The oven still had oil residue, the fridge and cabinets were dirty, baseboards were dusty, windows had cobwebs, and even the dishwasher and microwave exterior were dirty. Kitchen counters still had brown residue that came off when wiped. Bathrooms were not deep-scrubbed at all, there was still visible grime and rust inside the cabinets. There was no communication from the company when the cleaner arrived or left, no photos of the work, and no follow-up... just a charge for a service that clearly wasn't delivered. When Carlos says they clean inside and outside kitchen/ bathroom cabinets and drawers, window and door frames, light fixtures, wood molding, steam mop, vacuum, dust he wasn't kidding. Those are things included. They also bring their own eco-friendly cleaning supplies, mops, steamer, broom, and even garbage bags.
