This is a really nice Chuck E Cheese! Located on the second floor, it's a nice big area for kids to run around and have lots of fun! It's always very clean and not crowded when we are there and the 7.99/month members plan is worth it for us. The pizza is good and the whole atmosphere is lively. Most of the games work and the staff are nice. What can be improved: Prices are high, especially for the food, plus games, plus the adventure zone. If you play your cards right, you can get discounts with the membership but I do wish the adventure zone was included. It's not... not even for members. :( The food selection for adults is okay... if you want a Cobb salad or pizza with wings. The wait times are pretty long at the counter to scan the codes and pay. Also, no one seems to ever be at the ticket counter. Last time we waited for about 15 minutes and no one came to help us so we left without redeeming our tickets for prizes. All in all, it's a really fun place that I hope stays in business because my kids love it! read more

It had been several years since I visited Chuck-e for a birthday party, but by far, this was the best experience yet! Celebrating my little prince and his seven years of a wonderful life, my daughter booked this Chuck E. Cheese in the Pompano Citi Center. I can't begin to tell you how nice, clean, spacious, and all-around superb this place is. I wasn't able to get all the deets, but they must have recently remodeled because everything looks brand-spanking new and shiny! The two party coordinators assigned to us, also took care of another party simultaneously but nothing was spared--not the food, nor the service--not even the entertainment with Chuck-e himself. The kids and kids-at-heart made their way around and through all of the games, tables and rides. A couple of the men went and got themselves beer too--but they had enough sense as to sit in a different area away from the little ones. I really appreciated that and so did a couple of other moms. As far as the food, we had pizza which was hot and made to order. The drinks were refilled often and they also gave us a pitcher with ice so that we could refill our water from the soda fountain as often as we needed to. In the end, the kids went to redeem their tickets which were automatically saved onto their reloadable game cards connected to a plastic wristband. How convenient!! This was super cool because we weren't forced to redeem all of the tickets on stuff we really didn't care for. It's nice to know that we can come back and use them to keep playing and earn more points. I can't recommend this Chuck E. Cheese enough. It truly remains an indoor play place Where A Kid Can Be A Kid® and an adult can be one too! read more

Over the past year, we have brought our kid here a handful of times with no issues. This review is for today in particular. I'd definitely wait a few more weeks before coming here. The good news is they got a bunch of new games! The bad news is almost half the games were unusable since they're moving stuff around and installing new games. Chuck came out to see the kids & the games that did work were fine. I'd just wait til everything is up and running, maybe call and ask. Also poor guys were understaffed so be patient w them. Have been coming to this location since it opened. Today was not the best visit. First of all we along with several families waited for some one to let us enter. After 10 minutes an employee finally came to the desk. We ordered our pizza and purchased game cards. When trying to find a seat a good majority of the booths were empty but had food and trays that had not been cleared. I asked the manager where should we sit. She said find a clean booth. I insisted they clean the areas. Then they delivered our pizza and left off toppings we paid for. When a new pizza arrived there were no plates. The server said she would bring them. She never did and we had to find someone to give us plates. You can't blame these issues on Covid as they had no problem taking the 58.13 from us. read more

Before I start off telling you about my bad experience on Chuckie Cheese at the Pompano location, I want to point out the good. I've been to a couple of different locations, and this is by far one of the best locations I have been to. My granddaughter, daughter and I were invited to a birthday party which we had such a good time, majority of the staff were great, it was such a pleasant atmosphere, I will definitely be back again to take my granddaughter. Well, I had so much fun with her my phone fell out of my jacket and I didn't notice until I went to sit down, so I went up to the counter and there was a young lady by the name of Nicole standing there. I explained to her that I had loss my phone and if she didn't mind asking if someone could please do an over page to report if someone had found a phone if they could bring it up to the counter and return it. Nicole gave me a smirk and told me she didn't think that was possible, she told me while other customers were standing there if someone finds a phone, they just consider it a gift and they wouldn't return it. I asked again if they could still do it out of a common courtesy, because I couldn't see why it would hurt because my phone has a lot of personal information on it and she stated again with that smirk on her face no it couldn't be done while the buzzer was going off for my food. Really bothered by my phone I was trying to hand her the buzzer and she sarcastically stated why do I keep trying to hand her the buzzer, granted I was at the wrong counter for the food but instead of her just saying Ma'am you have to take the buzzer further down to the window she said I don't know why your still trying to hand me the buzzer in a nice nasty way. I said oh okay no problem and I walked away got my food from another lady at the window who had great mannerism and went and sat back down. Also, to the lady I got my food from she a great customer service. Again, the other workers were great. I go back to sit down but couldn't eat thinking about all my info in that phone, my daughter got up and went to help look for my phone and I didn't know at the time, but she also walked up front and asked the same young lady and she told her the same thing that they don't page for those type of things. When my daughter got back, I walked back up to a different counter where you order food and came in contact with another young lady who was very pleasant, and I wish I had got her name. I explained to her about losing my phone and if they could please make an announcement in case someone found it and at that time Nicole was walking over as well the other young lady mention to her about the phone Nicole with that nasty smirk on her face, I stated yes I already asked her and she said it couldn't be the done so the other young lady asked me what type of phone it was. I gave her the information and she said I got you and walked over in the back and did a page. I stood up there for less than 5 minutes another one of her colleagues came out and said something to the lady who did the page for me, and they both walked to the back and as the lady walked back up, she held up my phone, asked me to unlock it and gave me my phone back and I was very grateful. Good to know that one bad apple does not spoil a bunch. I hope that also shows Nicole that just because someone finds another individuals property that they'll keep it, not everyone is the same. I'm one of those people that returns things if I find it. To be working around a very happy atmosphere with kids it was disappointing to have experienced that with Nicole. Let me not leave out that the party I was at Nicole was also cleaning off tables and I witness her pick up a tray and a pitcher without asking if the lady was done and the lady was not happy about it because it was not all the way empty, the lady had to ask her kids if they were done, if they didn't want any more while Nicole froze to see what the kids were going to say, then the lady said now you can take it but that she should have asked first you don't just go grabbing stuff in front of a person without asking. Nicole should really work on her customer service skills and the way she handles things. It does not hurt to be kind and remember to treat people the way you want to be treated. I give 5 stars because I refuse to let her ruin it for everyone else who works there. I also have to mention that the manager was not there but another Guy who was another chain of commands came over to speak with me, he did offer for us to have a seat, but I was leaving so I told him I didn't mind just standing there letting him know what happened. He Nicole's behalf and let me know that he would speak with the manager, so I also appreciate his help as well. read more

Service was terrible. We went to a birthday party here, the mascot was terrible. Not friendly with the kids at all and did not dance. The manager (Spanish male accent, grey hair and a little on the heavier side) was very rude. He was even rude to other employees and moved very very slowly. Took him 14 minutes to finish with one customer when there was 2 others waiting. I ordered food (breadsticks) after 24 minutes I asked him where the food was and he told me he needs a food runner. This was on Saturday, they should of had more then enough staff on a busy Saturday. Only gave 2 stars because The games were fun. read more

Due to a death in the family it had been maybe nearly a year since we'd been able to get back to Chucky Cheese, only to find out that the tokens are now useless. We have nearly 200 tokens from the many visits over the last 10 years. I am quite angry that they won't issue a credit to the new card system. I'm here now for my grandsons 11th birthday but I will never be back and will certainly spread the word about how dishonest CC is. Very disappointed. read more

Rachet people who work here ignore you, machines had blood all over them told employees they did not card one bit. Worst location I've ever been too. Line around the door just to purchase anything. Waited so long at the ticket booth with employees walking past and ignoring you that we just left, never again will I come to this location. Scheduled a birthday party for the step son and was told one thing and it was completely another. The staff is a joke. It Tooley someone almost 30 minutes of getting here to help us or get us anything. Mangers do not have enough training . Saying oh i don't know this and that getting attuides. Children where supposed to have bands with 45 minute on it but instead was given cards with tokens on it. Asked to speak to mangers . Staff laughed in our face. As we started to go back to the table . One of our friends over herd the staff talking crap about my girlfriend. This is piss poor customer service. I would not recommended this to anyone . This location in pompano used to be better when they first opened. Now, the games are not Maintained and some don't even have tickets some don't work but you wouldn't know until after you use your card and then waste the points. The pizza had gone down hill and when asked why it was so expensive after I used a coupon, I was told they would add extra cheese instead of getting an explanation why I was charged 5.00 too much. Chucke was pretty good this visit but most visits he rushes out and rushes back and won't interact too much with kids. Today he did which was good for my children. The bathrooms are gross. read more

Took my daughter here and have to admit this is the nicest Chuck E. Cheese I have been too. It was very clean and all the games seemed to work. The food was actually pretty good. Got a large pizza with some bread sticks. The pizza was delicious the breading they use is like the bread if for the breadsticks. Idk what it is about the ranch there too it tastes better than any other ranch. A big plus is they had some staff members dusting and cleaning the machines. They even have a little toddler area for smaller kids which is great foe smaller kids. read more

Hosted a bday party here 05/2016 & it was awful. The manager @ the time was unresponsive & unapologetic. Took over an hr for food order that was ordered BEFORE the party. Won't host an official CEC again but would consider doing one on my own. My family typically visits on weekdays during the pizza buffet special. They open @ 11 & usually it takes a good hr for them to have the buffet up & running. Once set, they are still slow to refill the station. This location just recently converted to the Play Pass, no more tokens. Chuck E Cheese mascot is usually very blah. Not energetic at all. The newer Manager(?) Cary(?) is awesome though. He is always helpful. Bring back the MacNCheese pizza!!! read more

Kind of a dump. Not like the Chuck E. Cheese of old No animatronics, just a staff member doing a walk-thru in the rat costume. The pizza buffet line is always out of pie and you need to shake up the crew to get something put out. The only plus side I experienced are two crew members who should receive special recognition. Probably the worse customer service ever experienced. We ordered food, simply 2 wraps and kids nuggets and after 25 minutes nothing. When approached the manager several times her response was, "what's the problem". She never followed up or offered to help. I never in a million years thought I would give Chuck E. Cheese 5 stars let alone like to go there all the time. I love this place. It is great for young children especially when it's hot outside. This location is kept clean. There is a special toddler section with a slide and some fun games for the little ones. There are great specials for tokens and pizza. I just got 100 tokens for only $20.00. I think that is a great deal. I am not sure how long they will run that deal but it is going on right now. There is a salad bar and a chef that specializes in making the pizza. I can't make myself buy the pizza but I see a lot of people eating it and I hope to try it one day. My favorite part of this location is the manager. I should have gotten his name but he is always there. No matter what day or time I go, he is always there. He is so helpful and kind. He helps you and always fixes any problems on the floor. The Chuck E Cheese mascot is lifeless. He just has no energy and is in and out in 3 minutes. I could care less because my daughter is terrified of him so three minutes works for us but... if you are a parent with an older child that cares about the mascot being more interactive, dancing, and etc. he is definitely the opposite of that. He is sometimes lead around so not sure what is going on with that situation but I love the place and I am so happy it is close by so that we can go there on hot summer days. read more

This CEC is new and clean. We like to go here on weekday afternoons when it is rainy or too hot to play outside. The place is pretty empty at that time of day. The kids play games, and I hang out with my friends and sometimes even have a beer! The kids like the pizza buffet. Twenty dollars in tokens will keep my kid happy for 2 or 3 hours, playing games, counting tickets, buying prizes, etc. The employees are always pleasant and efficient. read more

Very disappointed. We took two children (5&6) who just couldn't wait to get there. All they keep talking about was dancing with Chuck E Cheese. We were there for 2 hours and they only got to see him come out one time for a private Birthday Party then disappeared. I went to management (if you could call it that) and he came back out with a bad attitude and only posed for a picture. No dancing, no free ticket throw just a big gray mouse that clearly did not want to be there. Then there was the rest of the employees that were more interested in playing around with each other than the customers. Salad/pizza bar was a mess. Pizza empty and the salad bar all over the place.
