Expected a bit more activities inside. Avoid at all costs on a holiday where school's out if you have younger kids - the older ones just pummel them around and don't even care / apologize. The "6 and under" section is just a small area with small trampolines where the older kids can still run through. The capacity limits seem stretched - it was just very crowded and you couldn't really enjoy / savor an activity before another kid was either waiting or shoving through. Not really worth $20 - I can see how it may be more worthwhile if you had a membership, though. There's a dodgeball area, tug of war, jousting, run up/pit, trampoline area, the toddler area, some arena that wasn't being used and hanging ropes. May be better suited for older children, or just less children - definitely chaotic when we went. Could be better experience when more empty. You also need to purchase their grippy socks ($3/pair +tax). they're on the tighter side and really stick onto parts of the sidetracks (to the point the socks stay while your foot moves - not good for those with poor balance). Saving grace (extra star): all the people at the front desk were so nice and helpful. The arcade area had air hockey, racecar driving, motorcycle riding, jurassic park, a punching bag, and several claw machines. If I recall, each game was $1.50-$2/swipe for credit card. You can purchase an arcade card as well (may be cheaper). We played two rounds of Jurassic Park - sadly you pay by scene not life I was excited to see my budding video gamer kid have fun, though. They sell food and drinks - I didn't partake as we left at noon (90 minute jump) - there are tables as well for you to eat at. Bring a bag! They have lockers for $3.50 for 1 hour +$1/30 minutes, as well as cubbies that were completely full by 10:30. We went for the lockers to keep our stuff (shoes and jackets). read more

There's even a rock wall (small, but fun enough for the young ones). They make you buy socks with grips on the bottom so be sure you save them for your next trip back. The location is clean and the event hosts go above and beyond to keep the guests engaged. The main reason that they get three stars is due to the lack of a safety video, which is usually standard, albeit dull, but necessary. The other reason being that the location is smaller than it looks and some of the play areas were closed and opened at random without warning. The food is standardly mediocre as is expected for this type of establishment. Let's be real, no one comes here for the food. In all respects, it's for the best because you don't want to get full just to bounce and jump around for hours. The icee machine is great, except that they ran out of the cherry flavor which left mountain dew and warheads watermelon (think sour'n'sweet) as your only options. I brought my 14 month old son here with a few friends and their kids. My son wasn't too into it just yet. But we got there when it opened at 9am but the worker outside said the manager was running late. Who honestly looked 16 to be opening and running a place. The worker outside said he would give us coupons or half price (which didn't happen). There were a lot of people waiting and didn't get to open till 9:20am on a Saturday. No masks were required and only a certain age was allowed which was nice. A few times a few of the bigger kids got rowdy but nothing crazy. They monitor all jump areas. My almost 3 year old had the time of his life this Saturday. I have never seen him have that much fun, and he is pre-disposed to having fun. I think we wound up staying, accidentally, a few minutes late but we weren't rushed. The young people making sure the jumpers didn't hurt themselves or each other were super sweet and helpful. I had the pleasure of going to Rockin' Jump and it was AWESOME. This was definitely the best trampoline park I've ever been to and the most unique. Everything was completely modern and the staff couldn't be more helpful. There were definitely a lot of people at the park, but that is to be expected with a place that is a cool as this place is. Despite the large amount of people, it didn't take that long to get registered and there was plenty of space to jump around. I cannot say enough about Christian the store manager and our party host Oscar. We decided to have our daughters 6 th birthday there and I am so happy we did. The staff barely pays attention to what is going on. The only time safety rules are enforced is AFTER someone gets hurt. Oldest visible staff MIGHT be 20. All are distracted and busier socializing than actually monitoring safety. Standing next to the "foam zone" which is visually isolated from the rest of the rest of the jump zones. There have been 10 or so kids here for a solid 20 minutes and not 1 staff member has checked in. We are at a party. There is no event staff guiding the group. I have three children and am always looking for fun active activities for them. Rockin jump is the best addition to Westchester county in a long time. Everyone had fun including the adults. The location is pristine. I have visited twice and my daughter went to the tween night last Friday night. The kids never want to leave. The staff is friendly and fun, all the while maintaining control and safety standards (not an easy task). The snack bar even had some healthy options. What a disaster this place is. I had a Birthday party here for my son and the people were so disorganized. The party hosts are young and do not know how to host a party. You have to tell them everything down to how to cut a cake, and how to organize a game. Then the best is when I complained the young owner he did not seem to care.. Don't have a birthday party here! The place is a disorganized, chaotic mess. We had my 8-year-old's birthday party here this past weekend. The 2 party coordinators were pleasant, but they were really low energy and had no idea what they were doing. Starting right from the check in, no one seemed to know where we were supposed to go, where the coats and shoes were, what activity the kids were supposed to be doing, etc. Instead of escorting the kids, their system is to announce over the (very quiet) loudspeaker whenever guests from a certain party are supposed to move to another place (they have multiple parties going at once). It was loud and crazy and confusing for the kids, and stressful for the parents. The supervision was also extremely poor. Three of our guests got hurt in the dodgeball room and needed ice packs because the supervisors were allowing kids to walk right up to each other and throw balls directly into each other's faces. On the other hand, I was told it was "against the rules" for my toddler to bring a ball into a quiet corner of the 6-and-under room and they took it away from him. They would only let one kid at a time into the foam block pit (which is probably the largest space in the whole place) and let one kid stay in the pit indefinitely with a huge line of kids (some from birthday parties, some not) forming in the meantime. They had no particular plan about when we would have pizza or cake. When we decided to have cake, they called all the kids in before they had even cut it. They let the ice cream cake melt and handed out really sloppy pieces that were all different sizes (not a good thing when you're serving kids). Finally, right after ice cream cake, they took an order for flavored Icees (the first I'd heard that it was part of the package at all) and then somehow forgot to hand them out at the end of the party, 15 minutes later. A few of the kids still hanging around managed to get one. Oh, and they let some strange man from another birthday party wander into our party room and eat our leftovers! The kids had a lot of fun bouncing around, but if they want to host parties here, they need to change their whole system of operation. They need to have an organized flow to the parties, not hold so many at a time, and not have the public coming in during reserved parties. And provide some training to the staff! read more

Great Birthday! (with a few caveats). We had our 5 year old's birthday party - with 20 kids - at the Mt. Kisco Rock n' Jump on a recent Sunday morning. Overall it was a blast, for the kids and even the parents who chose to get involved. There was "real" pizza provided and the slushies that came with the party favors were also a nice touch. There were two assigned party staffers who were overall very helpful and attentive; they certainly worked hard however it was a little uneven. Management should probably have a completely separate person assigned just to party room "setup" so the two party helpers can stick with the "activities" part of party the entire time (I.e. corralling the kids, helping them out of the foam pits, keeping them engaged with games, races, etc.). As opposed to one of the two helpers having to constantly run back and forth between the "activities" and the "party room" to set up for water breaks, set the tables, prep the food, cut the pizza, cut the cake, etc... My biggest piece of advice is to strongly consider the earliest start time possible. We chose the 10:00 am/Sunday slot which turned out to be phenomenal as the park didn't open to the public (for open jump) until 11:00 am. Thus we basically had the whole place to ourselves for the first hour. This was crucial with such a big party. Seeing how packed the place gets shorty after opening one can easily see how parties starting later in the day can quickly devolve into chaos, especially for bigger parties or ones with younger kids. My biggest issue with the event (and the reason for the 4-stars) is that the booking process and general contact with the facility were both sub-par. For instance, the online "party package" information is not consistent with the brochures/advertisements provided in the facility [[[For example, online (and by way of the call center) it will tell you that for a 2-hour party you get 60-minutes of jump time with the balance of time in the party room (for pizza and dessert). However, the facility itself states you get 90-minutes of jump time with the balance in the party room - which is what we got]]]. If you call to book the party you get diverted to a call-center which has limited knowledge of what is actually being offered onsite. After a few phone calls getting nowhere I just drove to the facility and booked in person - which was a breeze. However, after that it was nearly impossible to get back in touch with the facility itself to ask questions or confirm information. Overall, while it was pricey to have the party here there was a good amount of value built-in and everyone (kids and adults) had a really fun and memorable time. read more

The attendants were clearly overwhelmed by the rush and could not coordinate any play activities. We saw at least two other parties at the same time! To make matters worse, we felt like we were rushed through the entire two hours, inclding the cake cutting. I strongly suggest the owners to fix the party experience. Although the idea of a huge trampoline filled with kids of all ages didn't exactly give every one at sound of mind I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the safety measures put in place. The kids must have special "slip proof" socks to enter the trampolines, any surface not a trampoline was padded to ensure a safe landing, and there where organized lines that restricted to many kids from being in one area at a time. Although this is what I was worried about this is not why I am giving this place a 3/5 it is because of the poor accommodations for parents. You have the choice of sitting on a dirty looking couch,plastic benches or old massage chairs that cost a dollar per 15 min. Beware of this place and trampoline parks in general. They are dangerous and not recommended by doctors or The American Academy of Pediatrics. My 9 year old son, who is an athlete, broke his ankle while attending a birthday party here. He was following the rules, but there was an older and bigger kid jumping near him, which made my son go higher and he landed badly on his ankle. The orthopedist told us that when more than 1 child is jumping on a trampoline, the floor of trampoline becomes taut and extremely hard- like concrete. There are warning signs painted in every corner of this place for a reason. If it could happen to my kid, it could happen to yours. I completely regret not researching these places and putting my child in harm's way. It's not worth the risk. read more
