This is a not-so-busy trampoline park on the southside. It is fairly clean and sign-up/ registration is fast and easy, especially if you sign the waiver online first. Some of the landing pads seem a little flat so I think those should be replaced soon. read more

This is a trampoline action park that has a huge private parking lot and is very spacious. You have to complete a waiver to use the park, which I recommend completing at home before you get there to save time. You have the option of purchasing different time packages. I wen with the hour, which they round up to the next quarter hour at the time of your purchase. You have to either purchase a pair of their socks or bring your own. I do not believe you can use socks from other businesses, but I am not 100% sure. I would defienltyl plan my trip better and look for deals my next viist. They have lockers available for rent or you can just throw your stuff in one of their cubbies. I went the cubby route because no one was going to steal my little's coat or shoes. You will find a few video games here that you can play for a free. There is also a snack bar there with a decent sized dining area. They have pizza, hot dogs, chicken tenders, fries, candy, bottled/fountain drinks and slushies. The dining area has a couple of televisions on the wall. The food prices are not too outrageous, but I would still recomend planning your trip with a lunch stop afterwards. Not sure about eating a lot before your visit though. It could possibly get messy, if you know what I mean. The facility has a few party rooms where you can host your next birthday party. They are decent and its a nice set up with reasonable prices. The trampoline floor is huge. They have a little tikes area up front with inflatable obstacle course for smaller kids. There is also an area where you jump from a trampoline to an air inflated bag, trampoline dodgeball, trampoline basketball, freestyle trampolines, a ninja warrior course, warped walls, and a huge inflatable area in the back with joisting, slides, warped walls, and a maze. You will find a few benches in between areas to sit on and there is bar seating that overlooks the entire trampoline floor that parents can sit at and watch their littles play. The place was very clean and organized. The staff there did their jobs. They were not rude, but also not engaging or overly friendly. They were more of the younger crowd and were very quiet for the most part. This is not my favorite Skyzone in the area, but it is still pretty good. My littles had a good time here. And I will say that the time went by pretty fast. This is a fun spot to bring teh littles, especially during the cold weather months. read more

I have a 2 year old daughter, our first time at this location we came for a birthday party for a friend of hers. I paid for her jump band and explained I wanted to be her helper as listed as an option for free online. They gave us each the same band and I had no issues - a fun time! We came again, same scenario - I paid for her ticket, explained I wanted to be her helper. They gave me an "observer" band. I attempted to go on the inflatables in the back to help her, and they told me I wasn't allowed to be on them with the "observer" band. I explained that I had to help her, and that the last time I attended they let me do so. The employee told me I had to get a different band to be on the equipment. I went up front, explained, and they gave me the same band she had with no further issues. Today, I went to allow her time to play and they attempted to give me the "observer" band again. I explained the previous experience, but was told I wasn't allowed to receive the same band that would allow me to help her on all the equipment without purchasing another full adult priced ticket. I said if that was the case, we would leave. The employee called her manager up front to issue a refund. I explained the situation and she continued to issue my refund and told me that they had a toddler zone and that I could observe only. No adult should have to pay to assist their child under 5, especially when it is advertised online as an option. I will not be going back, the inconsistency and inconsideration is both unprofessional and unappreciated. read more

The jumping was fun but I have to say the food was ridiculously expensive, me and my friend bought what we thought was a medium pizza for 12.99 but in fact it was very small and couldn't even feed 4 people without still being hungry, but overall everything was fun. read more

Every time we have come to this location it's been pleasant, it's usually earlier in the day. Sky zone has areas for older and younger kids which is perfect for a lot of families. It's pretty big so there are definitely activities to last a couple hours or so. read more

What does any woman turning 28 do for her birthday celebration? Go to Sky Zone for trampoline dodgeball, of course! With our matching orange jump socks, my friends (ages 21-30) played a few rounds of dodgeball, tackled the obstacle course, dunked some basketballs, and tried our hand at jousting. It was an absolute BLAST and quite the workout! One hour of jump time was plenty for us! We may have been the only adults really participating, but we didn't care! Some of those kids are SAVAGE in the dodgeball area, though. Fair warning! An eight year old may make it personal and come at you with fire in his eyes. Don't let them intimidate you! ;) The employees were mostly teens and for the most part were really nice, chill people. We weren't booted out right at our end of jump time, and I'm not sure if that was down to who was working or if it's normal practice. But regardless - I'm looking forward to heading back to this particular Sky Zone location soon. My friend saw mention of workout classes, and that may be our next adventure with Sky Zone. read more

I have had a few birthday parties here. Usually a hit... this year had one for my 8yr old son, his first where he was able to invite friends from school. The party staff was great and helpful. Floor staff... not so much. They have a new section which looked to be a lot of fun however no one paying attention to make sure people were safe. Photo below. My kiddos love Sky Zone. For like 18 bucks they get a full hour of jumping and socks. When you go in you have to sign a waiver which takes maybe three minutes and then you're good for a year I think. Inside the building there are numerous trampolines, dodgeball, jousting, basketball, and an obstacle course. On Saturdays they have a glow jumping which is really cool. The kids can run amok and wear themselves out wall parents chill in the concession area or you can be out on the floor with them. If you want to jump you can do that too. This location states that children with disabilities are welcomed to attend with their chaperone. My child has ASD and was FULLY DISCRIMINATED against by Steven and the crew on July 6th. Steven also refused to give me corporates number and that's fine. I can look that up myself. I will be reporting this to corporate and will notify Shawn Hassel about this matter. This is a classic case that the ADA will hear about. Because the brand is falsely advertising that they love having children with disabilities attend their facilities. When they would rather tell their staff to remove them from the facility and give them their refund instead. I will be making a formal complaint and hopefully this will change the dynamic at this particular facility. Every child deserves to enjoy their time at Sky Zone and their staff should be accommodating to their specific needs. read more

The fact that it smelled of feee and shoes as soon as I hit the door, understandably it's a trampoline park nonetheless they never sanitized nor disinfected nothing the entire 3 hrs I was there.. maybe they should spend at least 2-4 hours a day cleaning and disinfecting cause it went from one group to the next with no break to sanitize. And my allergies are still going crazy from that smell. So I certainly hope whomever is the owner manager or Person in Charge considers ppl safety and not just the money!! I said a prayer as soon as I got inside of the door cause it was the most unsanitary and irritating smell. Just know that cleaning disinfecting and sanitizing will help eliminate that smell. We stopped into Skyzone on a week night. I has 2 teen and a preteen jumper. I waited in the car (approved by staff) while my boys jumped. I was shocked when I went in to get them to see that no one else jumping had a mask on and there were quite a few kids inside. My mother in law (who is disabled and not there to jump just watch us) recently has knee replacement and has back pain was rudely and promptly kicked out the padded chairs for taking a moment to just sit. The chair she was in was not making an alarm sound either. I witnessed many children and adults pit stop and rest in the chairs though and there were no issues with that. My 3 year old was also then rudely and promptly told to get on her own trampoline WHILE SHE WAS LITERALLY MAKING HER WAY OVER TO IT! Sorry her legs are so small and ah, she is slow. SHE IS 3! The staff is rude and unfriendly but my Lord, good luck with good 'ol Brandy the manager! She is worse than them! I asked to talked to her and I was not nasty or mean just curious and upset at how we were being treated. She couldn't care less! She just repeated these over and over - sorry, BUT... I would have given another star if they had a place for parents with babies to sit and watch. I had my 11 month old and had to carry him around the whole time while my other two kids jumped. Large-sized indoor trampoline park right off of I65 south. We were driving through and made a stop here for Sky zone & dinner. Was a great deal via Groupon for 2 kids for an hour. A hour was just enough time for my kids, they were pretty exhausted after that. Parents must sign waivers online for the kids, it's a pretty easy process from your smart phone or they have screens available to use. Check-in was super easy, the special grip socks that are required are $2. Not just for kids, but adults can jump as well (trampolines hold up to 300 lbs.). My son and several of his friends went to the over night lock in at this location on Friday night.... they had the staff hold their locker keys... when they went back to get their things all their money had been stolen as well as an apple charger.... your staff members where the only ones with keys... this is disappointing! My kids have been going to sky zone for a very long time now and I'm sad to say I will never let them go back!!! When we spoke to team members about the situation they were very nonchalant about the situation!!! These were young children ranging in age from 12 to 15... in all 160 dollars and charger were stolen from them in several different lockers and only a worker had access to the key!!! A lot of kids and it was expensive, but a lot of fun! I'm only 24, but yes, I guesssss I'm an "adult" but I still like to bounce around and jump; my back is still killing me though. The facility seemed clean, safe-ish, plenty of staff supervising and stopping stupid people from endangering others, and the bottled drinks at the snack bar aren't super outrageous ($2). The lockers stole my quarter, and there's no where to store the key safely. Would be a 4-stars if it wasn't so expensive and if they were more flexible on the time. I was merely a spectator; not a participant for this visit. I was attending a birthday party. This place was a good size (I've never been to another location so I can't compare). It was clean, and all the kid jumpers in the party had fun. There is a snack bar and a photo booth, and maybe some arcade games?? The only annoying thing is that if you are there for a party, the party room is not open while your people are jumping, so you have to kill around the front door area waiting, and you cannot bring in outside beverages past a certain point. Now I get not to the jumping area, that makes sense. But for example, I had to finish my coffee before the party. Idk. I guess they have reasons for their rules. Overall, good times. read more

Nice place for kids to visit. Clean for the most part. However, my issue is with the "fuel zone" aka snack bar. I placed an order for chicken tenders and fries. The cashier had told me that it would be a few minutes however after waiting approximately 13 minutes for my food I went to check on my order. The same cashier told me that it would be a few more minutes because he had to run my fries back through the machine.... So as he goes to the back and he's still in eye sight I heard one of his co-workers make the statement "don't use that it fell on the ground" referencing a oven mitten. That I saw him using. Instead of using the plastic bag which serves as a glove. So when I saw what was going on I told them that I didn't want the fries. When I explained why based off what I saw.
