After having a phone consult with Patrick we decided to move forward and book their services. Patrick explained all details of their post-construction package which put our minds at ease, he was also very knowledgeable and patient with all questions that we had. Our project lasted for six days at eight hours per day which seemed long but it was well worth it. He also used commercial air purifiers and Hep-a vacuums which was greatly appreciated. Our experience with Elite Supreme Cleaning was flawless, pricing was more at a premium rate compared to others, but it matched the quality of service that Patrick and his crew delivered. They were supposed to bring all of their own supplies and they used ours without our permission, even using our vacuum that we didn't say they could use. They just tell lies left and right. With TopClean, everything runs on rails / is automatically coordinated using their online scheduling portal, and I love that I can have things booked at the same time every month without manually going to do it myself every time. Even though we don't always have the same staff members come clean, every person they've had visit our home has done a great job and always respects our request to wear a mask (they're usually already masked upon arrival so I don't even need to ask).
