It's located on the broom floor of a building (likely government contractor). You'll have to park in the employee parking lot and walk in and navigate your way to the restaurant. There is no direct door to the restaurant from the outside.

You order at the counter and then pay at the gas station attendant counter, so if you want chips and drink or other snacks, you can just get them in the station and pay like normal. The deli gives you a sticky note with the price of your order. The service was friendly and the line wasn't long, but there was a steady stream of customers coming in to pick up their orders or make an order. I came around lunch time on a Friday. Seeing people eating where you are is always encouraging; let's me know someone thinks the place is good. And now that I've ordered from there, I concur. They keep the place clean. There's a couple of tables and they looked newly wiped down when I got there. They close at 4 on weekdays and breakfast is over either at 10:30 or 11:30.
