The park was very clean and there were a lot of people coming and going in and out the park. They have a play structure for kids, large grassy areas and sitting area. Probably a lot more things as we didn't cover the whole park. There were animals like the owners with their dogs. There were restrooms. This was a very fancy park! A lot of socializing going on from groups hiking or taking walks to yoga and play dates! We luckily found a empty bench to sit on in the sun as it was pretty chilly. The dude and I had a lot fun here and it was a nice spot to eat our Cuban Valentines Day Special here. I would love to come back and explore more of the park. It was windy but relaxing overall we enjoyed our meal! Nice park! If in the area I highly recommend!

They also have a gazebo picnic area available for reservations. Due to the homelessness issue in this community, the park has become an attraction for people to stay there full time. As a result, there is constantly trash left by the gazebo and around the grassy areas. Fairly certain that today I spotted a vial from a controlled substance immediately next to the younger kid playground. If you aren't carefully watching your kids, they will pick up trash & worse!

The two playgrounds are a nice touch: one for the big kids, one for the little tikes. There is a gazebo that has electrical outlets, two restrooms, a very nice basketball court, a tee ball field (Robin Ventura Park), and lots of space to walk and relax. Full sun throughout so I suggest you wear sunblock/hats/bring water accordingly. There is a little check in station once you walk about 1/4 mi up from the parking lot. Locals enter for free and out of town visitors are expected to pay something like $3.75 for adult entry. I love nature hikes. We did the main Cuesta loop (at least I think that's what it was called) and it took us a couple hours at a leisurely pace. I wish there was more plant diversity ato observe but it was all oak trees and grass. We saw some mountain bikers; the park seems to have some well maintained biking trails suitable for beginners. My partner likes this area for running but as far as leisurely hikes go, I will probably skip for a while.

It's home to a number of soccer fields and is basically a grassy area for abundant rainfall. This is the space where many soccer teams practice and some tournaments are held. Until the day when our city is able to fund new fields, this Open Space at the Crossroads is home to grit and glory for those who put in the work. Located next to the roundabout on College and Southside Pkwy, across from Fletcher Park.
