My little one loves playground but being outside in a park all day in this weather is not pleasant. This is a very affordable, clean, and fun indoor playspace. Food kitchen is closed on weekdays but they still have coffee! No outside food but they have in and out privileges so we were able to have lunch close by and go back in which is a rarity to have. All my kids loved it, especially my little one age 4. Would def come by again when I'm in the area. Plenty of parking and it's next to a plaza with many food choices. Prices are reasonable for 2 adults and 1 child. Must bring or wear grip socks for kids Playing. Adults can wear regular socks! They sell them at ~$4 a piece if you forget. Also be careful when opening the door. It's really light and swings pretty easily, it fling wide open.

We purchased and walked to the bench area in the playground where other customers were with water bottle and sippy cups from home where other customers were allowed to bring sippy cups with smoothies etc tell me how the two front desk girls started to make a big deal of my sons smoothie we were sitting down silently not even INSIDE the playground they kept humiliating and bombarding me about policy and waiver and how they saw on the camera that I came inside with a smoothie that I paid for to enjoy.. I ignored them saying I would like to talk to the manager since I was sitting down like other customers with opened sippy cups and water. They refused for me to talk to manager Making my whole spent time there a horrible experience not to mention my two year old son seeing them arguing with me and saying I was not allowed back in when I was just sitting having my son drink a smoothie not doing anything to the point that I started crying my hands were shaking it was an absolute disaster. I ended up speaking with the manager .. the manager was on the phone not there and I said this was an unpleasant time being a first time customer and having them treat me different compared to parents bringing personal home sippy cups where they had no problems going inside with potential spills when I was on the bench it wasn't fair being treated like that when all I was trying to do was pay for a good time $40.00 etc the manager refunded me $32 the entrance. The girls had smirks on their faces like bully's. I thanked them for ruining my day with my son. I will NEVER come here again for how they humiliated me. No respect with a two year old. These girls were bully's don't come here spend your money somewhere else. They will have you spend your money to force you out. Monkey joes is a way better experience then this place. I will never forget the way I was treated here over a smoothie !? Where I was sitting down on the bench .. harassing me over and over again. I believe in fairness and justice and I'm glad I got a refund these people don't deserve customers period for that! I hope you read this a know it's not worth it.
