is made. Don't believe everything you read when it comes to negativity, often it has more to do with the person writing the message than who they're writing it about. Don't hesitate to come here, it's a small family style experience with a lot of nice people. And the best thing of all is the dog run on the perimeter of this establishment has yet to be found with any dog feces. Which is another huge thing when dealing with parks that allow animals. So often people don't pick up their dog feces! Extremely and profoundly grateful for this magical slice of heaven in a chaotic world. With magnificent gratitude
