The "6 and under" section is just a small area with small trampolines where the older kids can still run through. The capacity limits seem stretched - it was just very crowded and you couldn't really enjoy / savor an activity before another kid was either waiting or shoving through. Not really worth $20 - I can see how it may be more worthwhile if you had a membership, though. There's a dodgeball area, tug of war, jousting, run up/pit, trampoline area, the toddler area, some arena that wasn't being used and hanging ropes. May be better suited for older children, or just less children - definitely chaotic when we went. Could be better experience when more empty. You also need to purchase their grippy socks ($3/pair +tax). they're on the tighter side and really stick onto parts of the sidetracks (to the point the socks stay while your foot moves - not good for those with poor balance). Saving grace (extra star): all the people at the front desk were so nice and helpful. The arcade area had air hockey, racecar driving, motorcycle riding, jurassic park, a punching bag, and several claw machines. If I recall, each game was $1.50-$2/swipe for credit card. You can purchase an arcade card as well (may be cheaper). We played two rounds of Jurassic Park - sadly you pay by scene not life I was excited to see my budding video gamer kid have fun, though. They sell food and drinks - I didn't partake as we left at noon (90 minute jump) - there are tables as well for you to eat at. Bring a bag! They have lockers for $3.50 for 1 hour +$1/30 minutes, as well as cubbies that were completely full by 10:30. We went for the lockers to keep our stuff (shoes and jackets).

He still speaks of his birthday and I can't say enough amazing things about the experience! From start to finish, it was truly a one-stop shop. They handled everything from decorations, food, cake, and nonstop indoor play, which made the day completely stress-free for us and unforgettable for our little one. The space was clean, safe, and perfectly set up for toddlers to have a blast. The staff was incredibly friendly, organized, and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The food and cake were delicious, beautifully presented, and right on time. We also added the balloon animal add-on, and it was a HUGE hit, the kids were absolutely thrilled and it added such a fun, special touch to the party! If you're looking for an easy, fun, and perfectly coordinated birthday party experience, I highly recommend Xtreme Energy Englewood. They made our son feel so special, and we got to actually enjoy the celebration instead of stressing over logistics. Thank you for making his 3rd birthday so memorable!

Jennifer, who hosted the party, was beyond amazing. She was so warm, kind, hospitable, and genuinely made every guest feel special and welcomed. I honestly don't think I've ever seen birthday party staff this attentive and caring before. She went above and beyond and truly made the entire experience feel seamless and special. It honestly comes as no surprise because Xtreme Energy is already one of the best places for kids, but this experience completely exceeded expectations. Highly recommend for both play and parties!

We've been wanting to check out a trampoline park for a while now. I noticed a few within an hour…read moreor so from the Bronx. After doing some research, I decided on Bounce. We planned to get there as early as possible to avoind any crowds, since this was our first time. We arrived at 12 pm, right when it opened. The place was empty and we were greeted by some friendly and helpful employees. We filled out the appropriate waivers (can either be done on your mobile device or they have a computer set up near the counter as well)...the waivers are for adults and children. The 60-minute bounce passes are about $20 for children and $25 for adults. They are good in "rounding-up" the times...si if you arrive at 12:15, they will give you allow your time to expire at 1:30, giving you 15 extra minutes. You are also required to buy and wear socks (about $2.50 each), but they can be taken home and used again if you return. For my family of four, it was about $100. There is an arcade section in the front area which has some shooting games, air hockey and a bunch of other ticket-winning games where you can accumulate tickets and trade them in for prizes, similar to Dave & Busters. This area is generally small and was a nice bonus. All the machines in this area are card operated, which you can purchase at the front counter...essentially 4 tokens equal $1 and most games are 4-6 tokens per play. After you get your pass, you get to roam free. There are a few different bounce areas; open bounce, foam pit, volletball area, climbing area and a large free bounce area. What I really appreciated was that there were a few designated areas for the little ones (5 and under). For someone who hasn't bounced before...let me tell you...it was quite a workout. My legs are sore they day after. The only additional area you can purchase optionally, is the rock wall climb area...which I believe is about $5 per climb. There were drinks (soft drinks - $3) and snacks (cookies/chips - $2ish) for sale at the front counter. One gripe was that we could only find one bathroom there (family bathroom), and the condition was pretty bad...especially for the place only being open for under two hours. Another gripe was that a bunch of the arcade machines did NOT work as expected. We needed to have points on our game card reimbursed a few times. While we were there, from about 12-2pm on a Friday, the place never got really crowded. The workers, mostly teenagers/early twenty-somethings, were all very nice. They all seemed to have positive and cheerful attitude. I understand that it may not be easiest to deal with bouncing kids all day, so kudos to them. Overall we had a great time here, but I would likely check out the other places in the future for comparison.

What a DISASTER!…read more While this place could potentially be fun, the staff is absolutely clueless and the entire place is just so obnoxiously filthy. The staff is not trained, in anything, at all. They don't know how to properly ring you up (even though we had 3 people behind the registration desk when we came in - I still had to explain how to charge me; all 3 men were more interested in talking to each other than taking care of customers), they don't monitor the jumpers or enforce any safety procedures whatsoever. I could potentially let that slide if I really had to but the absolute filth we found at Get Air was just so unbelievable. First of all, we are still dealing with COVID. Even if we weren't, the entire place consists of high touch areas but nobody is cleaning anything. The website advertises "Our Commitment to Cleanliness" which is such a lie! They claim to clean multiple times throughout the day but let me tell you - a lie! The main floor, right as you walk in, full of dirt, paper and other things (sticky too!). I brought two small kids for jumping with me and I had to hold them the entire time because the floor was just so disgusting. You cannot possibly believe that people will take your word that you are cleaning this place multiple times throughout the day. The filth on the floor was at least a couple days old. The vending machines - dirty! I get it - kids touch the glass and all. I understand. But don't lie to customers you are cleaning and disinfecting and all, when you are so obviously not. Bathrooms - OMG where to I even start?!?! So sickening... and the changing mat for a child who is not potty trained yet?! Almost made me nauseous. I had to scrub that thing down with 1/3 of my box of wipes, put a blanket on it and all, just to make sure I could change my son. UNBELIEVABLE! The least Get Air could do is to get a new mat, since the one they have has never been changed; it's yellow and brown. Nobody cleans that - I guarantee it. I have kids, I know what dirt looks like and when things are not cleaned. Get Air is NOT A CLEAN PLACE by any means. It's a shame. I spent $60 today to look at the most disgusting place I've seen in years. And mind you - this is during COVID too. And the fact this place is supposed to be for kids, big and small, and the owners and management do nothing, absolutely nothing, to keep it clean for the sake of our kids, is just mind-blowing and so off-putting. I absolutely did not feel safe or comfortable at Get Air. They claim that the "jumpers' health and wellness are of the utmost importance" to them but that is a lie. PLEASE take your kids elsewhere, there are a lot of other, wonderful and CLEAN places in Stamford and Norwalk. A VERY disappointed mom

We arrived at 10:30, which I would recommend based on crowds. My 4 and 5 year old had a good time, though I'd say this spot is optimal for slightly older and above. There were just a handful of activities they really couldn't do. That being said, I saw a bunch of toddlers who were also having a blast. The namesake slide was closed all morning, which was a bummer, but I'm also not sure my kids would have actually done it. The trampolines, acrobatic swing bar, and multi-level play structure were their favorites. I agree that some people working here were more happy to be there. The waiver is long. Try to do it ahead of time.

Great experience at Air Riderz Adventure Park in Port Chester…read more Large covered parking lot shared with other stores and shops nearby. We used a Groupon and had no issues redeeming when visiting on a Friday morning. We were instructed to complete the waivers at the kiosks near the entrance. We did have to purchase the mandatory socks which was $18 for three (3) pairs. Before proceeding to the play areas, we put our things in the little cubes they have for storage...i.e. shoes, bags, etc. Keep in mind these are open cubes which anyone can access. I never felt unsafe in leaving our things there...but as always, there is a risk. It was not very crowded on a Friday morning at around 10:30am (they open at 10) so it was a pleasure navigating the space with minimal crowds. There are lots of areas to enjoy for both adults and children. The main area has trampolines as well as some interactive areas where you jump to tap buttons and two video screens where you mimic the movements on screen...both area great. There are a few obstacle courses: ninja, balance beam, and swing pit. The basketball area is also great with a cushioned surface, two hoops, and targets where you can throw balls at. There are two huge slides in the center which are fun. Finally, there a "rock climbing" area with a few different climbing options. You must have the "climb" option added to your pass in order to use it though. You will be belayed during the climb. Be mindful that the gripped socks provided do NOT offer the best grip while climbing in my opinion...climbing was much more difficult that I experience in traditional rock climbing places that provide rock climbing shoes...then again, maybe it is just me. There is a food area which sells some snacks: soft drinks, chips, candy. There are also a few tables nearby where you can eat. Overall we had a great time here...the space was very clean and well-maintained. All staff we encountered were very nice. Be sure to check ahead if visiting with toddlers as there are some restrictions on which areas they are able to visit.
