They let you set up 30 minutes beforehand and the 2 party hosts were very friendly and welcoming. From my initial reach out via email and calls to my final follow-up, they may not be able to get back right away but always by the next day so their follow up is good and that makes a mommy like me happy and less stressed. The party hosts were so patient and great with kids. All the kids felt comfortable and I did not remember a tear from any of the kids; that is a win! I paid with a credit card for the party. It was very easy. They also have a monthly kids night out (aka 'parents' night out' depending on what you're used to) where you drop the kids off there for 3 hours and the parents can have a date night or if the kids just really like to have some fun games, this is like the best party ever and it's only $25 per child. That is a nice mental note to have if you're looking for a babysitting service for a 3 hour night out but can't find one. With this alternative way, they get to play with other kids. I think the kids night out requirement is they have to be at least 3 years old and independently potty trained. We've also utilized their open play during the week so it is great for the little ones too. Pacific Flips, don't change the training of your staff for parties or keep these very two party hosts that we had as long as you can. They are gems!

We stopped in to watch the last ten minutes or so of class. The class seemed very well organized, with all kids engaged, and being attended to. Our nephew was excited to show us how he had learned a tumbling run ending in a flip in just five days! As a former teacher myself, I appreciated the way that the instructor addressed each child by name, lining them up safely and comfortably to wait outdoors for their parents to pick them up!

After I wrote my review about the class being ok but not recommending it for other children that may be special needs because of the fact that they had the doors open and the teacher didn't really Try to assist me when she saw me struggling.. I got an email with all these classes that would be suitable for my son . I was upset that these classes all of a sudden became available until after my review . I responded and then never got anything back . Just feels like I was ignored once again and that person just wanted to be able to check something off their list to say that they "provided" me with more options . I don't feel heard . Again , don't recommend for families with special needs .

The coaches make this place such a special environment! The gym is always extremely clean. They have plenty of coaches for all the kids. They were waiting and ready for us when we arrived, they cleaned up after, they had a plan and stuck to it. Great for all of the kids we invited (ages 2-10). Regular gym: I'm grateful for how serious they are about training and growth. They have a plan, they're watching and adjusting as my child grows, they do regular reviews, there's a space for me and my other kids to wait while class is happening. Both of our daughters (3 and 7) have been coming here for over a year. This place is truly…read moreexceptional. The coaches teach the classes in an encouraging, supportive, and positive way that celebrates each kiddo based on their individual needs. Both of our girls continue to build confidence in themselves and their skills. They are learning to do really cool things, but more importantly, they are learning to believe in themselves, that it's okay not be perfect the first time (or second, or third, etc.), and that hard work pays off. They also have in-house competitions twice a year where the kiddos learn routines for the bars, beam, floor, and vault. Everyone is so supportive of the kids and all of the parents support and cheer on all of the kids. It's a really special community. And they have really fun day camps during the summer and school holidays that are a life saver for parents, and where the kids have a BLAST!

The classes are like 45-50mins and the children get to run off their energy. They have many balance things setup and many trampolines. Every class, they teach them 2 gymnastic stills.
