I found Reg through a house cleaning app a few years ago and was so happy with how thoroughly he cleaned my apartment that I decided to forgo the app and just work with him moving forward. His rates were reasonable for a ~2000 square ft apartment and he always came with a colleague so between the two of them they were done quickly. He was pretty flexible with scheduling, I usually just texted him a week or so before I needed a cleaning to determine a time that worked for both of us. Added bonus that my cat absolutely adored Reg. Any time he came over Moose would flop over on his back for some belly rubs and followed him around as he cleaned. He's a pretty friendly cat but I have never seen him take to a stranger so thoroughly so quickly. Animals are great judges of character so you know Reg is a great guy! Usually I had Reg come in the morning so I could let him in and then left for work and trusted him to lock the door when he left. It was never an issue, I always returned from work at the end of the day to a spotless and a properly locked up apartment. Unfortunately I moved so I'm no longer working with Reg but if I ever end up living north of Boston again I will definitely rehire him. read more

I first used Sky Quality Cleaning through Groupon almost a year ago & loved them so much they now come monthly to help me keep on top of the cleaning. Regi & Tom are just delightful - so friendly & genuine! If we see them they spend time chatting & always remember particulars about our family - they even bought Havaianas for my son's birthday! Bought a Groupon a month ago for "4 man hours" and had to trade it in because they had no time after December 8 for a house cleaning. Then decided to have a baby shower at my home in early December. Re-bought the Groupon and tried to get something scheduled today for December 5, 6, or 7. Said I had a house cleaner coming the week before so the house will be in pretty good shape, but given my age, I would like my cabinets and kitchen appliances polished. They Sky Quality website says cabinets and appliances are polished on "regular" cleanings. The person I have been communicating with for hours, Reginaldo Gonçalves Lopes who is presumably the owner said "Trough the Groupon we don't do this kind of job. Just regular cleaning. Also trough the Groupon we don't polish cabinets." Regular cleaning on his website CLEARLY says they include polishing cabinets. Horrible customer service and I am only trying to schedule an appointment. So in 4 hours, he claims they only vacuum, mop, dust floors. Just wondering what they do for the next 3 hours....watch Ellen? Traded in the Groupon a second time. Stay away. Dishonest. read more
