Our grandson had an amazing birthday party at Legacy!! Even the parents enjoyed it. The staff were so helpful and were wonderful with the kids. We will definitely be back!

They offer awesome classes for kids of all ages!

Such an awesome gym! We have attended their preschool class, their toddler exploration class, their ninja class, and most recently had a birthday here! Every time we arrive we are greeted warmly and with enthusiasm. In the class structures, the kids are encouraged and supported, without it being overbearing. Our kids particularly enjoy coaches Aurora and Dante. The birthday party was tons of fun for parents and kids. It was 90 minutes (perfect amount of time for our young kids) and the staff was really helpful setting up, unloading cars, and getting packed up at the end. Stephanie, the manager, is kind and communicative in all facets. I definitely recommend for parents of young children looking for a team to join or an epic birthday party location!

This place rocks !!!! BIRTHDAY PARTIES are off the hook !!! The coaches are amazing and management makes you feel like family . The kids leave happy and love spending time at Legacy !! The employees make a point to keep the gym clean ! What parent doesn't love that ? The preschool class is phenomenal - the coaches certainly love their job and love with they do. THE NINJA COURSE is literally the best in the central coast !! No gym is competition to Legacy !! The parents love it too !! Wether their on the slack line, zip line, large trampolines , high bars , or climbing the warped wall - Legacy Training Center is for EVERYONE !! ‍‍

Where to start …read more.. This fabulous, outdoor summer camp made my kids (ages 8 and 10) so happy. They were excited at pick up every day - pleasantly exhausted and energized at the same time. Debbie has the amazing ability to translate what adults would find tiring into an imaginative forum for creation and collaborative play. Her soothing, calm voice is like a warm hug for those who are a little timid to start their day away from mom/dad/grandma. The program for the week my children attended included: creating their own business - from building, to items/services sold/offered, to creating a communal currency; surfing sand dunes; fun with flour, camp fire cooking (then selling); and more. The kids were engaged all week, making blueprints at home for their construction and ironing out menu items and pricing for their big sale. And ... IT'S ALL OUTDOORS! In the sun! In the fresh air! In a wide open pasture! I live in Los Angeles - there is nothing like this in LA. What a treat to get out of the city for a week and have your kids be outside, engaged, and happy! Speaking of location ... if you live outside of SLO, don't let that stop you from participating. There are great places to stay in SLO (or Morro Bay) -both inns/motels and home rentals. While the kids are away for the day, you can have a little vacation time for you with activities like: Hearst Castle, wine tasting in Paso Robles, visit Avila Valley Farms for some amazing produce (and feed their adorable goats), and downtown SLO has great walking.

The cabins had 4 bunk beds, a pop up pod and a heater. The bunk beds are twin size and they kept a broom and pad inside for cleanup. The heater worked great, it kept the cabin very toasty. The cafeteria was close to the dining hall and food was delicious! They gave adults double servings and at almost every meal time, there were enough for seconds for the kids. The boys and girls restrooms were not close to eachother. There were a total of 8 or 9 showers and bathroom stalls. The water pressure and temperture was great. Through out the day you can hear wild turkeys and see them on the trees especially in the morning and I loved it! I loved hearing gobble gobble every morning. Close by there were cows, and on the hikes you can see them. There is an on site health center, learning center and marine center with tons of things to see and do. During recess, the kids were able to play volleyball, basketball, soccer, tetherball and there was a even a traverse wall. The hikes here were great. During the hikes kids could see creeks, bugs, and sometimes even small mammals. There is also poison oak and ticks so it important to pay attention. The best part of camp keep was the staff. The naturalists were so awesome. The kids loved them. Personally, they were the best part! They were so friendly and knowledgeable, and made everything fun even if it was cold. Camp keep is an experience every kid should have and it's an honor to be able to return as a counselor!

It was the first time we were here, and from the description online I thought this would be a hands-on class, where you learn new kitchen skills and prepare meals with a chef's instruction. This is NOT what these classes are! You come in and sit around the bar looking into an open kitchen environment where volunteers prepare the meals for you. Adjusting our expectations quickly, we still had a lot of fun at this dining event. We received the recipes for the eight or so dishes that were presented during the class, our favorites were the seared salmon with Miso honey sauce, shrimp and basil stir fry, stuffed tomatoes with goat cheese and zucchini, skillet tortellini with crispy prosciutto and spring vegetables, pan-roasted filets mignon with asparagus and the strawberry rhubarb crumble. You can bring your own wine, too. Chef Debbie narrates all dishes, provides tips on what to look out for when you're shopping for ingredients and gives instruction to the volunteers that so all the prepping, cooking and cleaning. I wish Debbie would use a microphone, as she mostly sat on the other side of the bar, and we had a hard time hearing her sometimes. When dishes are ready, they are passed down the bar in huge serving dishes, so you can take as little or as much as you like of each of the dishes. I would recommend the meals are put in smaller serving bowls/platters and multiple are being passed to the attendees. When you're at the end of the line, you might otherwise not get much of the food, or you're left with scraps. The serving platters were way to big, and uncomfortable to pass around. Also, please get tongs to make it easier to pass out the food - especially the pasta or asparagus. All in all a fun date night, we were full with delicious food and received some great tips during the night. Would I go again for $75 per person? Unlikely, I really missed hands-on instruction, and think it's too pricey for us to do on a regular basis.

From Website: "The Flying Caballos Ranch was originally owned by the Gaxiolla family in the early 1900's and encompassed several hundred acres. The Gaxiolla's were Swiss immigrants who operated the ranch as a dairy farm; the original farmhouse was built in 1905 for the entire family. In 1952 the guesthouse and studio were built to accommodate one of the brothers who got married and wanted some privacy from his bachelor brother who lived in the main house. The Gaxiolla's grew their own vegetables, vineyard, and orchard. They hunted deer and fished for salmon, all on the ranch. Currently the ranch consists of approximately 100 acres with horse and cattle grazing, a year round creek and unobstructed views of Edna Valley and Islay hill". The property has been completely restored to its original glory. Its a breathtaking vacation rental & special event venu. There are three rentals available including the main ranchouse, the green guest house, and an adjacent studio apartment. We spent the afternoon here the day after Saturday wedding for a family BBQ. I truly didn't want to leave.
