I have been living this this apartment for about 7 months and have encountered multiple issues…read more 2 weeks after moving in, multiple cars have parked in my reserved parking that costs about 90$ a month; I reached out to super Mauricio asking what the towing code and he said that the property manager Elizabeth Rosado would be able to provide it. After reaching out to Elizabeth, she said that she did not know it and Marucio should be able to provide. 7 months later, I still have people parking in my spot and no towing code - so basically I pay 90$ a month for a parking spot that isn't even guaranteed. Also, in the last 7 months the lobby has flooded more than 3 times; The lobby stinks of old water and honestly it's disgusting that this place is considered luxury. On top of the lobby flooding, in December, the whole second floor was flooded from a busted pipe. The super let the water running for almost 40 minutes before I called 911 since no one was doing anything to stop the water and damage to our property. What was even worse was that no one from management reached out to the affected apartments asking if we were ok nor did they fix any of the floors that had water damage. If you have pets and don't want to worry that they will drown from a flood, run far from this place. Lastly, they shut off the hot water at least once a month without notice or any updates. Right now we have no have hot water for 3 days and have had to shower by boiling water. So take it from me, if you want to pay 3200 a month for a "luxury" apartment that has no hot water and constantly floods, has boiler issues, and has management that doesn't care, come to the glasshouse.

Overall horrible experience. If I were to deal with them again I would speak with Isabella…read moredirectly. She is the only one that has been nice to me since day 1 regardless of the issue. Kelly is uneducated and rude. She is looking for problems talking to people that way. Good luck with that attitude. Also this apartment was falling apart since day 1. Maintenance did come to address the issues but they soon became problems over and over that we gave up trying. The concierge is never there to let your guests in. They put all their money into revamping the lobby/leasing office and put none of it into the apartments themselves. I am really disappointed. I have a sister with disabilities and ISABELLA was the only one that was considerate and understanding of our situation. The old management + new management however have consideration whatsoever and only want to do what makes them happy. I'm paying the same amount for this rent for an entire HOUSE. please get educated and professional staff if you're going to be charging those prices. We heard about rats burrowing in people air conditioning units and had to leave immediately. The only good part was the pool and the revamped downstairs area. they also have a horrible dog walker competition with a woman named jackie who cornered my disabled sister + dog in the elevator. do not let her near your children/animals as she does not listen when you tell her to get away. they need to take control of what is going on in their building instead of letting the tenants choose for themselves. again, isabella was amazing 10/10 5 stars for her she deserves a raise for the work ethic and attitude that she has. disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Krissie Hansmann and her sister Beth on a complex real…read moreestate transaction, and I cannot speak highly enough of their expertise, professionalism, and care. My family and I were looking for someone to guide us through selling my mother's house and finding her the perfect condominium in Jefferson Village (an active 55+ retirement community.) My mother's living situation was becoming dangerous. She was in a 5 BR house with too many stairs. She should have moved years ago, but the pandemic, and dad's terminal cancer, delayed her move multiple times. She reached an age where the thought of moving was overwhelming to the point it kept her awake at night. My brother and I needed the perfect realty team to assist with our mother's unique realty needs. I interviewed three realtors before deciding upon Jefferson Valley Realty. There was something about Krissie that stood out to me immediately. She is compassionate, energetic, and has a great sense of humor. She also uniquely understands the challenges of aging parents due to her own life experiences. We were originally going to use two real estate agents, but we were so impressed with Jefferson Valley Realty, we decided to use them for both sides of the transaction. It was the right choice. Krissie and Beth handled both sides of the transaction with ease, making the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. One thing that stood out to me was Krissie and Beth's expertise in the Jefferson Valley area. As locals themselves, they have an intimate knowledge of the community. Mom had to see numerous place before she made up her mind. Krissie and Beth were endlessly patient: "It's okay. Now you are narrowing down the process of what you want." Mom was so specific in her preferences, I never thought we would find such a place. But, somehow, Krissie and Beth pulled off a miracle, and mom ended up in her dream condo. There are unique challenges when moving seniors. My mother had a lot of emotions tied up in her house. Every room of the house held memories. Krissie and Beth were able to approach the situation with compassion and understanding. They patiently listened to all of mom's concerns and even befriended her little dog. They were a constant source of reassurance and encouragement. There were added degrees of difficulty in moving out of the old house since the basement and shed needed building permits. Krissie guided us through the process of getting the permits we needed so we could close the deal. We would have been lost without their guidance. The dynamic duo also picked up the slack when others involved in the transaction didn't show the same dedication to their craft. They did whatever was necessary to ensure the two deals went through and mom could move into her new condo. Being local, Krissie knows the right people in the community. Whenever I needed someone, (movers, electrician, plumber, window washer, furniture removal, etc.), Krissie knew the right people. This help was invaluable since I live on the other side of the country and didn't know who to call. Krissie and Beth became more than real estate agents to us. They became like family during this emotional time of getting mom resettled. I cannot recommend Krissie and Beth enough. If you are looking for someone to guide you through the complex world of real estate, Krissie, Beth and Jefferson Valley Realty are a dream team.

Their reason was, that he got a misdemeanor drug arrest on the premises over 3 years ago. He went to rehab, and did everything they asked of him, yet, on February 14th of this year, they evicted him....two weeks after he had major kidney surgery. If that wasn't bad enough, he was homeless this whole time, finally found a place with an opening for handicap access and has to pay over $900 to replace the carpets that were 15 yrs. old and an extra coat of paint because the walls hadn't been painted in over 8 years. Now he is right back to being homeless because no he doesn't have money to pay rent for the new place. He had the signatures of all of his neighbors on a petition, to try to keep there, but they still threw him out in the cold along with his belongings. If you have someone you love thinking about getting a place to live, I suggest a place that is not run by Related Management Company. They do not fix things as they say they will. Maintenance put in a work order over 2 years ago for wood laminate floors to replace the old carpet, but they waited to replace it so they could charge him when they evicted him. Good job! Show people you're all humanitarians at Walnut Hills....said no one ever.
