Cool little haunt located in a huge park. Super family friendly with food trucks serving thing like gyros, ice cream, tacos, and ceviche. Refreshments and beer is also available for purchase and kid snacks. There are different trails. One family friendly trail and one in the evening that has definitely more of a scare factor. It was a family evening so we went through the family friendly trail. In the beginning your greeted by a scary dude who tells you the story of the witch and all the people she's possessed and to be prepared for all encounters. The atmosphere was perfect having to actually walk through the forest section of the park. At night theres the flashing lights that makes things look really creepy..it was perfect. After escaping the witch and her possessed it was nice to just hang still in the park. Music is played and lots of open space for the kids to play. It's the perfect spooky treat for all. read more

It was fun for my friends and I. However the lines for parking and everything else could be shorter. We spent most of our time there in lines even though we paid for the more expensive ticket type. This was an interesting experience. We turned off our headlights not realizing that meant that the scare actors could interact with us more. So needless to say we got spooked several times. It was a bit of a long and awkward wait in the beginning but once you start driving through it was pretty entertaining. Given the circumstances for 2020 it was nice to get out and "do something" for Halloween. read more

Going against the grain with the other reviews with 4, I'd say 4.2 stars. Oct 17, 2020....let's be real everyone, everyone is tired of "these trying times" but whomever; the city, county, or whatever put this on during a pandemic. So, you could have NOTHING, or you could have SOMETHING. My cost was ~$50 and I loaded up my daughter and her two friends. Taking them to a movie would be way more. So yeah, for $50, we got our money worth. The wait is slow but come on! You're driving through a park at night with lights off and actors trying to scare you. I was certainly content with just hanging in A/C and not running anyone over. The scares, sure, for a grown man, I'm fine. This wasn't HHN or some huge budget attraction so yeah, masks and makeup aren't A+ but the actors, at least on our night, were ready to put on a show! The teens in the back, terrified! I laughed way too much having them go bananas. You think about it, HHN and other places that go off annually have tons of planning and preparation. Tree Tops said, "Let's do something fun, for this crazy time." And it was fun. I laughed so much! The girls screamed like mad. Actors, park employees, and more got PAID...something some people haven't had in months. Reason for not a full 5 stars was sure, needs a little more organization. Arriving there wasn't any police or anyone managing traffic. When we left, we did see a police car. Cool. I'd certainly manage ingress a little bit better. From the beginning to the end it was full of suspense. Characters were interactive and realistic. The intensive upgrade was worth the money. It included the characters opening our doors and shaking the car. At the end of our ride their bloody hand prints were all over the car. The drive was organized and well put together. They request you show at least half an hour before check in then state that you may not get in at the set time, fine, we understand that. However we showed up at 630 with 7pm tickets and they didn't even open the first trail until 830. It is currently 9:15pm and they have yet to open the second trail. The folks working the event state they "don't know they're waiting to be told to open" and that they are "still setting up the lights". This is absolutely ridiculous. We were one of the first few in and to be sitting two hours after "open" to wait for them to open the second trail is ridiculous. I can't even imagine how much more fuming the people that paid for the fast passes must be. read more

What a fun night! A little slow to start, but from what I understand, there was an issue with the fence company which caused the delay for organization & safety. As a business owner, I understand vendor timing is out of their control and certainly wouldn't bash an event on opening night for technical difficulties. The suspense was definitely worth the time and price! You can tell they put a lot into creating this tour of terror. The actors were so frighteningly realistic, it was like being IN a horror movie. We went opening night and had purchased the RIP (VIP) experience with touch and quicker lines. Like a lot of the negative reviews said, which are true, it was not good. Got there at 7:00pm and didn't get to experience the first trail until almost 8:30pm. The actors did their best trying to entertain the long lines. Lines were OUTRAGEOUSLY long, too. The trail seemed ok, a lot was just walking - no touch, no scares, no actors for quite a few portions of it. Then we get to the second trail and after waiting in line 30 more minutes, we left. Apparently an issue with the vendor and getting fences set up and actors for each trail. It's unfortunate but it happens. They were very kind and called and offered us a full refund. Maybe we'll try next year in hopes of a better experience. Kudos to the follow-up, some things are just out of our control. read more

This was a complete waste of money. We took the Tormented Trail at the recommendation of the staff, if this is the best of the 3 trails, the other 2 must be next to non-existence. As the other reviews indicated they were late to start. Seemed very disorganized; overheard the staff complaining that they "were supposed to have 5 employees in the ticket tent-there were 2 with about a 50 yd long line. Lines were crazy long - why so many people want to pay these outrages prices for what equates to a 10 min walk and very sparse and limited haunts occurrences is beyond me. Two reviews to give: Day Family Ride : one star Disappointed. Hardly anything to look at and actors not enthused. Hardly any people dressed up and there were not six different scenes. Also my kids saw the "Olaf" and other characters remove the top half of the costume which really ruins it for the kids. Could use more creativity during day. Night: three stars . Kids and I had fun. We LOVED the haunted drive and walk through the woods!!! The drive was suspenseful and just the right length of time. The woods was also great. Never have I experienced a haunted woods walk, so much cooler in nature. Great job done by all and well worth the cost. read more

Guys please be weary when buying tickets for the last walk that says 10:30. This place had so much potential but we were the last group and about 3 scares in we noticed all the actors walking behind us, we soon realized that they were all leaving right after we walked past them and a huge group of about 30/40 actors quickly bundled up behind us all chatting and completely ruining the experience and atmosphere for us. After that all the actors that laid ahead didn't even bother scaring us because we blended right in to all the exiting actors. I can't say how disappointed I am and angry that I wasted so much money on these tickets that weren't the cheapest. If youre still considering trying this place out I warn you stay away from getting the last times available or you'll regret it. Opening night was delayed but we had 9:30pm experience. Waited on line as years before the actors and story lines didn't disappoint went on all three trails. It pays to go late. It's unfortunate that I have to give this review but this company is unethical. We had tickets for 10/30. They cancelled due to rain and said to come back 10/31. It rained all night 10/31 too. I emailed to confirm a refund. They sent a reply stating no refunds. How can that be possible? I understand they can't control the weather but I am just supposed to eat $60. They weren't supposed to touch the vehicle, yet put their mouth and hands/bodies all over, tried to open the doors, pounding on car. That's scary? Waited 30 mins to be checked in, then sat in line, bumper to bumper while the "scary" actors were in jeans and masks/half masks (no mouth cover). Some had no costume at. There were no "scenes" or "theatrical storytelling." We had hoped the Woods Walk would make up for the drive, but NO ONE was wearing a mask and were very close together waiting for who knows how long. We skipped. read more
