I went in without an appointment to fix what was left of my nails. I didn't need a fill yet but one nail had come off completely and six of them had polish peeled off. Customer service was awesome and the gentleman was very understanding. He perfectly shaped and polished them and was patient with the fact that I wanted a different color on each nail. Unfortunately his wife who does designs was not there so I told him no worries I'd do it myself at home. The salon was clean and tidy and over all it was a good experience. read more

Ok, I never write reviews but had to write one after my experience today. Customer service is truly great. Went in today for a fill on a set I got at another shop. My nails had been lifting, breaking and one actually tore off the nail bed. The technician took one look and them after I told him my story and removed all the crap from my nails and managed to repair what was left of the torn one. He was quick but very attentive to detail and got the shape and length absolutely perfect. Salon was clean and tidy. read more

Great customer services and quality of work. I was a call-in/walk-in and they were able to take me right away on a Friday around the lunch hour. The nail tech picked out a nail color that worked perfectly with my blouse, suggesting to go with gel nails, however my personal preference was just to go with standard polish. The last time I had my nails done the gel dug into my nails and caused damage so I didn't want a repeat experience. I got a simple mani with a nail polish by OPI and so far two days later I have only one small chip at the tip of my index finger. Not bad, what I expect because I'm rough on my nails (type a lot and wash my hands often). I needed my nails to look good for an interview on Friday, so I did them for a specific event and needed them to be fresh for that event. The lady that did my nails was very talkative and complimentary during the time I was there. Asking me if I was married, kids, animals, etc. Then she started to tell me about the lines on my hands and what they meant as well as what the year I was born meant in relation Chinese zodiac. Even though based on my actual birthdate, she was a little off with her predictions, I did enjoy her conversation. It was a pleasant first experience, and I'll definitely come back again. Next time, I'll bring my husband for a pedi and we'll see how they do! read more

Definitely wish there was more people working at the other nail salons like these two. Mom and son both amazing customer service! So visiting family in the area and bae went to the shooting range so I decided on getting my usual gel mani near by and this is walking distance like 4 stores down! Walking in no customers in sight! Cool we'd be helped right away! The son took me and mom too my friend who was getting a pedicure. I did take my baby with me and was skeptical but I had done my research prior on newborns and nail salons so I was well prepared. He began filing down the gel I had and then cutting, as my baby began to cry, he was super understanding and told me to hold my baby it was okay he'd wait. While I was soothing my baby a regular customer walked in and he told me he would help her while I attended my baby, okay with me! I ended up giving baby to my friend since she could hold him while she got her pedicure. The mom then came over and wrapped my gel nails. And couple minutes later the son came and removed the gel and gave me the water to soak them. All while he still assisted the other customer! They did some serious teamwork! I didn't ever wait too long alone and I could say the same for the other 2. They are super nice too we talked about our children and he was also a new parent so we had alot to talk about lol. So my experience here was amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone living in the area, you are lucky for living so close! Oh and mani was just perfect!! read more

Not only did he get me in and out in less than an hour, he made my nails feel and look amazing. He even put an extra coat on as I told him I was getting ready to go on vacation. Very disappointing....went in on a Friday for a wedding on a Sunday. The lady owner grinded my nails down while I tried to sit still from the pain. By Sunday, I had a broken nail and 3 chipped nails. Today is Thursday, all nails are chipped and 3 broken nails...and these are gels! I have had gels off and on for years and nothing like this!!!! I am furious! read more
