Giving it 4 stars because of the employees not washing there hands in between customers. During these times ( covid ) I thought it was imperative that it was supposed to be done. I've had multiple bad experiences here. I kept wanting to like this place because I want to support local business but I'm done. Guy is coughing and snorting snot up his nose the whole time. Other employees coughing loudly in the back. In these days you just can't come to work sick. He then proceeded to cut my toenails so short one bled and then when it was time to leave he touched a few toes to see if they were dry which left his fingerprints. I love coming to Sky Nail Spa! Julie always does such an AMAZING job on my nails! She's fast and very attentive to making the shape look feminine and pretty! This is also the best place to get a pedi! They take their time and really massage the feet and your calves. I go barefoot a lot so they pay extra attention to my heels. They do a great job of taking care of the cuticles on your toes and making them clean and happy. I 100% would recommend, and do recommend going here to have your toes and nails done! I usually make an appointment and they have Always been good on timing and putting me next to my friend if it's a multi client appt. Bring cash for tips as they won't add that to a card transaction. She procedures to remove my nails that are good and literally tears my pinky nail off COMPLETELY. I gave up on getting what I wanted because every time the nail technicians I saw just did what they normally do (the think white chunky tip). She drilled away my cuticles. My hands are raw and painful. They are red and shredding from the cuticles being drilled away. I also have to put antibiotic cream on my fingers so they can heal because the skin is raw. I also read you are not supposed to dip the fingers in the powder. It is not sanitary. I asked for black smoke and coffin shaped, they said they could do it... Not only did I get the wrong nails, but I had glue all over my hands, the coffin shape isn't great, most nails are uneven and bubbled, he didn't even wrap the nail polish to the tip.. the painting job is terrible. I'm not sure how you can mess things up this badly! Pick up my daughter from a visit with her grandmother..and first thing my daughter says what a terrible experience she had getting her nails done at Sky Nail today. Not only terrible but how rude her nail tech was to her. She was in the spa alone while her grandmother was waiting outside. My daughter asked for a nail design when the tech told her "what are you stupid I don't do nail designs." She said she had to ask the tech to repeat her self, and the tech just sighed and was annoyed because she couldn't understand her. The nail paint is already coming off from this morning.
