Elevators and garage doors, and entry doors to building broken frequently. MANY lost and missing packages in package room. Original staff was wonderful. They made up for the fact the building was not 'finished". The management changed and so did ALL the staff. New staff very young, very inexperienced and frankly borderline rude. Customer service has just dropped. Can't recommend. I wish it was still managed like it had been, and staff was more understanding of what living in a construction site really means.

I've also commuted into the city once for work, and I can say, without a doubt, that the train ride along the Hudson watching the sunset beats any day I was stuck underground on the subway.

I have been living this this apartment for about 7 months and have encountered multiple issues…read more 2 weeks after moving in, multiple cars have parked in my reserved parking that costs about 90$ a month; I reached out to super Mauricio asking what the towing code and he said that the property manager Elizabeth Rosado would be able to provide it. After reaching out to Elizabeth, she said that she did not know it and Marucio should be able to provide. 7 months later, I still have people parking in my spot and no towing code - so basically I pay 90$ a month for a parking spot that isn't even guaranteed. Also, in the last 7 months the lobby has flooded more than 3 times; The lobby stinks of old water and honestly it's disgusting that this place is considered luxury. On top of the lobby flooding, in December, the whole second floor was flooded from a busted pipe. The super let the water running for almost 40 minutes before I called 911 since no one was doing anything to stop the water and damage to our property. What was even worse was that no one from management reached out to the affected apartments asking if we were ok nor did they fix any of the floors that had water damage. If you have pets and don't want to worry that they will drown from a flood, run far from this place. Lastly, they shut off the hot water at least once a month without notice or any updates. Right now we have no have hot water for 3 days and have had to shower by boiling water. So take it from me, if you want to pay 3200 a month for a "luxury" apartment that has no hot water and constantly floods, has boiler issues, and has management that doesn't care, come to the glasshouse.

She spent a great deal of time guiding us through a huge selection of carpets. She came to the house to take the measurements and outlined the specifics of installations (i.e. locating seams). She remained in touch with us while awaiting delivery from the production mill. Installation was perfect and included floor prep of the plywood subfloor left by the contractor. The number of seams was limited and are not at all visible. Installers cleaned up completely. We had visited 3 or 4 other local carpet and flooring establishments in Northern Westchester and Connecticut. Service, selection, and pricing were the best by far at Westchester House and Home.
