First off Merry welcomed us with the biggest smile & burst of genuine enthusiasm! It was my first time. In the past we'd given a package of visits to our grandkids, this year we gave them an annual pass because they love it so much. Erick was awesome attentive and keenly connected with the kids. Both of these young employees have been there over 2 yrs and love what they do. What an atmosphere of fun, adventure, challenge, socializing and clean!!! This place is very clean & and equipment is kept up to be safe. The party rooms are ideal for celebrating. I was impressed by how the various ages of 5-6 yrs young to teens integrated playing basketball and dodgeball without overwhelming the smaller ones. This is a special place. Merial the manager has her eyes on all and knows when she to blow the whistle before it's too late. Her positiveness encourages the other employees to be at their best.

I am not sure why this place has so many negative reviews. We have some grandkids in town and one of them is four years old and she was not old enough to go along on the horseback ride adventure, so we decided to take her to the morning session of little leapers yesterday. We were able to fill out the paperwork online before hand and we checked in right at 9 AM and we pretty much had the place to ourselves so the first 20 to 30 minutes. There is a daycamp happening, but those kids moved to classrooms once the 9 o'clock session started, so it was absolutely amazing to be able to jump freely on the trampolines with her. The bathrooms were very clean, contrary, to some of the other reports, it seems they may have improved in this area. The staff was super friendly and walking around, making sure everyone was safe. I would say by the time we reached 11 o'clock, they were maybe 15 or so kids in Total, so it was very quiet, not crowded at all, and my granddaughter enjoyed every single minute of her two hour jumping session. we paid $15 for her plus there were three adults and we purchased three pairs of socks and we just took turns staying by her side as she moved to the different areas.

We booked a VIP Mega party package for my son. On the website (see picture) it shows that you get goodie bags... One of the main reasons I booked this particular package.... More on this later... You book, you get a confirmation email... Then nothing until the week of, then a phone call confirmation. Upon arrival it's pretty chaotic and not much information is given on how it works. They did take all of our supplies and put them in the back/fridge. Our room wasn't set up until later, no big deal, I was able to help but had to keep asking for all of our stuff... So apparently it isn't labeled or put on a cart so that everything is brought out? They do a nice birthday shout out and then you move to the room. The food is good, it is nice that we don't have to clean up, but I was disappointed that I had to keep asking for all of the items we brought... They didn't know which water case was ours... Etc. Now... Back to the goodie bags.. they are NOT included despite what the website says. I found this out AT the party, once IN the room. Im glad I had bought a few items to add to the goodie bag. I was told that there is an option to add them on later... There isn't... But regardless, why advertise it if it doesn't come with the package? I did give 3 stars as the food is good, the host was kind, and the kids enjoyed the park... But they do need improvements in a few areas for events to run seamlessly... Something I feel they should have down as I was told they have up to 20 parties a day! 1) put all party items brought in by parents in a specific area/label them to ensure all get taken to room when it is time 2) give parents a run down of what to expect/how it works 3) you ask us to come in 30 min early - be ready for that to happen. 4) make party package descriptions show what is really included... Don't say you get something when you have removed it. 5) it would be nice if they gave parents a cart to store goodie bags/gifts/other party items brought in until the end of jump time. - the mega VIP has 30 min after room time. We had to lug all of our items out to the main area and just keep it all on counter area and have someone sit with it.

Sky Zone is a fun spot for kids, and the membership usually pays for itself, which makes it worthwhile. My boys really enjoy coming here. However, as a parent, it can be a bit overwhelming -- the noise level is incredibly loud, and the chairs and tables are far from comfortable. Also, be mindful of other wild jumpers; when kids are bouncing together on the trampolines, it's not always the safest situation. It's a decent place for active fun, but there are definitely some drawbacks to consider.

Menu Board

Ripped off at the concession stand. My daughter purchased a bag of candy and was charged $8 for it. I complained and was told that "we haven't updated the menu board." The most expensive "Premium Candy" on the menu board is $4.49. They could have cared less. I complained to the corporate contact on the website, with no response. Now it is time to go to the Weights and Measures Department. How many other children have they ripped off?

My kids like it but there's only two or three things that they like in the whole place. They could have a better variety.

When the time came to cancel, I called and was suddenly told I had to download a form, fill it out, and email it back. Fine -- I did it. Then on the day of the billing cycle I was charged for September. I emailed and left a voicemail. Four hours later I got a reply saying my membership would continue through the end of September... with zero mention of a refund. I called again and was told only the manager could process a refund, and that she would call me back at 2. I specifically said I did not want to wait around all day for a callback. I was told that was the only way. No call ever came. I had to call back myself. The manager (Riley) then asked for my full card number over the phone to issue the refund. Extremely inconvenient. Later I checked and the refund was only half the membership amount. When I called again, she said she "wasn't sure of the amount so she just returned whatever she decided." We had been on the phone together -- she could have simply asked. I had to give my card details a second time and go through the whole process again for the remaining balance. I am blown away by how this business is run. On top of the cancellation nightmare, regular visits have shown ongoing issues with underage employees and the AC frequently not working. Would not recommend.

We filled out our waivers online and showed up at UP Town Jungle and immediately told her we had Groupon passes and that's when the attitude started. I showed her our signed waivers or I should say Attempted to show her our signed waivers and she said, "Oh, that may be but it doesn't matter because you're not in our system. " Then some little teenager pipes in with her little attitude and says, " Are you sure you didn't send it to another location??" We eventually got in after filling out and signing additional waivers online. To make matters worse, the only reason we went last night was to bring our 2 year old granddaughter there so she could play and tire herself out because she has to go to Phoenix Children's Hospital for a procedure and we were hoping if she was more tired it would make the night and the procedure less scary for her and our adult son ( her Dad). It took everything in me to not say something because that would just add to an already hard night for our family. I am still incredibly disappointed in Up Town Jungle and specifically Heather and the little teenager working with her last night. 1/8/2026

I was able to come in the day that I bought the Groupon and it was for three hours! It was so much fun! The trampolines were so cool and they had a basketball hoop! The Rockwall was pretty awesome, but I didn't do it this time. The slides were super cool. Everything was honestly awesome. The massage chairs at the end were an amazing touch!

By far the worst experience. I brought my 4-year-old daughter to Rush Fun Park on August 28, 2026,…read morefor her birthday. We purchased three tickets through Groupon for three hours of playtime, but we did not stay for more than 45 minutes. During our visit, there were several teenagers, approximately 13-16 years old, behaving overly aggressively. Slides were pulled out from underneath my 4-year-old daughter, and my husband, my daughter, and I were shoved multiple times. There was also loud, explicit conversation about their genitals, along with repeated use of the F-word and other inappropriate language around my young child. I'm not unreasonable either, I understand this is a kids place for kids to have fun and be crazy but what we experienced was far past normal kid behavior. Structures were broken, multiple families were uncomfortable and questioning where the parents to these children were. While I was at the front desk speaking with Bradley about what was happening and requesting a refund, I witnessed a child being thrown through a structure. That incident further demonstrated the concerns I was trying to explain. Bradley verbally told me that I would be receiving a refund. I then contacted Groupon, and I was told that Rush Fun Park's management had stated that the claims were not substantiated. I specifically asked Rush Fun Park to review the security footage because the incidents I described are visible on camera as an employee told me all cameras are recording and one camera points directly in that direction. Instead of reviewing the footage with me or providing an explanation, I have felt repeatedly ignored and have had difficulty getting management to respond. I have been trying to reach the manager since August 29. I called multiple times and was repeatedly told that employees did not know when she would be in the office. I was also told that Gabriella, Bradley, Liam, Jesus and other employees had contacted the manager on my behalf, explained what happened, and provided my phone number because I was trying to get a response. When the manager finally contacted me (September 19th 11am), I was told that she could not help me and that she would forward my message to corporate. I was offered another pass to a different location instead of having my refund request resolved. I was also accused of "cussing out" employees. I want to be very clear: I did not verbally abuse or use profanity toward any employees. I was frustrated and persistent because I was seeking a response to a legitimate complaint, but continuing to request accountability is not the same thing as verbally abusing someone. I specifically asked that the phone calls be reviewed because they should confirm this. If management believes otherwise, I believe it should identify the specific interaction, date, time, employee, and statement involved rather than making a vague accusation. I have been frustrated by the lack of communication, but I understand that the employees are not responsible for management's failure to follow up. My biggest disappointment is that I spent money intending to celebrate my daughter's birthday, only for us to leave after less than 45 minutes into our 3 hour stay because of the environment. I then spent weeks trying to get a response about the refund I was told I would receive. I am asking Rush Fun Park to review the security footage from approximately 6:00 PM until our departure and the relevant phone calls, and to address my complaint based on the actual evidence rather than dismissing it without reviewing the footage. I would strongly recommend that management take these concerns seriously, particularly when young children are involved.

The main reason was the staff. They were really good with the kids and seemed to really like their job. There was a ton of activities for our grandson to do. It's one of the few times where he hasn't told me he's ready to leave 30 minutes after we take him somewhere. I really liked the ambience too. There was music playing, which provided a lively atmosphere, but it wasn't so loud that it was annoying. Every kid I observed was having so much fun. The highlight of the visit was when he decided he wanted to do the climbing wall. Because of his age, I was hesitant but he actually did very well, and the safety gear looked really secure. He loved the challenge. The entire facility was very clean, including the bathroom. We will definitely be going back! Thank you, Uptown Jungle

It makes sense why the word "Jungle" is in the name of this place. Cause wow does it feel like it…read more Actually, more like a zoo but definitely a wild place for kids to get out their sillies. I like the wide variety of activities available to kids (trampoline area, tons of ninja-warrior-like equipment, the ball-shooting area, and toddler-dedicated play spot). I was amazed there were zero casualties the day I took both my 5 year old and 18-month old there one weekend. There were so, so many kids and adults hanging about that day. And even though you pay for the 2-hour slot, I don't think they really keep tabs on when the time expires as the capacity of the spot got tighter and tighter as we neared the end of our 2-hour slot. Even though it was extremely fun for both my kids, the place definitely needs a bit of a renovation on some of the areas and honestly way too overstimulating for a working-mom like myself. I might need to come back to play places like these when I become a grandma and am retired.
