My Jeep now feels tight, refreshed, and ready for another 100k miles of dependable driving. But what really sets this shop apart is more than just skill with vehicles -- it's character. Nick isn't only a top-level mechanic who does custom fabrication work, he's also a man who pours into his community. He and his wife are actively involved with Central Church, serving in youth programs, Celebrate Recovery, and regularly helping through Hope for the City. When you work with someone who lives their life for Jesus with that kind of integrity and service, you know you're in good hands. Today I went to drop off the instrument cluster for my wife's BMW 330Ci. These crooks quoted me $1900 for a new cluster when they knew it could be repaired for $200! This is the lack of integrity and honesty these people have! One of the owners "Red" told me he was going to charge he storage fees since I didn't pick up the car ! What? He had agreed to charge me 1 hour labor to remove and replace the cluster after I refused to pay $1900 for his cluster repair. I had to wait for the cluster to get repaired and shipped back to me and contrary to what they say I cannot legally drive the car without an instrument cluster! He was pissed that I didn't give him $1900 to repair the cluster so he tried to take it on me with outrageous claim of a storage fee when in fact he didn't satisfy NV law for such a claim! If This is how they treat a loyal customer imagine what they will do to you! Quoted me $700 to fix the door lock when a $13 switch solved the problem ! Charged me $260 to fix the interior trim On the convertible top, they used scotch tape to fix it! Get the picture? They will try to rip you off as much as they can ! Avoid at all costs ! The receptionist Red's Mother Alicia tried to charge me tax on labor ! NV doesn't charge tax on separate labor items which in this case was the labor on the installation of my suspension and brake parts I provided to them. They didn't inform me if they did the proper break in procedure for the new rotors and pads ! I refused to pay storage fees on a car I couldn't legally drive without a cluster. When I arrived the car was parked on the street not in their lot or inside their building so Red wants to charge me storage for street parking ! They are from Philippines where ripping people off are the norm over there !

I brought my 1995 GMC Step Van to Lusso for a custom air suspension project. I was quoted approximately $20,000-$25,000, later told the project would not exceed $30,000, and I paid a $10,000 deposit. I was told the fabrication work would not begin until after Christmas. What happened instead was extremely disappointing. Before the project ever got underway, I was billed for storage fees and labor. I was never provided a written contract, storage fees were never disclosed in advance, and I never authorized charges for research, engineering, or trial-and-error work. I was also charged over $1,200 simply to change the two front wheels on my vehicle, an amount I believe was completely unreasonable for the work performed. To make matters worse, my vehicle was marked directly with a Sharpie. Instead of using masking tape or another removable method that's common when planning fabrication work, permanent marker was written directly on the vehicle. No air suspension fabrication was ever started. When I decided to cancel the project, Lusso issued me a refund check, then placed a stop payment on that same check. I ultimately had to file a lawsuit, and the court entered judgment in my favor against Lusso Auto LLC. Even after winning in court, I have had to continue pursuing collection through the legal process because required financial records were not produced during the post-judgment proceedings. This review is based entirely on my own experience and the court proceedings that followed. If you're considering doing business with Lusso, I strongly recommend getting every promise in writing, insisting on a detailed signed contract, making sure every fee is disclosed upfront, and documenting every payment and conversation. I genuinely wanted this project to succeed. Instead, I lost months of time, had to go through the court system to recover my money, and am still dealing with the aftermath. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lusso Auto LLC.

I currently own bikes, but I was ready to buy one from Harley itself, and I went in. I walked around. I was here for about 5 minutes and not one single person said a word to me and to the point where I ended up calling my brother because I just felt very out of place and we sat on the phone and he encouraged me to stay and keep looking and just wait someone will say something and sure enough another 10 minutes go by and not a single word from anyone. I get off the phone. I'm in there for another three minutes and still nothing. I would totally understand if they were super slammed or something, but they were two other people on the floor that we were looking at bikes and one of them was about to get a test drive that is the only person that said something to me and that was a customer, not even an employee. Employees looked at me and I was a single one smiled or anything the counter Gurl finally at the end when she realized what was happening gave me a half hearted Welp sorry smile as I walked out the door irritated . Very frustrating you never know who's gonna walk through. That door is kind of just be friendly to everybody. Or at least say hey, we'll be with you.
