EXCELLENT SAFE PLACE TO BRING YOUR KIDS
    01904Isabel L.

I got a Groupon for the kids to attend ARCADE ZONE in Sunrise, Florida 1st time visiting I very pleasantly surprised how clean the place is and how nice the employees are and they're all young how attentive and kind patient and how they keep the kids safe! For this Groupon I only paid $18 for both kids and we spent four hours playing jumping no need to buy extra arcade tickets extra food they give them free water but there's things to purchase if like but if you're on a budget and just want your kids to play and let off some steam. This is a Groupon for you. These kids had so much fun and met new friends in the area again I am so impressed with this particular location because of the way they treated the kids the way they responded to everyone that came in with the Groupon coupon and it was accepted without any problem will be returning soon or without a Groupon worth the money! THANK YOU ARCADE ZONE STAFF SUNRISE FL WE HAD A MEMORABLE DAY! Thank you GROUPON I ALWAYS TRY YOUR APP FIRST WHEN LOOKING TO SAVE MONEY ! GENIE THE MANAGER AND ALL THE SAY STAFF WERE AMAZING I HAVE TO GIVE THEM PROPS GIVE THEM ALL A RAISE JUN15,2026 came at 12:45 left at 5:30 no pressure to buy anything just kids having fun

Today 3/21/23 we visited the arcade zone on Oakland and nobhill in Sunrise where we were greeted by Anne! From the moment we walked in she made us feel so welcomed, everything was so clean. The students enjoyed the food, no wait, staff move promptly to satisfy all 24 kids. Rules were explained to all students before hand so we knew exactly what to expect. Anne checked on us multiple times and even gave all 24 of my students a little toy before leaving! Our camp will definitely be returning thanks to Anne!

    Zipties on the maze

Recently took my kids there and there were cable wires not secured so children were pulling at the in the infant side The big maze had zipties around the nets rather than replacing it had to tell my child not to play in there Overall i dont see us returning to this place

I had made a list of things/activities for us to do while she was here and I put Xtreme Action Park on the list. Honestly, I did not think anyone would want to go. But, we woke up one day and decided to just hop over there because it wasn't far from our house. It was around noon on a Wednesday and we almost had the place all to ourselves! When we walked in, we were astonished at how huge this place was! It has indoor go kart racing and I'm not talking the slow, kiddie ones either! These go karts went very fast and it was a very large and curvy track. They also had a huge skating rink, an entire 18 hole, miniature golf room, a huge trampoline room, an obstacle course that hung from the ceiling, virtual reality games and experiences, a ton of standard arcade games as well as a restaurant and bar. (they had so much that I'm probably forgetting something important!) We had the time of our lives! We killed zombies and road motorcycles and battled pirates, laughing, screaming, and yelling the entire time like three little kids. We stopped for a while and went to the bar and ordered nachos and Mojitos. The nachos were delicious (they were actually the best nachos I ever had! ) and they made a special Mojito that was also very good. After we ate and had a couple of drinks, we went back to playing arcade games. Before we got a chance to even do anything else we realized we had been there for five hours! By the time we left, it was getting very busy and we were exhausted but on top of the world. We had so much fun running around that place, each of us addicted to a different arcade game. We left with credits still on our cards so I am going back soon. Regardless of how old you are, put this on your list of things you want to check out because I promise, you won't regret it.

Me and my friend did the VR and the mini golf! We also got lots of arcade credits to play the games. The VR was fun but I didn't like that they didn't clean the goggles (at least I didn't see) after someone playing. That is gross lol. I went and washed my face after. One of the VR rides was broken so I couldn't do it with my friend. The shooting one was a lot more fun than the SpongeBob. The mini golf was cute- it's mini golf lol! We got fries, Red Bull, and blue slush. The prices weren't bad! I was expecting more. Overall fun- kinda loud and busy. But I had a good time. Wish I took photos , next time ;)

The staff are super nice, and the bartender gave a great drink recommendation based on what I told him I was looking for. They have game consoles with an insane variety of games throughout the bar and seating area, which are all open to play for free. They have any game you could ever want-PlayStation, Nintendo, sega, etc, and board games to play as well. Two of us ordered drinks right away and sat at the bar playing video games. The rest of our group was still deciding what they wanted, which we understood fell under the one drink minimum per person rule. One friend sat with us at the bar while we had our drinks and was told by the bartender that she couldn't sit there without purchasing a drink, so she moved. She then stood near our other friends, who were playing an arcade game, and they were told they could not play unless they each bought a drink. At this point, they stood behind us at the bar to look over the menu and decide what they wanted, but that didn't seem to matter. The bartender repeatedly returned and escalated the situation instead of allowing any reasonable time to order, stating they could get water if they wanted and that it did not have to be alcoholic. After only a couple of minutes, the same bartender came out from behind the bar again and said in a rude, condescending tone that they "don't understand... if they don't buy a drink, then they can't even be in the building." Our friends explained that we had already purchased drinks and were simply deciding what we wanted, but at that point, they were turned off by his behavior and no longer wanted anything--and frankly, neither did we. We cashed out our tab, finished our drinks, and left. We were already paying customers and would have ordered more drinks, but the handling of the situation made that impossible. Instead, the business lost not only our additional sales, but also several friends who were planning to join us and spend money. We are local to the area and not teenagers causing a disturbance, which is what the situation felt like when our friends were told to leave for no clear reason. I understand house rules like a one-drink minimum, but there is a professional way to enforce them. This wasn't it. Not everyone can or wants to order immediately--whether due to preferences, pacing, or dietary restrictions--and the lack of flexibility or basic courtesy was disappointing. Instead of encouraging guests to stay and order more, the approach did the opposite. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my impression of the place, and I don't see myself returning. There are other spots in the area with a similar concept that offer a much more welcoming and customer-friendly experience, and I would recommend exploring those instead.

That combo alone makes this place stand out. The setup is simple and perfect: buy one drink and you get a wristband for unlimited arcade play. I'm not exaggerating when I say I can spend hours here without even realizing it. We're talking Tekken, Street Fighter, Skee-Ball, Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Killer Queen, Frogger, Galaga, Space Invaders, Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros... and that's barely scratching the surface. There's a huge parking lot in front and street parking all over so you're fine in that department. Glitch Bar forever!! What isn't worth the price is their food. The nachos were a small portion and they didn't have a lot of the items on the menu and wayyyy overpriced for what you get. I really enjoy the experience at round1 so hosting my nieces birthday party here was a no-brainer. When we booked the party room we were told we could bring an ice cream cake. A few days before the party we get a call that we couldn't do that, which was one of the reasons why we wanted to celebrate her birthday here. The check in process was time consuming and did not go smoothly. We were told to go upstairs, then to go back downstairs (which had a line) and then back upstairs. We asked if we could put the balloons, decorations and gift bags in the room while we wait to check in because it was a lot to carry and we were told no. Carlos was helpful and attentive. He made sure the soda pitcher was always filled, we had enough napkins, and periodically checked in on us. The party room is spacious, has karaoke and you are able to decorate it. The cake and check in process could have been communicated better could but the party turned out great and my niece had a blast with her friends.

However, as an operation.. your corporate office really needs to audit this location. It's a disappointing disaster. Everything is set up for success, but only goes so far. Upstairs the all you can play, happy to hear that the adults admission is waived to Supervise the kids.. but the equipment is so beat up. There's only so much equipment and it doesn't feel like they're cleaning in between. The staff feel like zombie and don't acknowledge or respond when you speak with them. It's like they've been burned so many times it's concerning. Someone spilled wine or juice and they bother to clean it up until I told Arthy something .. which how obviously ignored because it remained dirty for over an hour. Add in the south Florida heat, and the ac having a hard time to keep up, alongside the smell of sweaty people , and shoes.. glorious! The food lines are ridiculous and they close kiosks because they said the kitchen was backed up. But the kitchen team look like they were just hanging out. So we stood in line for 25 minutes to order the ice cream then spent another 15 minutes waiting for them to tell me they didn't have the flavor ice cream we wanted. Then the attendant goes, we don't have anymore pick something else and everything looked like it was done. I told him it's ridiculous and they really need to look at their operation, disable flavor in the kiosk! He had hissy fit and then grudgingly scooped the ice cream. The food itself is perfectly fine and basic arcade food and actually well priced. None of the issues were his fault.. all due to management, but both customers and the staff suffer with the lack of management. I wouldn't say anything if it couldn't be fixed.. but it can be!
