The place is fun for the kids but is terrible for the non jumping adults. It's not the place but the other people waiting on their kids. Every single table is packed with junk and or super dirty. People put their purses, SHOES (yea, shoes on the tables, great), drinks, etc on the tables and then go jump or follow the kids around. This ties up tables where nobody can sit. I wish people were a little more considerate. It's also incredibly noisy, glad I brought noise canceling headphones. Also tons of very young kids wandering around getting in the jumper's way. HELLO PARENTS!!! Where are you. Staff does nothing about young kids sitting in the middle of jumps or ninja course blocking everybody. 4 stars for my kid, O for me. The kids talk about Sami all the time, so we had to get a membership to see her more. Yes, the place is cool and clean (mostly), and fun. This is our third visit to Sky Zone, which is a franchise. They have some really cool trampoline activities that no other trampoline parks have such as the warrior course and balance beam combat. along with the standard dodgeball and foam pit, there is plenty to keep kids occupied. It is expensive. 90 minutes of jump time today was $19 per child. In my experience, customer service is atrocious. Cashiers are untrained, can't explain pricing or receipts. They are baffled and unable to answer questions so they just ignore the issue. And clearly the cashiers do not bring issues up to management that are raised at their level by customers. This is the third time that I have complained about the size of the available socks. This time I did ask to speak to a manager. Sky Zone requires you to use their jump socks. The largest sock that they have is a man's extra large, which fits up to size 12. My son who hasn't yet turned age 14, is wearing a size 13 wide shoe and cannot pull their socks on over his feet. On our first and second visit, I raised the issue of sock size with the cashiers. On our first visit we were required to surrender our well-fitting jump socks (which we had purchased from another trampoline park), in order to get the Sky Zone socks without an up charge. But they don't offer socks that are large enough. Management now claims they will look into buying larger socks. I've been raising this issue since they opened in July. I don't have high hopes that it will be resolved, so just don't bring your large teens here. General manager claims he has never heard of this problem before, so perhaps I am the only parent of a giant teen or the only one who complained?? If management really wanted to make this right, they could have offered to reimburse the money I paid for those two pair of well-fitting socks I surrendered. All they did was donate or destroy them. No such offer. If they really wanted me to bring my large teen back, they could tell me they would offer 90 minutes of free jump time when the larger socks come in. No such offer. Instead, i was told by the GM that I was too upset and he wouldn't deal with me right now. Frankly, this is a minor issue, he should see me when I am really upset about something! I just think it's important that management receive this kind of feedback, and understand that it is limiting their business because they are discriminating against large teenagers. Some people just aren't accustomed to receiving feedback. There were no offers to contact me to discuss it later either, so the initial apology was insincere and ineffective. read more

This place is the worst! I paid 80 dollars plus another 30 for socks. I went to sky zone today with my three girls who all had socks from the previous experience and my youngest daughter had to get off and wasn't allowed on due to the advertisement of another jump park. After telling the staff they became very snarky and rude. So I asked for a refund because we paid 80 dollars for an hour and a half of jumping since we were only there for 30 min and they refused and started being rude. I have also been on the fence about this place because they have nails sticking up out of the ground and glass all over a lot and my oldest daughter had a fracture in her foot due to an exposed nail. The new Sky Zone at Greenway / Tatum is a really nice facility that need to work out some of its growing pains before I return. The facility is great. It has lots of different elements for the kids to play on, from an Ninja Warrior style obstacle course to a climbing wall to traditional trampolines. It's new, clean and well designed. My only problem is with the employees and their enforcement of rules that lack any basis in common sense. Here are two examples from my visit with my 5-year-old son. They have a beam with padded jousting sticks. My son wanted to try. He jumped on with an older kid (8-9) and promptly got throttled twice. The second blow to the head was enough for him and he did want to go back on. After the bigger kids left I talked him into trying it again with me. I was kneeling on the side. To help him get his confidence back I was basically tapping him so he wouldn't fall off. I was immediately contacted by an employee who told me I couldn't do that because we were of different ages. This was the same employee that watched my son get whacked twice five minutes before. I explained the rationality of my actions and ensured I was not going to do anything to injure my only off-spring. Nope, rules are rules. Thank you very much 16-year-old employee, who I'm sure was only trying to do what her boss told her. Forward 10 minutes later with another employee. They have a balance ladder. Again, my 5-year-old had problems starting on it and banged up his shin. I talked him into trying it again and told him I would hold it so he could start. Again, that's a no-no and I was quickly yelled at my another teenage employee. I tried having a common sense discussion about why I was doing what I was doing. No-go Ghostrider. Themz ain't the rules. I would say in the 45 minutes were where there, my son and I were corrected, told to stop something we were doing or in some way contacted by an employee 15-20 times. My son finally said, "they aren't very nice," which was followed by, "I don't want to be yelled at anymore." ("yelling" as seen through the eyes of someone that is five mind you). But, I kind of felt the same way so we left 15 minutes early. So, I like the place but I'll wait to return until the level of anal retention dwindles. If it does not during my second visit, we will use one of the alternative trampoline places. read more

Assuming a manger might read this I'm offering some advice. 1. I understand tech changes but we have been here many times, most recent 2 months ago and upon arrival today we had to fill out another new intake. Frustration here is not having to fill another intake form - it's the fact I waited in line for 15 min to find out I needed a new one. Suggestion-Have someone at the door or the start of the checkin queue with a tablet confirming the need for a new form. 2. Adamantly request that the franchisor offers way better onboarding and training for your staff. My experience today was a D at best. Disappointment is an understatement. I took my one in half year old and nine year old for a jump. The "toddler zone" is a complete joke, the employees don't monitor that zone what so ever. It was completely ransacked by older kids, shoving, kicking and scratching ( to the point of bleeding) the toddlers. After my daughter was shoved the first time, I kindly asked the kids to not push her, and explained this was the area where toddlers can play. I in return was scratched by another kid, who I would assume was 7. When I tried finding a employee to talk too, they said I needed to speak to a manger, and none were there. It was a waste of $60. Also to add, it was filthy in there. Over half of the games didn't work but you could still swipe your card and get the credits taken away. (Another waste of $20). The manager Victoria was one of the rudest, condensing people with an absolute abuse of power that she couldn't wait to use. She had no sense of urgency with 20 + people in line. She rudely stated her sky zone sock policy when they had the exact same socks in another color but weren't allowed to use. There's always a way to present information but being stone faced and sassy wasn't the way. Because I said that's ridiculous she became combative, she brought new socks over and I said they were too small as I stated right back to her. She then had the audacity to say we were the rude ones because we were sick of her attitude and let her know?? She then told us she wouldn't allow us to jump with all 3 kids there. When we said how unfair that was and we started voice recording she changed her tone very quick which spoke volumes. Well what really irked me is the BS "sock policy". Let's call it what it is, a blatant money grab. We have a membership, not realizing that we needed special, special socks we came with trampoline socks from... (hide the little ones), a different trampoline park. As they did not say "sky zone" they were deemed inappropriate upon check in and we were forced to buy another 5$ pair. Hope that $5 was worth a crappy review, cuz it set the tone for the day. Everything is sticky, employees talking to each other or staring off into space. Saw no one cleaning which should be a ritual here. No one really watching the kids or directing from what I saw. Fun! Exciting! Creative! Some of the things that come to mind when I think about this place. This is very family friendly place, with a lot of fun activities. My kids loved the open bounce trampolines, obstacle course, and of course dodgeball! I was highly impressed with the smooth operation of activities and the staff that keep an eye on my little ones, making sure everyone gets a turn and no one gets hurt. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming that you feel apart of a family. They do have a good court where you can wait/watch your kids from. They have pizza, hot dogs, pretzels and more.. all of which are reasonably priced I'd say. I would highly recommend a family day or night out at this place. I got a membership for my four kids this past summer and they absolutely loved it! My kids range in age from 6-14 and there is something for each of them! The staff are very friendly and got to where they knew my kids by name. There's a ton of seating, although (no surprise) it can get really busy. Came here today for my daughter friends Birthday Party. We were so excited and have been wanting to try this place it's so close to our house and would make the perfect Place to go during the week for some fun. I'll start with the cons first we checked in and needed to fill out the waiver for some reason it didn't take my online one. So it took me about 5-8 min to fill out the electronic waiver there and again it did not print out my ticket to give to the girl at front desk so I had to do it again for a 3rd time super annoying. We never got a sticker which it being out first time there I didn't know until I looked around and everyone jumping is required to have one so I had to go back to desk and another lady had to print one out. Just seemed very unorganized. The employees who are supposed to be watching children on the trampoline sections where no help at all a group of rowdy older boys plowed into my daughter and knocked her over so before this Mamma Bear came out I told the lady she needed to tell the boys to not be running and jumping into other lanes which she did problem solved. Later in the party section they completely forgot to bring out an entire pizza for guest !!! They told my friend it would be another 15-20 min and she said that's fine. Luckily it came out in about 5. Now for the good I like the concept & that it gets the kids out & they get to burn off some energy , The place had a lot of fun obstacle courses heck I want to go back and jump with some friends for a Moms night out, the food was decent. My kid had a great time and that's what matters just wish the employees where more worried about safety. The price seems a bit step $15 for an hr X multiple kids plus $3 each per socks can add up fast $$$. All in all I will have to go back again and give it a second chance maybe I'll go with my younger child for toddler time when it's not so crazy & will have to give an update. I am posting to let others know about my experience here. I have really gone back and forth about whether or not I should post this, but have decided to post. Hopefully management will see this and consider my experience when determining what is and isn't working. My receipt was printed at 3:41. Our jump time stickers were printed to say 3:30-4:30. Between specialty socks and that 49 minutes of jump time we just purchased, we spent $55 for three people. Next, we went into the photo booth, and put more money than we needed into the booth, because it was unclear how much the photos would cost. The machine did not dispense any change when we were done. I asked an employee where I could get the change and showed them the $2 credit we had left on the machine. They directed me to call the photo booth company. Whatever, I'm not going to get that caught up on $2 when we only have 30 minutes worth of jump time left. The lockers were $2 per time you open/ close them. Okay. Whatever. Time to jump. We went over to the area with a lot of single trampolines to have some fun. Just kidding! I'm not allowed to jump in the same area as the kids because apparently that is more unsafe than leaving my toddlers to hang out and jump by themselves in a separate area? I'm also not allowed on the same trampoline as them anywhere in the entire facility. The kids aren't allowed to bounce off of their butts. No goofiness allowed at all under any circumstance. We were informed of the rules a LOT, and I didn't feel like we were being that crazy. This dampened my mood a lot. I signed a waiver. Just let me have some fun. It looked like every employee was on the verge of a panic attack because they were enforcing so many rules. That's not a good environment. We did have actual fun on the rock wall for about 5 minutes. That was freaking awesome. I think it's important to include this because the facility itself is AMAZING. If I ever hear that it's under new management, I'll be back in a heartbeat. Next, we spent $15 on a few slices of cold pizza, and my toddler told me he urgently needed to use the bathroom. We went into the women's restroom to find that literally every single stall had an explosion of feces all over. I went to go tell the staff to clean their restroom, and was then informed that the restroom was closed because the plumbing had broken a few hours ago. There was no sign on the restroom door informing me that it was out of order, and I was under the impression that the facility would have working restrooms to go along with the $80 we just spent on one single hour of entertainment. The employee recommended that we go to the dollar store to use their restroom. We didn't come back after that, and I don't think I plan to come back. I'll drive the extra distance for other activities. read more

First time at sky zone and it was fantastic. Had my daughters fifth birthday there and they offer a five and younger option for the first two hours. That way your little ones can play without possibly getting tan over by older kids. The staff was amazing and our party assistant was extremely kind and helpful. We really like this new trampoline park and it's different than the other ones we go to in the area. Think "ninja warrior meets Parkour" in the activities. It's more "obstacle course" focused with space to also bounce and do dodge ball - so the variety is impressive. It also has a rockwall that the kids can just jump off into a foam pit and a basketball section. The staff were really friendly and helpful - and played with my kids and showed them how to do stuff, which was really great. It was heavily staffed, so I felt like the supervision and oversight were awesome and reassuring. They have a small cafe and tons of sitting area for parents on a catwalk or down in the area between the door & the play area. They don't have the long "running track" style trampolines or any bounce houses - although there is a toddler area with a foam pit for smaller kids - but it's pretty small. My only complaint is that it's a little pricey (both for bounce time and for cafe). But overall, it's fun. read more

We had our child's birthday party here. They advertise it as costing $475 for 11 kids for 90 mins of jump time, and 60 mins of a party room with a host who sets things up, and serves cake that the parent brings. The party includes 3 pizzas and 3 drink pitchers. Anything else costs extra, and they will try to get upgrades. We arrived to long lines to check in. The noise level is 10/10. I go to pay my party balance when I check in, and they ask if I want to tip 10, 20 or 30 percent on my balance. Huh?? I was not expecting this. I ask to wait until our party is done. Jump time is fun, but a free for all. The party kids do not stay together, everyone is everywhere. There weren't places for the grandparents to sit down. After 60 mins of jump time, we get into our party room. I notice our party stuff is missing. I brought a bag that had multiple items- a table cloth, plates, cups. We are also missing helium balloons we brought in. I track someone down, and we start to look for our belongings. After 15 minutes, only the balloons turned up. We never got our other stuff back. There was not much of an apology. The pizza was bad, but we didn't expect food pizza at a kids party. Our host was nice, but not at all engaging. We felt rushed out of our party room. When we were leaving the park at the end of our party, I had someone come up again and ask "so, are you going to tip on your party?" There was a lot of pressure (my perception), and it made me uncomfortable. Speaking honestly, we had a sub par customer service experience, and the venue lost stuff. I don't want to stiff a 16 year old party host who is expecting a tip. I really didn't appreciate what felt like pressure about tipping, especially in light of the mishaps made by the venue. Tipping is customary, but should also be at the discretion of the person tipping. We've had parties hosted at other similar venues, and I've never been hustled for tips like this, nor had our stuff lost and never found. read more

I took a foster child to have pizza since he told me that the pizza was very good. He was right, the pizza was delicious! The place was very busy but there is lots of room, including seating for non-jumpers, and the kids who jumped seemed to be really enjoying themselves. Although I did not jump myself (being 70 years old!), I got the impression that the activity areas are well-designed from a safety standpoint with posted rules to avoid risks.
